Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school

Our little one has been attending this nursery since October and she really likes to be here. She settled quickly, she is learning new things and exploring the world during her sessions. We can go to work, because we know she is looked after and happy.

Lovely friendly staff, always keeps me updated when my child is at nursery via the Tapestry app, it’s so nice to see how my daughter is developing and even nicer to see what she’s doing daily. In addition, they have been very supportive with my child’s eating as she refused to eat when she first started and now enjoys her meals at nursery.

Very happy with the care given to my daughter! She is happy to attend and she is learning new things every day! We attended another nursery before Prospect House and the staff are so much nicer, more involved and concerned about the children’s well being! Happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an early education establishment.

Wonderful, friendly, polite staff, all operating tremendously well under the present conditions with covid-19. The team are fantastic, offering plenty of opportunities for the children and keep them entertained.

We are very pleased with Prospect House nursery and are now choosing to send our second child as well. Any issue we might raise are always dealt with straight away. The feedback and updates we receive of our child are always a pleasure to read as well as giving us a good insight into her progress, we are very happy with the staff and the meals she gets given. Great nursery, the staff really invest time in aiding your child’s growth and development. Very clean and lots on offer for the children. The building itself is lovely, spacious and plenty of natural light coming in. I can not fault anything. Definitely try them out as you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent child care offered at this nursery. The staff and nursery policy has been very good and supportive throughout the coronavirus issue. Reasonable rates, good online communication platform. My child attended for 15 months, I would highly recommend, best in the local area.

I am very pleased that we found Prospect House at the time we decided to change our son's nursery. From the onset, my mind was at peace that he will be in good hands due to the warm reception we had when we took him for the settling in sessions. He is being looked after well, their use of daily reporting through the Tapestry website is second to none and I am always glad the see a detailed report at the end of the day. The staff in his age group are amazing. Our son is always happy to see them and vice-versa. I have no reservations recommending them to other parents. A big thank you to all the staff for their hard work.

Started our two boys off in the new year at Prospect House Day Nursery and they love it. More importantly, as parents, it's the first nursery I've come across where the children are fed properly, interacted with and have a 24/7 accessible app that lets you track your children's process and monitor what they are getting up to day to day. Highly regard and recommend this nursery for anyone out there looking to get their child into a place that's safe, where teachers care about your child's progress.

I have already recommended this nursery to a few friends who live in the area. I can't thank the staff here enough for what they are doing and providing for my son.

Oh, another tip is they have parking and in a secure location!

I have two kids at this nursery, one is 2 one is 4 y old. They both love to go to this nursery. The staff is truly amazing and knows how to make children happy, they have a lot of activities in the daily program, they have learned so many things in a few months. I am so happy I chose Prospect House Day Nursery because I know my kids are looked after very well. Since they start nursery they had 0 cases of covid which mean cleanliness is excellent.

My daughter is 2 years old and she started coming to the nursery about 3 months ago and she really enjoys coming here. I'm glad I chose Prospect House Day for her, the members of staff are very nice and they are doing a great job.

My 3-year-old daughter started 3 months ago at Prospect House Day Nursery. Previous to this, she had been at childminders, but due to lockdown had been at home for 7 months with no outside interaction. Starting a completely new place was quite daunting for all of us. However the staff there made my daughter and us feel totally at ease, it has taken a lot for my daughter to get back to “normal” but the staff have been so patient, and now she asks to go there now. I can go to work relaxed that she is happy.

Communication is more difficult due to COVID but they follow government guidelines and still keep parents in the loop.

We could not have wished for a better setting for our son. He began at a different nursery and the settings are incomparable. The teachers are caring and provide a great combination of support and independence for the children to learn and develop through experiences.

My son attends Prospect House Day Nursery and absolutely loves it there, each day he runs in with excitement. All the team are great, they give time and attention to the children's needs. They work with the parents to give them the best education, environment and experiences. It is a great place for a child to develop and grow in so many different areas. I'm happy we chose Prospect House for our son and couldn't recommend it more.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The settling in sessions were perfect for making sure my son was happy before being left there. He now goes in no problem and has so much fun. Being able to see his care diary and observations of his learning is amazing and reassuring.

I am very happy with this nursery. Both of my kids spent time here; my eldest until he went to school, and my youngest is still going, and I must say they feel like home. The personnel is great and truly engaged, and I feel so safe when I know that my kid is there with them.
