Hello, I'm Bila I'm the deputy at the nursery and have been for 5 years. I have been working for Nuffield for 8 years.
I have a keen interest in supporting children and watching them grow into the children they are! I have completed my Level 5 and I have various training under my sleeve and continue to go on and do more to learn and adapt.

I am a very creative person and love thinking of activities to support the child's interests and learning goals!

I went to college for three years where I gained my level 3. I started at Nuffy Bear nursery in 2020 as a nursery practitioner. I've worked my way up to room leader for baby room and acting third in charge. I have a great passion with working with children and watching them grow and achieve new things. I enjoy coming to work and bringing new ideas and learning from others.

Hi, I am Lacey I started at Nuffy Bear as a helper fell in love with the job and found my passion working with children. I then enrolled on the national apprenticeship scheme and qualified with a distinction in level 3 childcare. I have recently taken on the role of acting room leader in our preschool and toddler room and I'm loving every minute of it.

Hi, I'm Kacey and I work in the baby room. I'm on my way to completing my Level 3 childcare qualification. Since leaving school in 2022, I've been passionate about working with children. I really love teaching them new stuff and helping them learn in our lovely nursery. Building relationships with families is the best part, and being part of the children's ' nursery experience is so rewarding!

I'm Charley, I am a level 2 practitioner and looking forward to starting my level 3 working with children qualification. I am currently based in the baby room and have really settled into the nursery.

I have a real passion for working with children and helping them thrive in their early years journey. Planning fun activities is my thing, making sure they're all set for school in a positive way.

I joined in January 2024 and have really enjoyed the journey here gained so much confidence in my work, and taken the big step of enrollment into level 3.

Hi, I am Sandra, I have been at Nuffy Bear for just over a month now and I am really enjoying it.

I started working in nurseries after a career break to have my two children, I also worked in an Autistic School for nearly 3 years and a mainstream infant school where I worked in all-year groups.

I felt that my passion was in the nursery as I really enjoy working with the younger children and watching their progression into learning and the preschool ages to help and encourage them to learn in their journey to school.

Hello! I’m Shakila, and I’ve been in the early years sector for over a decade, with three wonderful years at Nuffy Bear Nursery. I started as a child practitioner in the room and have progressed to the role of Senior Manager. I absolutely love being part of our close-knit team, where we collaborate effectively and support each other wholeheartedly.
