Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School

My son started nursery in January and since he has been going he has come on so much. You know he's had a great day when he comes out and he loves going to nursery and seeing the other children. The staff are very friendly and adore my son. They are so understanding about times because of my health.

The nursey have been excellent to our boy, they have been very good are leading and encouraging early learning everyday he goes in.

The friendly environment the staff provide all goes to help our boy enjoy attending and meeting other children and making lots of friends.

The nursery have also been helping to get our boy eating more, and filling in a daily book of what he has and this is all helpful and very good.

My Son loves his nursery! He walks in without being asked to and clearly loves being there. He knows the staff and feels safe with them. Secure location, professional staff and well ran nursery. As expected you can't just walk in, so security is a thumbs up. You are usually greeted by a member of the nursery staff to hand your child over, which is good. Staff are professional, and the whole place is well run.

We love Shining stars nursery! I always look forward to dropping off my son as I know he will have the best time. It makes a difference that the staff greets us with smiles, and upon leaving tells me briefly what my child was upto throughout the day. He loves spending time there and returns very happy, learns new skills, makes crafts, plays with other children. It didnt take long for my son to settle in. All staff very helpful, quick to respond and overall lovely people. I chose this nursery because I felt very comfortable when I went to view it the first time. I knew straight away I made the right decision. My son and I are very grateful for your dedication to all the children that attend this fantastic nursery.

All the staff are lovely at Shining Stars. My son has been going since he was a baby, and now is in preschool. My daughter has just started in baby room and she settled in really really quickly. I would highly recommend.

My son has attended since September last year and he has always come home and wanted to express his excitement of being at nursery. Even with a rocky start in settling and bonding the staff went above and beyond to help him settle as quick as possible. His speech has improved so much and I would always recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you so much

Shining Stars Nursery has been absolutely amazing for my daughters. The staff are so warm, caring, and dedicated - they've created a nurturing environment where my girls have truly thrived. It's been wonderful to see their confidence grow each day. I couldn't ask for a better start to their early years! My youngest has graduated from pre school today and we're going to miss all the staff so much!

My 2 oldest children came to this school a few years ago and now one of my youngest daughters, who is autistic non verbal and unable to walk has been here since April 2025. The last few months have been incredible, seeing how much my daughter has come along since she started! I can't recommend the team enough for all they do!

My daughter has been attending this nursery since last year, she always comes home with the biggest smile on her face telling us about what she has done that day. She has come on leaps and bounds with her vocabulary and speech since attending and I believe that this is down to the staff that put so much work in with them. My daughter always comes home with art work that she has done that day, which is lovely. The baby days app is always updated accordingly and prompt and staff always ask how my daughter is before dropping her off for the day to ensure that they can look after her properly. My daughter has an amazing time at Shining Stars. She has a really good relationship with the staff and her key worker has worked very closely with her to ensure she's settled. They encourage a lot of outdoor play and learning on all topics and she always comes home with lots of pictures and artwork. I can not thank them enough for the support they give her and my family.

My child has settled in beautifully and is coming along in his development in leaps and bounds. The staff are always pleasant and they try their best to accommodate changing hours, which we are very grateful for.

Everyday parents are updated with how the child has got on and pictures are posted on our secure child's app, if there is any problems during the day the office calls and lets you know the situation! Overall we are pleased and happy our child has settled in with the nursery and team

The environment seems very pleasant and welcoming to children and adults. Children have a wide range of activities daily.

Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School I highly recommend. My son went there for two years, now my daughter is attending. Both my children thoroughly thrived at this nursery and loved going. All the staff are so lovely especially one staff member in particular who has always been helpful and understanding with both my children. Another staff member deserves a special shout out especially who is always so kind and great especially with my daughter now. Also all the other staff. Highly recommend Shining Stars.

My child started at Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School shortly after they turned 2 years old. They were going through a clingy stage and struggled to settle in. The nursery worked with us to find a settling in schedule which worked for our child which allowed them to form a trusting bond with the nursery workers. Our child runs in now and is his confident happy self and it's been so lovely to see him thrive socially and emotionally in this setting.

Shining Stars is a fantastic nursery. Our nearly 3-year-old has been there for a year. She has hearing loss and possibly some additional needs, she loves to go to nursery, she has formed a fantastic attachment to the staff there. They treat her individually and give her allocated time to help her with her sign language amd to help her speak. The staff are friendly and caring. We are always told about her day there and they have an in-depth understanding of what she needs as her communication is a struggle. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have meetings with us for our daughter's aims and goals for her development. As a rainbow family we feel accepted and happy and included in all aspects of nursery and themes ie Father's Day we have Grandfather's Day instead and this is inclusive for our daughter and for Mother's Day we have two cards. Our eldest child also goes to the holiday club here. Fab nursery

This nursery setting is the best in Malvern, they have helped my son grow so much, especially with the Senco team, and also learning about his rare genetic disorder. They have helped me too. Honestly, I don’t think my son would be going to mainstream school if it weren’t for the staff on helping push my son to achieve so much in the year he’s been with them. Hands down, the best setting in Malvern.
