Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cheam

The other staff were really good, in particular a young male worker who was super caring with my grandson. The nursery often had staff shortage and would call and say your child can’t come to nursery because we don’t have the staff. From a safeguarding point, I do not recommend this nursery.

My son started going to Nuffy Bear in July 23. The settle-in sessions were very useful and I felt like I was leaving my child in safe hands. The whole team is absolutely amazing! My little boy is so happy to go there every morning. The management do a great job at making the place safe, educational and very entertaining for the children. There is also another fab person definitely worth mentioning, she always keeps us updated on our boy's progress, he absolutely adores her and looks so happy to see her. I would strongly recommend Nuffy Bear to any parent looking for an outstanding nursery in the area.

My two boys have both gone to Nuffy Bear Cheam and we couldn’t be happier. The manager and the team are very caring towards the children and organise lots of fun activities and events in addition to the standard nursery curriculum. The facilities are great with a big outdoor space and swimming pool. We always know our kids are well cared for at Nuffy.

I can clearly tell that the team take great care of my daughter and encourage her to learn and develop.

I highly recommend Nuffy Bears in Cheam. The teachers are so caring and kind. They have taught my daughter so much, putting together great activities where they enjoy themselves while learning. Our little girl has thrived there. There is nothing more they could do, they do so much and more, plus there are free swimming lessons once a week (when the child is 3+).

My son has attended the Nuffy Bear Nursery in Cheam since November 2022 when he was a year old. Whilst he struggled to settle, the staff were amazing and kept both he and us as his parent reassured about his progress. Fast forward a year, and he is so settled that he asks to go to nursery every day - including the weekends! The staff all demonstrate such love and joy for all the children in their care and we find them approachable. They work with you to achieve the goals you want for your child, as well as to ensure your child meets the government expectations of their age. My son talks about his days with delight, making leaving him to go to work so easy! They have an app which shares photos with us throughout the day, although these can be a bit hit-and-miss. It also details his bowel movements and dietary intake so it’s super easy to keep up with him. We couldn’t ask for a better nursery experience.

Since joining Nuffy Bear my son has really blossomed. He has grown in confidence and his communication and social skills have improved hugely. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough. The staff are genuinely caring and wonderful with children.

The assistant would often call me stating I had outstanding invoices which were always incorrect as her math skill is one of a 3 year old and when questioned she would lose her temper, shout and hang up the phone which is extremely unprofessional.

My daughter started at Nuffy Bear Cheam in Autumn 2023 and we have had a great experience so far. The staff have been amazing and really helped her to settle in and always very happy to help answer any questions. They go above and beyond to plan fun and educational activities, even putting together a Christmas party for the parents to attend. I can already see how much my daughter has progressed since she started. They have also been super mindful of any dietary requirements, which is very appreciated. Thanks Nuffy Bear!

I have been so impressed with everyone at Nuffy Bear Cheam! My little one started at 8 months old and the staff have just been incredible! They are caring and supportive and I get regular updates during the many great activities they provide! I am so pleased I chose here for my daughter! The extra events they organise to include us as parents too are lovely, the Christmas party was great!

The nursery has been so amazing settling my son, the girls have been so attentive with his needs and it’s such a lovely atmosphere of children laughing and playing. Having updates on his settling has been so heart-warming and makes my transition to go to work a lot easier!

My daughter has recently left after being at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cheam for the last 3 and a half years! I cannot explain enough how fantastic the manager and her team are! From Christmas shows to learning the care that they provide is second to none! My daughter loved every single one of the team and when it came to the last day me and my other half were beside ourselves! Thank you for being so instrumental in our daughter's early life, if there was a sixth star it would be coming your way!

Genuine 10/10 would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter has just graduated from Nuffy Bear in Cheam where she has attended for the last 3 years. She has had the most amazing experience there. The staff are just brilliant and my daughter built such a lovely relationship with them. She has come on leaps and bounds with their guidance and care and is well and truly ready for school. The activities that they put on and events are fantastic and they always try to involve the parents in these too. It was so lovely to see what my daughter was doing on a daily basis with the updates on the app. I loved being able to interact by leaving a comment or liking a photo. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter joined last year and has enjoyed the variety of activities offered. She did not speak English when starting, staff were very caring and supported her language and communication development.

Both of our kids have attended Nuffy Bear day nursery over the last few years and have loved their time there. It’s a great setting and the management and staff are all incredibly friendly, caring and supportive and have gone above and beyond to help our kids learn and develop. Everything about Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is wonderful. The staff go above and beyond to provide the best care. They are such a lovely team and all make such an effort to get to know each child and the communication with parents is fantastic. We always receive updates on progress and achievements and the team are always coming up with new and fun activities. The nursery setting is excellent and it has a great outdoor space so the children are very active. Our daughter is learning so much and loves coming here and has made so many friends. She has formed a lovely bond with her key worker and all of the staff, they are all wonderful. We want to thank them all for everything they do.

Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery in the morning. She loves the staff who work here and is always talking about them at home. She is always kept active and learning new things during her days at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery and we are pleased with the progress she is making with their help.

Our son has been through the baby room into the toddler room over the last sixteen months. Absolutely lovely nursery. Friendly and helpful staff, keep us informed at all times. Our son comes home very happy and loves being there. Sometimes he doesn't even want to come home. Professional staff and very caring. Safe environment for children. I cannot thank and recommend this nursery enough.

I could not recommend Nuffy Bear highly enough. Every single member of staff has been fantastic towards my daughter, particularly her key worker and the manager. My daughter has been there for 8 months and could not love it more - every day she stands at the door with her nursery bag, ready to go. The staff have gone above and beyond over the last 8 months developing my daughters’ social, emotional and educational skills with fun activities; she’s now a confident adventurer and the staff have really nurtured this for her. The food appears to be good and well-balanced and staff communication with parents is good. Every member of staff knows your child and that really brings a sense of family to the nursery.
