Hi, I'm Stephanie, the nursery manager at our lovely Cheam Nursery. With over a decade of experience in childcare and being a mum to three girls myself, I cherish creating special and memorable early education moments for children. Our dedicated team here works tirelessly, and I feel fortunate to have each and every one of them.

I have a keen interest in supporting children and watching them grow into the children they are! I have completed my Level 5 and I have various training under my sleeve and continue to go on and do more to learn and adapt.

I am a very creative person and love thinking of activities to support the child's interests and learning goals!

I went to college for three years where I gained my level 3. I started at Nuffy Bear nursery in 2020 as a nursery practitioner. I've worked my way up to room leader for baby room and acting third in charge. I have a great passion with working with children and watching them grow and achieve new things. I enjoy coming to work and bringing new ideas and learning from others.

Hi, I am Lacey I started at Nuffy Bear as a helper fell in love with the job and found my passion working with children. I then enrolled on the national apprenticeship scheme and qualified with a distinction in level 3 childcare. I have recently taken on the role of acting room leader in our preschool and toddler room and I'm loving every minute of it.

Hello! I’m Shakila, and I’ve been in the early years sector for over a decade, with three wonderful years at Nuffy Bear Nursery. I started as a child practitioner in the room and have progressed to the role of Senior Manager. I absolutely love being part of our close-knit team, where we collaborate effectively and support each other wholeheartedly. The partnership between practitioners and parents is thriving, which enhances the experience for everyone involved. Each day at the nursery is a joy for me, as I get to support and nurture the children’s learning and development while creating lovely memories together.

Hello, I'm Umar. I’ve been a part of the Nuffy Bear nursery team for three wonderful years. I started as an agency worker and quickly became a permanent member, obtaining my Level 3 qualification. I really enjoy teaching children valuable life skills and helping to extend their learning. I'm always eager to learn and grow in my role. I'm truly grateful for my time here at Nuffy Bear, as it has taught me so much about being an effective practitioner in early years education.
