I cannot recommend this nursery enough, the nursery manager and staff have exceeded our expectations in the service they provide and we are very pleased with this setting for our child. I am confident my child is being properly cared for, nurtured and the social and emotional development of his progression has improved leaps and bounds since we brought him to Nuffy Bear. We are very grateful for the support and effort put by all the staff. I will also add that I strongly believe the success of this nursery is down to the Nursery Manager and her devotion to the children (who all absolutely adore her).

Overall Experience

My son started Nuffy Bear in May 2018 doing 2 days a week. He is always welcomed in by a member of staff, which is always with a smile. He is always interested in doing a range of activities which Nuffy Bear provide eg for Halloween, Christmas and things as part of daily life eg making models of mouth and teeth. As a parent, I am very happy with my son's progress since starting Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cheam.

The staff were very personable and built excellent relationships with the children. The care, stimulation and variety of activities provided by them allowed my child to flourish.

My Daughter had been attending Nuffy Bear Nursery from 9 months old until 4 years when she started school. I found incredibly hard to let go, worried about finding a nursery I would feel was safe for her etc. When I came across Nuffy Nursery I was instantly pleased and felt happy to leave her in their care.

My daughter has always come home happy, there has never been any concerns about the staff or her safety. They really do care about the children. She had a great time at nursery, which has ultimately prepared her for school. I am very happy with this nursery and if I had another child, I would send them here again.

Thank you for putting my heart a ease and taking the worry out of other people looking after my child.

The only criticism is the outdoor space, this looks tired, haggard and a bit dank. The nursery recently had had a total re-vamp inside and the outdoor play desperately needs a complete facelift! This is the only thing letting the nursery down!
