Overall we have had a very positive experience at Bright Horizons. The staff in babies 1 and toddlers 1 have been great and created a really safe, nurturing and happy environment for our daughter. She goes to nursery happy and is always happy upon collection - always having a great day. She always
seems to be busy doing fun, age appropriate activity that have been carefully thought out and planned.

My daughter loves this nursery. She has really flourished here. The staff are lovely and she has made some brilliant friends. There are activities every day, lots of time spent in the garden, sometimes they take the kids for mini excursions. There is always something happening and I feel like my
daughter has learned a lot since she started here. I was quite nervous to move her from her previous nursery as she'd been really happy with it, but the Bickley branch has been even better, they really work hard to engage the kids and bond with them. We're very happy!

So happy with Baby room 2, they always help my mum when she collects my daughter, preparing her stuff + helping take her out as my mum is elderly. Always going beyond.

I collect my grandson from nursery, he is always happy, telling me about his busy day. The staff are friendly and very caring towards the children. The nursery has lots of different resources and activities available. Lots of theamed planned and all the family are invitied.

Our daughter joined in August 2024, initially baby room 1 then moved up to baby room 2 in Jan 2025. All staff have been friendly, professional and caring and my daughter has really bonded with the staff. I was apprehensive sending her to nursery when I was returning to work following maternity leave
but it has been great for my daughter's development and social skills.

We are beyond happy with our daughter's first month in nursery. The staff in baby room 1 are incredible and our daughter loves going to nursery. The variety of activities and learning on a daily basis is beyond what we expected and it is incredible seeing our daughter's progression every day!

We are really pleased! We moved our child from another nursery because we did not feel children received sufficient individual attention or personalised care. We rate Bright Horizons higher on both counts. Staff are professional, engaged and know children well. Facilities are clean and well-suited,
food is cooked fresh on-site. Communication is good, outings are frequent. We would like even more encouragement of children's independence but overall we are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The room leader is really excellent and all staff respond well to our child. Thank you.

Since my son has started the nursery, I have found he's grown in confidence a lot and has a great bond with his key worker in the room. The ladies in the room are all so welcoming and the babies all seem so well looked after and I feel my son's in great hands for me to go to work.

Our son recently moved to Brighton Horizons Bickley Day Nursery and Preschool from another nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds and really shows in his development. The staff are amazing and constantly doing fun activities, keeping him engaged. All the staff in the toddler room are so friendly
and easy to talk to.
Also, the app is great and is always kept updated!

Our son has been attending Bright Horizons and we have truly seen the changes in him in a positive way, he has developed much more in his speech, is much more confident and is joining more in group activities. The effort and activities the nursery staff do every day are great, they do a good mix of
reading and learning new skills and independent play. For different events they hold different activities like for the euro football, they had face painting and football activities. My son is in a toddler class and I can say the staff are very caring and attentive and I truly feel comfortable leaving my child at nursery knowing he is in good hands. I have also found the app very helpful and they are good at regular updates, pictures most days and good interaction.

Our daughter has joined the nursery at 20 months old. She settled easily and always looking forward to come back there.

My son has just started in the toddler unit and I cannot fault them one bit. Daily updates on the app, especially regarding activities or celebrations and lots of photos. They also recommend home learning activities.
My son struggled to settle in but the key buddy system really helped as he always
saw a familiar adult each day.
The outside space is amazing and again free flow really helped my son's behaviour as he is very lively and energetic.
I really like that they took them on a visit to the supermarket and the local community. My child even got to scan his own fruit.

Since my daughter has attended Bickley, she has come a very long way. The staff are amazing in the nursery. They do great activities and always have fun days planned throughout the year. Since my daughter has moved over to toddlers. She has become much more confident and gets so excited to go to

We have been delighted with the nursery since our daughter started almost a year ago and wish we wish we had transitioned her sooner. Staff consistently go above and beyond and are happy in the nursery. This is evident with little to no staff turnover which is a rareity in this sector. Keep doing

Since joining the nursery the baby staff have supported and helped me settle in my son. All the staff are welcoming and always support me with any questions I have. I love the activities that they do with the children and home learning is a great idea to share, always enjoy the work that comes home.

Our 2-year-old boy loves going to nursery and has the best time! He’s been attending Bright Horizons Bickley for 9 months now and he’s grown and learnt so much. Staff are very approachable and take great care of the kids; they also come up with the best activities - 10/10 for creativity. The
facilities are lovely with a massive garden with separate areas for the different age groups. Our boy loves his food and seems to enjoy everything they serve even though the meals are not the most healthy ones. I am really grateful to all the staff and management for the caring and nurturing environment they provide every single day.

The new refurbishment of the outdoor space was such an improvement, it is clean, safe and set out in a way that allows the children to get the most from their experiences. The staff are always friendly and greet you when you come into the room. When seeing all the children they are always involved
and supported by an adjust their play. The range of activities is all planned in a way to meets children's individual needs and is inclusive of their culture and traditions having celebrations and parent gatherings.

Bickley Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery - the care that they show for my daughter is wonderful, and the care that they show for us! We were very nervous about nursery but the staff have completely put us at ease.
The kids do lots of activities, even the babies, and our daughter is always
bringing home bits of artwork - even at 10 months!
The food is excellent, very varied with lots of exciting flavours to try.
The app is very informative, and I feel that I know exactly what my daughter is doing at any point in the day.
My daughter's key worker is amazing, and I love the bond that they have. It is really heartwarming to see them together and it puts my mind at rest knowing my daughter is with someone who loves and cares for her so much.

Our little girl joined the baby room in Bickley Nursery last year. Since then she has developed and grown so much. We have been really happy with the care she receives at the nursery; I find all of the staff to be warm and friendly, they also do wonderful activities throughout the week. We love to
see photos of what the children have been up to! It is a very clean and spacious environment, with a large garden which was important to us when looking at potential nurseries in the area.
