My little one has been attending West Norwood Bright Horizon Nursery for a year now and the growth in her confidence and development has been amazing. She's always happy to go nursery and see her friends. She's excited to tell me about what she's gotten up to, the activities they do are great and
the staff are lovely.

We are so happy we chose the West Norwood Bright Horizons for our daughter. The staff are all so friendly, caring and passionate and I have returned to work with the reassurance that our daughter is in great hands.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons since July 2025 and overall it has been a brilliant experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and get to know your child very quickly, they are responsive to any changes as your child gets older too. All the activities that are put on for the children are
fantastic and many things not possible to do at home. We have been very lucky to send our daughter here and are very happy with the nursery.

So happy with nursery. My son is thriving in preschool and is happy going in each day, and is learning more about how the world works.

Bright Horizon West Norwood is such a welcoming and safe place for the children. The staff are so happy and helpful and so loving to the children. They give regular updates via the app and make time every pick up to speak about the day but also check in with us if they know we are going through a
hard time. Those in charge there are the kindest and most welcoming people, always smiling and looking to help. I'm sometimes jealous when I see what they eat as well! It sounds amazing and my daughter always says she loved the food.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool since January 2024 and she loves it. They put so much effort in to the activities, so our child always has a great time. The staff are kind, caring and really get to know your child. We couldn't be happier.

The staff at the West Norwood Bright Horizon Nursery are great. They are incredibly caring and attentive, making sure each child feels special and valued. The nursery is very accommodating to each child's needs and they take a lot of effort to follow each child's progress and development. The
facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of activities that keep the child engaged and excited to learn. The updates on the app is great, you get to follow what your child has been up to, what they eat, how well they've slept so that you can manage their evenings accordingly. We particularly love the photo updates!
We are absolutely thrilled with the West Norwood Bright Horizon Nursery! Our son truly enjoys going there every day. We have seen such positive growth in our son since he started. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their child.

We absolutely love this nursery! The staff are just amazing, so kind and supportive, our little boy is so excited when he sees them. They've got such a lovely bond which just means the world to us knowing he's happy when we're at work. The space is great, always so clean, variety of activities and
different foods. Also very useful to be open at 7:30am. I honestly can't fault this place and would highly recommend it.

Since the moment my son started preschool, he loved everything, activities, and staff. We are happy to have chosen this school. He loves all his teachers and we are happy with all the support they provide and also all the activities.

We are very lucky to have found Bright Horizons West Norwood and my son is very happy there (he’s been going since 6 months old and is now 3). We couldn’t rate it highly enough. In particular the staff are all amazing. We will definitely be sending our daughter there when she turns 6 months old next

Our 1-year-old daughter joined Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool in September and we are thrilled with how well she has settled in. The team are amazing – so welcoming, kind and supportive. They’ve really helped to build our daughter’s confidence and they’re great at keeping us
updated on her progress and what she gets up to each day. The facilities are excellent too, with a wide range of toys, books and different activities planned. We’re also really pleased that the children spend time outside every day. I also love that parents are welcome to visit any time – I recently did a storytime in the baby room which was very sweet!

We have been so pleased with Bright Horizons and how our son has thrived there since he started attending. The staff are lovely and very caring and the managers are very engaged and attentive. We love the ethos at the nursery as well as the welcoming environment, rooms and outdoor spaces. We
particularly like the fact that each age group/cohort has their own dedicated space and outdoor space, which is not something we have seen at many other nurseries.

I currently have two children at Bright Horizons West Norwood Day Nursery and Preschool - one in the preschool room and another in toddlers. From the moment we went to look around it felt like home away from home. Both children have forged such special relationships with their key workers and the
other adults in the setting and I feel confident and happy leaving them each day. My oldest is already insisting his room adults join him at ‘school’ next year! I cannot praise the staff enough for knowing my children inside out. The room activities are purposeful and well-planned, as are the enriching trips and experiences on offer throughout the year. And I love seeing what they get up to on the app updates! A huge thank you to the manager and her team at West Norwood.
