Our daughter has had nothing but an amazing experience at the nursery. The staff care so much for all the children and are always concerned with their development and well being. All staff members are so friendly and enthusiastic every morning. Both of my kids have attended Headstart Nursery since 1 years of age and they absolutely love coming every day. Meet the Team (1)
With over 15 years of experience in early years education, I began my career with the company in 2010 as an apprentice while completing my Level 3 qualification. Since then, I have achieved my Level 3 SENDCo qualification and am currently completing my Level 5 Operational Management qualification.
I have been in management since 2019 and have gained extensive experience supporting multiple nursery settings with operations, quality improvement, staff guidance, and training. I am passionate about making a positive difference and supporting teams to achieve the highest standards. I now proudly work as Senior Nursery Manager at the Crews Hill nursery.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children across all age groups, with particular expertise in supporting babies and young children, including children with additional needs. I am dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can thrive, develop independence, and achieve the best possible start in life.
