Bright Horizons Bickley Day Nursery and Preschool

The new refurbishment of the outdoor space was such an improvement, it is clean, safe and set out in a way that allows the children to get the most from their experiences. The staff are always friendly and greet you when you come into the room. When seeing all the children they are always involved and supported by an adjust their play. The range of activities is all planned in a way to meets children's individual needs and is inclusive of their culture and traditions having celebrations and parent gatherings.

My daughter's key worker is amazing, and I love the bond that they have. It is really heartwarming to see them together and it puts my mind at rest knowing my daughter is with someone who loves and cares for her so much.

Our little girl joined the baby room in Bickley Nursery last year. Since then she has developed and grown so much. We have been really happy with the care she receives at the nursery; I find all of the staff to be warm and friendly, they also do wonderful activities throughout the week. We love to see photos of what the children have been up to! It is a very clean and spacious environment, with a large garden which was important to us when looking at potential nurseries in the area.

All of the nursery staff are really nice and kind, they are all really helpful, especially the staff in the toddler room, really helping me to settle my toddler into the room. Even though she goes in upset she does calm down and goes off to play with the help of the staff. The managers are also really helpful and kind and try to help you out in any way possible. Overall great nursery, great staff, great environment, happy, lovely and kind staff.

The environment was clean and all staff were engaging with the children in different activities. All children were happy and taking part. Since joining the nursery, my son has thrived and has learned so much in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend the nursery.

We recently moved our 3-year-old son to Bright Horizons from another nursery and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From day 1, the whole team have been so welcoming and my son is loving the wide range of amazing activities and facilities. I'm really enjoying seeing all the pictures and feedback via the app, and my son loves to look at the pictures too and tell me about his days.

Since joining Bright Horizons we have been welcomed and supported by many lovely staff. Even though our daughter took a while to settle in, we could see she was having lots of fun throughout the day with a wide variety of activities. We have been especially impressed with the cooking/food-related activities. The outside space is also very big, which is great for our daughter in particular as she loves the outdoors. It would be great if they did visits outside of the nursery.

We are delighted with the care our one-year-old is receiving at Bright Horizons Bickley. All the staff are wonderful, caring and hands-on to provide comfort and support. Our little one has settled so well and is so happy at nursery. The baby room staff have made every effort to get to know our baby, their cues, needs and personality. The observations and updates are detailed and a highlight for us to read. The chef has got our fussy eater enjoying a range of cuisines too. Highly recommend this nursery!

Our son settled in really well at Bright Horizons Bickley and the staff have been excellent in helping him adjust to nursery life. It has been wonderful to see him so affectionate towards the staff and they have been great at offering him a variety of different activities to help him develop.

Both children attend Bickley. Staff team is supportive and wants to help both children learn. My son is ready for school. Outdoor area amazing since refurb. Management team helpful. Very happy.

Bickley Bright Horizons has been brilliant in the support and development of my son since he was 10 months old. He is now 2-years-old and his speech, counting and sentence making is brilliant. The staff, particularly his key worker is kind, caring and always supportive and helpful. My son has made really strong bonds with the staff and always enjoys his days there. He eats all his meals, has consistent naps, and most importantly has lots of fun, I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Very happy with Bright Horizons Bickley. The staff are friendly, hardworking and caring. The communication is excellent through the app and emails. Lots of fun activities for the kids. They recently refurbished and improved the outdoor play area, which our little one absolutely enjoys.

Since joining the nursery, we have been very happy with our son's progress. The staff have always been excellent and very welcoming. My son has made an excellent bond with the staff and he's made a lot of friends here. He comes home very happy and he's always telling me about the activities that they are doing. Highly recommend the nursery!

I have been very pleased with our nursery over the past months. The staff are very friendly and the numerous activities that are available make the child's experience greatly enhanced. We also really like to see frequent updates on our child's progress over the course of the day, including photos, activities and meal updates.

Really happy with the nursery. Very impressed with how tidy the setting is between play and feels like a very safe setting. I really like the app which gives a clear overview of their day and what they have eaten. The staff have all been very friendly and can't do enough for you, I'm very confident that my children are being taken care of and are very happy.

Prices are a concern if they continue to rise but I understand that this is a result of general price rises.

My daughter is happy coming to nursery and is both having fun and learning.
