Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool

We are so grateful to the manager and all the wonderful team!

Both of our children have been at this nursery, with one still going three days a week. The manager is excellent - friendly, organised and helpful. The staff are also lovely and kind and have formed nice relationships with my children. The food goes down well with the kids and they do a range of activities - lots of books, singing and crafts. The outside space is nicely designed and our kids love it but it is quite small, being in the site where it is. We didn't find this mattered though. They have great opening hours too, 7.30-6.30.

I am satisfied with the care that my son gets in the nursery. The staff are working hard and provide the best possible for the children. The learning is good, it could be extended more if the parent could see more of the keyworker. My son developed a lot through the nursery. Thanks.

Every time I come to this nursery I'm always welcomed by lovely management at the desk! My daughter has developed so much. She's talking more, playing with her peers nicely. Her overall experience has been amazing.

Wonderful nursery. Really nice, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent equipment and well-structured learning aids. Always happy to help/assist when we have additional needs. I've had a good experience recently when I asked for a support plan for my son, who is visually impaired. A very clean environment and high food hygiene standards. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

Overall though, I would definitely recommend the nursery to others. They are also really helpful with the hours and 6.30pm pickup. Thank you.

There does need to be healthy breakfasts eg. porridge not processed corn flakes.

The team at ACG is lovely! Both my sons have been attending the nursery since they were a few months old and they have loved every day they have spent there. The staff is caring, loving and friendly.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last three years and it has been nothing but a great pleasure! The staff are lovely and they always give an informative hand-over which allows me to know exactly what my daughter has been doing on a daily basis! The meals that are provided are especially great, and we love the chef ... she is so welcoming! We love you guys!

He has a fantastic key worker who genuinely cares for him and they have a great bond, on some days he even prefers her over me. Generally, the team is great, the managers are friendly and open and you just get a sense that they are genuinely there to provide the best environment for our child.

The children are losing people they are attached to and this is not good for their learning, emotional and social development.

My son has been attending the nursery for a few months and is always happy and excited to attend. He speaks fondly of his carers and of all the exciting things he does. One of these highlights was the experience of watching ducks hatch.

My son joined in August 2017, he has thrived and developed since starting. He has had an amazing time since starting and made an amazing bond with his key person. He has begun his preparation for school and is feeling confident about this new transition.

This day nursery is amazing! My son loves so much coming and enjoy his day there. All staff are so kind and patient with kids. Everything is clean and tidy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery and their wonderful staff.

The staff are professional and extremely welcoming as soon as you step through the door you are met with a smile. During his settling in process my son has been jumping out of my arms in order to play. As a working parent, all you want is your child to be safe, encouraged and happy, all the things I know that occur here.

I saw many nurseries in the area before this one. This is the most suitable by far. Great staff, hours, facilities and our son loves it. Our son has come along leaps and bounds. He is very happy here and we have peace of mind, so we are happy too.

Very fun, very safe, very clean. We are always kept up to date with our daughter's progress and she enjoys the activities, food, staff and other toddlers.

My 1 year old started 2 months ago, I can't fault the nursery;s settling in process. The staff are very professional and lovely people the food is great and the facilities are excellent. Overall my husband and I have been really impressed with the nursery, our son loves the place and his key carer so we are all very happy.

Friendly caring staff. Great bond between my daughter and her key worker. Lots of exciting activities. Good food tasty and healthy.
