Crews Hill Day Nursery and Pre-School

Our daughter has been at Head Start Crews Hill since she was 15 months old, and has gone from the baby room, to nursery room and is now in preschool. And I honestly can't fault it! We have been so happy with the nursery, from their amazing personalised care and creative activities to the food and the facilities - especially the outdoor areas. It has been an excellent start for our little one and she has been nothing but happy there the whole way through. I would whole heartedly recommend for any parent who is looking for childcare in the area with flexibility, outside space and relationship building. Not to mention how she has come on leaps and bounds thanks to their excellent learning programe. We are kept up-to-date via an app, including photos, events for parents to join and any key info. We are excited to be sending our second child here very soon! Thank you to all of you who have made our daughter feel so content and welcome every day, you know who you are!

We love the nursery. The staff are brilliant & so lovely, one of the best things about the nursery, they build such strong relationships the daily activities & amazing outdoor space.

My son loves going to Crews. He absolutely adores his key worker and all other staff and frequently talks very fondl of them at home. They really genuinely care about him and his development and are very nurturing. He has made great friends with his peers. The outdoor space is amazing and he loves spending time outside. He will be very sad to leave there and when he goes to school and I know we will really miss his key worker, as will I! Thank you for all your hard work, patience and love for my son.

We have been using Crews Hill Day Nursery and Pre-School for the last 2 years. The staff are amazing and our children have the most amazing experience. The food is of the highest quality and they have provided our children with the most incredible start. They have gone above what we would/could have ever hoped. We are so glad that we chose them.

Really happy with the guys at Head Start. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. There is a nice personal touch and our children have built a nice genuine rapport with the staff, in particular 2 ladies. The staff are confident and competent and this is reflected in the level of care our children receive.

I know she will miss it greatly!

Our favourite part of all, is the set up and space at the nursery. Endless grounds for adventures, which is perfect because Athena loves to be outside. I believe they are working towards their forest school status, with one staff member already certified. This is the main reason we chose the nursery, avoiding the cramped city nurseries that we see so much of in London.

Both our children have had the most wonderful journey through their time at Head Start and left well prepared for the next chapter of school. The staff support every aspect of the children's welfare and education whilst maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. The grounds and faculties are excellent and well utilised with the children. As parents we will be sad to say goodbye and will always be grateful for the opportunities that Head Start have provided our children to develop an enjoyment of learning.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff have been so pleasant and supportive and are always available to speak to if we ever had questions. They work with you and your child to achieve goals and milestones.

Our experience of Head Start Nursery has been fantastic. We immediately felt happy and comfortable leaving our boys in their care. The staff have been amazing, supporting us at every milestone. It's a very anxious time leaving your child in someone else's care but we felt at ease that they were in a home-from-home. It will forever be in our hearts and the wonderful memories we have.

My nephew's first year at Crews Hill has been incredible. From the settling period to his first day attending independently. The staff's care and dedication is evident and I have recommended the nursery to many people. Managers are always on hand for support and help.

We have loved our time at Head Start, our child has loved being there and the staff are incredibly kind and caring to all the children. They have lots of great and educational activities and the outdoor space is second to none. A wonderful place to send your children.

My daughter loves her nursery class and is always talking about the fun things she has done and the friends she has made, she also has made very close relationships with her careers.

Even though I have a lot of nurseries closer to my place, I don’t mind driving 15 minutes daily to drop her.

My son has been attending Head Start for the last 9 months and we could not be happier. The staff are so lovely and generally caring of the children. The activities and experiences the children are offered are enriching and exciting and my son loves coming! We love receiving updates and pictures of what he has done during the day. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

We could not be happier with this nursery - our little one is so happy going into nursery and leaves with a smile every time! This is thanks to all the amazing staff - the key workers are excellent, they always go above and beyond - thank you! My little one has learnt a lot and continues to progress. I have placed both of my children here and couldn't be happier. The team are so friendly and accommodating and work tirelessly to provide the children at the nursery wonderful experiences, fun activities and new opportunities of learning.
