Our daughter has been at Head Start Crews Hill since she was 15 months old, and has gone from the baby room, to nursery room and is now in preschool. And I honestly can't fault it! We have been so happy with the nursery, from their amazing personalised care and creative activities to the food and the facilities - especially the outdoor areas. It has been an excellent start for our little one and she has been nothing but happy there the whole way through. I would whole heartedly recommend for any parent who is looking for childcare in the area with flexibility, outside space and relationship building. Not to mention how she has come on leaps and bounds thanks to their excellent learning programe. We are kept up-to-date via an app, including photos, events for parents to join and any key info. Our favourite part of all, is the set up and space at the nursery. Endless grounds for adventures, which is perfect because Athena loves to be outside. I believe they are working towards their forest school status, with one staff member already certified. This is the main reason we chose the nursery, avoiding the cramped city nurseries that we see so much of in London.

With over 15 years of experience in early years education, I began my career with the company in 2010 as an apprentice while completing my Level 3 qualification. Since then, I have achieved my Level 3 SENDCo qualification and am currently completing my Level 5 Operational Management qualification.
I have been in management since 2019 and have gained extensive experience supporting multiple nursery settings with operations, quality improvement, staff guidance, and training.
