Both my daughters, now aged 2 & 5 have attended shining stars nursery and loved it from day one. They both would always go running in with a smile. The staff are amazing and have great communication. My youngest has the lunches they provide and seems to really enjoy them and my eldest who no longer
attends asks to go back regularly and all the staff still say hello and remember her when we pick her little sister up which is lovely.

My baby started nursery this year and I was so nervous to send her but my gosh was I silly! The staff are absolutely amazing with her. She was quite difficult in the beginning and cried a lot but they just held her for as long as she needed to be held. It really warmed my heart knowing that my baby
wasn't just another number and that they took care of her like their own. Thank you thank you thank you!

Our daughter with SEN needs has been attending this nursery for a few years. She loves it, she is excited in the morning to go and she runs in without looking back. The staff are amazing and have helped her with her development and ensured that she has all the help she needs by themselves and other
professionals.
The team work is exceptional and we feel that our child is included all the time and cared for.
We are are a two Mummy family and are included in all activities and for Mothers day we each got a card made from our daughter so that was wonderful.
Our daughter has built an attachment to members of staff and they genuinely enjoy talking about her day to us at the end of the day and clearly love their jobs.
The management are fantastic, they are there for any questions that we have or meetings that we need.
We are sad that our little girl starts school in September, but she has had the best start and that has set her up for Primary School.

Amazing team! So caring, attentive, and passionate.
We recently moved from France, and it was a big step for our little one (two and a half years old) to join a new country and a new environment. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive. I feel I can trust the people working there.

Lovely kind staff who really care about the children. Very good communication from the nursery to parents. The app they use is great. Facilities are good. My daughter loves nursery and has never grumbled about going. She always looks happy to see the staff in the morning and is developing well

Wonderful nursery with such caring staff members. Lots of outdoor activities and holiday club also a great addition to the provision my eldest daughter has a great time and enjoys mixing with the younger children.

We have only been using the nursery for the last couple months however the nursery workers have been great, super helpful and friendly making me feel confident she is in safe hands. The new venue is lovely and I love reading the notes they leave on what activities and food our baby enjoyed each day.

Shining Stars Nursery always goes above and beyond providing the best care and learning possible for the children really focusing on what they enjoy and their interests.
The staff are approachable and are always happy to help you and give advice to ensure the best for your children.
My daughter
has loved her time at this nursery and comes home talking about the staff members and has created a lovely bond with the staff.
The new setting is lovely and shows a lot of hard work has been put in to make it cosy and enabling for the children!

I am very pleased to have my baby at Shining Stars Nursery. My son joined the baby' group in January this year. During the day have great care and many activities. Definitely he is not bored. I am also happy as I received my son's paintings and each day, day description, so I am always informed how

The staff at Shining Stars are all wonderful and the management team in particular are exceptional. They honestly feel like an extension of our family, they so obviously care about the children. My daughter loves it there.

My daughter has been going here for 8 months now and loves it. The staff are all lovely, very friendly and approachable and they give good updates as to what the kids have been doing at the end of the day. They have moved settings recently and the new setting is really good with a lovely big play
area.
My daughter has thrived since being here and would not hesitate to recommend.

My little one has attended the nursery for just over a year now, all the staff are lovely and welcoming and always greet with a smile. My little one just walks straight into nursery, without so much as a goodbye.
Its amazing to see how much my little one has developed and how much his confidence
has grown since attending nursery. All the staff are supportive, will answer any questions and suggest ways in which we can support further development at home.
You can clearly see the work that the staff have put into the new location to make it warm and inviting to all, the transition appears to have been seamless; and it fantastic to see all the children happy and playing.

Our daughter joined shining stars at just 10 months old, we were new to the area so we had to choose a nursery at very short notice. Paul the manager was super friendly and filled us with confidence that we made a good decision.
She loved it from day one. And has always gone into nursery happily
and come home happy.
Now 28 months old and in the toddler room, we couldn't thank the team more for their caring and fun approach. They have no doubt played a huge role in nurturing our daughter over the past 18 months, she's developed so much with her speech, motor skills, humour and kindness.
We really value the support of the shining stars team who are irreplaceable to our family. We couldn't do it without you!

We are delighted with our choice of nursery for our twins. I was apprehensive about them starting nursery as they had only ever been looked after by my husband and me, but they settled in so quickly and couldn't be happier to be handed over to staff when I drop them off in the mornings. They have
both come on leaps and bounds in their development since they started and despite being twins, they are very different, which I feel is recognised and appreciated by the staff. From a practical point of view, we are also really grateful for the flexibility that is offered with term time only places.

Shining stars have been absolutely amazing with my little one. My little one has improved so many skills since starting there. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. They have been very supportive. I highly recommend them!

My son started at shining stars in January 2026 and we have been nothing but impressed so far. He absolutely loves it here, runs in smiling and can't wait to go. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming & kind. I'm never rushed during handovers and I feel I get all relevant information passed on
to me.

I can't honestly thank shining stars enough for everything they have done for my son.
My son has global developmental delay, and from day one they have gone above and beyond to support him in every way possible.
You can see they care about each child as an individual. They have built great
relationships with him and learnt what works best for him and celebrate his progress (no matter how big or small)
They have reassured me every step of the way of his progress and goals and have taken the time to listen to anything that was on my mind.
As a parent, that level of support means more than I can put into words. They have been amazing, compassionate, and so supportive and Shining stars wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't for the incredible management and staff. You can truly see it's more than just a job to them and I'm so thankful to them all for everything they have done to help my son blossom into the happy little boy he is today.

My son started nursery in January and since he has been going he has come on so much. You know he's had a great day when he comes out and he loves going to nursery and seeing the other children. The staff are very friendly and adore my son. They are so understanding about times because of my health.

The nursey have been excellent to our boy, they have been very good are leading and encouraging early learning everyday he goes in.
The friendly environment the staff provide all goes to help our boy enjoy attending and meeting other children and making lots of friends.
The nursery have also been
helping to get our boy eating more, and filling in a daily book of what he has and this is all helpful and very good.
