Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son had been attending this nursery since February and is very happy here he attended two previous nursery’s before I found the right one the staff and very friendly and caring I’m at peace of mind when dropping him knowing he is well looked after.

The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. They show great care for all children.

Both my children have been to Prospect House Day Nursery and they have loved every minute of it. The staff have been amazing throughout and management. The menus are varied and sound delicious.

My daughter has been at Prospect House Day Nursery for the last 4 years since she was 9 months old. The care provided has been impeccable from the start. My daughter absolutely loves going in, running off to the staff without issue. The love, support, teaching and guidance given are fantastic. She is ahead of her age in all aspects and that is due to the staff. The variety of food that they are given means she will literally try anything.

Lovely staff, I'm actually happy how my little one is learning things. I have no complaints about the nursery.

We've been sending our son since he was 10 months old and he was really unsettled when he first started but now he is 3 and a half and he now absolutely loves it. He loves the staff and his peers, he is constantly talking about them and always mentions how much he loves it there. Excellent nursery, very polite staff and very clean, can't fault it, highly recommended!

My daughter love the nursery and she is happy to go there every week. She improves social and communication skill a lot from week one. We are happy about it. Staffs are also nice and take good care for kids.

My daughter thinks of staff as family members, she has created a relationship with loads of friends, and the team have helped and supported her development in each and every way possible.

Five-star nursery. My second baby is going there now and she loves it. Staff are amazing, caring and definitely know what they are doing as my baby goes in and comes out with a smile. She's already learned so much and what more can a parent want. She is safe, happy and loved.

Absolutely the best nursery! We are very happy with the care given to our daughter. Staff are very polite, helpful and professional. They also keep us updated and our daughter loves being dropped off in the mornings. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I highly recommend the nursery.

I have never had any sort of anxiety about taking my little one there, as the staff are very professional, approachable and supportive. I value that they are incredibly observant - always check in with me/ raise any concern (however little) which is great! They are flexible - the manager always does her best to accommodate me if I need any last-minute/add-on childcare. The activities are of a good standard and thankfully, they seem to do a broad range of activities with them. You can review progress, meals etc, live/online as they post them, which is fantastic. The vegetarian options can be improved (I don't like Quorn as a substitute for meat and we don't necessarily need a meat substitute).

Prospect Day House Nursery has been amazing in settling my little one in. I couldn’t be happier. My little one is thriving and has grown in confidence, having been in a nursery setting for 11months and recently transferring to Prospects at the age of 2 my little one is always excited to tell me about her day and display the many activities she has indulged in. Highly recommend!

Both our children have gone to Prospect House Day nursery. My son now in primary school was able to work on developing his social skills while making relationships with the staff he will forever remember and my daughter who goes there now, walks in happy to be there on every attendance. She goes in smiling and comes out smiling with learning new words and skills every week.

The nursery has helped my child. His communication is getting better and he is more independent now. My son is always happy to attend nursery. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and ready to work with me to help my child more.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take him to the nursery, but he loves it. It is so worth it.

The nursery has been great with my twins and I feel that they have thrived there. All of the staff members are welcoming and helpful and I feel that my twins have really settled at Prospect House nursery

I'm not one to leave reviews normally but both of my children attend Prospect House Day Nursery and I feel there is no better place for them. All the staff are amazing, polite, friendly and professional. I feel they have handled the covid-19 situation very well, I know my children are kept safe and looked after at all times. Everyone working there is very welcoming and I know if I ever had a problem it would be resolved as soon as it can be. Since I have started taking my children to this nursery, their development has been outstanding (my son aged 4, even comes home teaching me sign language!). Thank you to all of the staff and management, you are all amazing! I would recommend you to everyone and anyone looking to put their child into a nursery. Thank you!
