Fantastic nursery, All the staff are friendly and helpful. Very good communication.
My little one loves going to this nursery, she has come on leaps and bounds since starting.
The environment seems very pleasant and welcoming to children and adults. Children have a wide range of activities daily.

Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School I highly recommend. My son went there for two years, now my daughter is attending. Both my children thoroughly thrived at this nursery and loved going. All the staff are so lovely especially one staff member in particular who has always been helpful and understanding
with both my children. Another staff member deserves a special shout out especially who is always so kind and great especially with my daughter now. Also all the other staff. Highly recommend Shining Stars.

My child started at Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School shortly after they turned 2 years old. They were going through a clingy stage and struggled to settle in. The nursery worked with us to find a settling in schedule which worked for our child which allowed them to form a trusting bond with the nursery
workers. Our child runs in now and is his confident happy self and it's been so lovely to see him thrive socially and emotionally in this setting.

Shining Stars is a fantastic nursery. Our nearly 3-year-old has been there for a year. She has hearing loss and possibly some additional needs, she loves to go to nursery, she has formed a fantastic attachment to the staff there. They treat her individually and give her allocated time to help her with
her sign language amd to help her speak. The staff are friendly and caring. We are always told about her day there and they have an in-depth understanding of what she needs as her communication is a struggle. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have meetings with us for our daughter's aims and goals for her development. As a rainbow family we feel accepted and happy and included in all aspects of nursery and themes ie Father's Day we have Grandfather's Day instead and this is inclusive for our daughter and for Mother's Day we have two cards. Our eldest child also goes to the holiday club here. Fab nursery

This nursery setting is the best in Malvern, they have helped my son grow so much, especially with the Senco team, and also learning about his rare genetic disorder. They have helped me too. Honestly, I don’t think my son would be going to mainstream school if it weren’t for the staff on helping push
my son to achieve so much in the year he’s been with them. Hands down, the best setting in Malvern.

My daughter loves going to pre-school here every week. She is super excited when it is time to attend. She has learnt so much from the teams. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love seeing how happy she is when I pick her up at the end of the day, knowing she is in good hands.

Fantastic, welcoming team where everyone feels so welcome! My daughter asks to go to nursery (even when we have just left!)
Communication with the parents is brilliant and they treat every child's needs individually.
My child's confidence has bloomed since starting and my older child is always desperate
to come back for holiday club.

Absolutely lovely place. My daughter started just after she turned two with the funded hours allotted. She’s now completed her first year and without a doubt sending her to Shining Stars has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Her key worker is her favourite person. She absolutely loves going
to school. They do tons of crafts. The forest school lets the kids explore and get their hands dirty. She’s made great friends with the other kids. There was amazing communication with management. They even took the time to check on me throughout my pregnancy. I was worried with her being a pandemic baby about her socialisation but she’s flourished under their care. Thank you so much to the team!

Our daughter has absolutely loved her time in the Baby Room - she is happy to go into the nursery in the mornings and always enjoys her days there. Staff are cheerful and caring, and we feel confident that she is well looked after there. Would definitely recommend.

We registered our son with Shining Stars earlier this year and have not looked back. It was the best decision we made. The staff are caring and are attentive to his needs. We have witnessed major development growth and believe it is mostly down to his time spent at Shining Stars.
You can tell a lot
of time goes into activities and events as there is something new happening each week, whether it's learning about history or cooking food! We are very happy with Shining Stars and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

My daughter started in September. She had come from a small childminders so I was a little apprehensive, she’s not always taken to new people and settings very well. (We are currently waiting to see if she has autism.) Everyone put my mind at ease and my daughter went in well. All the staff have been
amazing with her, they give her all the time she needs, always smiling and happy. On days she’s having a moment they are fantastic with her, they even call me to let me know she’s settled. They never rush either of us and always have time to speak to me if I have any question. She has come in leaps and bounds doing things we never thought she would do as she has other health conditions. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else and so glad I made the right choice.

Shining Stars Nursery offers so much for my son; they allow him to explore all new things outdoors/IN, fishing, baking, gardening, and even with songs, which have helped his speech.

My daughter went to this nursery for almost two whole years! Starting in the baby room and eventually moving on to the toddler room. After a few difficult weeks in the beginning transitioning, the staff made my daughter feel super welcome and safe, and eventually, she would go running in and not looking
back! When my daughter moved into the toddler room, she very much enjoyed herself throughout her time at shining stars; however, one particular staff member that shone through for both myself and my daughter, and she was always super excited when she saw her and would talk continuously about her after days at nursery! This staff member went out of her way to collect all photographs of my daughter and put them into a card signed by all from Shining Stars for when she left. Lovely gestures like this really enabled us to close the chapter of this nursery positively and allow our memories to look back on! Thank you all at Shining Stars!

My son is in the toddler room, and he struggled to settle in, but the staff were fantastic in settling him in and works very hard to make it as easy as possible for me and my son when I drop him off; everyone is friendly and has good communication, they always tell me how he has got on, and if there

I cannot recommend Shining Stars Nursery & Pre-School enough. The staff are amazing they go above and beyond. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting. He was shy and withdrawn but absolutely loves coming to nursery and has come out of his shell. My son has some extra needs which the staff
have supported him in every way. He always comes out smiling and showing what he's done. Highly recommended couldn't ask for a better nursery... thank you Shining Stars.

My son started here in December at nearly three years old. As soon as I walked in, I knew that this nursery was the right one for him and me. Lovely, bright, spaced-out rooms, each age group has their own indoor and outdoor area. The variety of toys and activities is excellent; all the staff work incredibly
hard to make each activity with the children engaging and fun. They have their own little forest school area as well, which is fantastic. Everything is child-led.
The staff greet us in the morning and provide me with a full rundown of what he's been up to when I pick him up in the evening and what activities he's been doing, and what he has had for lunch and tea. The staff are incredibly hardworking, caring and loving and treat my son just like their own child. They go above and beyond for my son, and I will forever be grateful for the love and support they have given. His development has come on leaps and bounds since joining, and I can't thank you enough!

Shining Stars was the only nursery we looked at, and from the first day, I just knew it would be the place my daughter would thrive. She's been attending for a year now, at first, just one day, now three, and she loves it! Drop-off is never an issue. They celebrate a variety of events on the calendar,
meaning my daughter learns about smaller celebrations as well as the bigger ones. The preschool staff are absolutely amazing!
