I have two kids at this nursery, one is 2 one is 4 y old. They both love to go to this nursery. The staff is truly amazing and knows how to make children happy, they have a lot of activities in the daily program, they have learned so many things in a few months. I am so happy I chose Prospect House
Day Nursery because I know my kids are looked after very well. Since they start nursery they had 0 cases of covid which mean cleanliness is excellent.

My daughter is 2 years old and she started coming to the nursery about 3 months ago and she really enjoys coming here. I'm glad I chose Prospect House Day for her, the members of staff are very nice and they are doing a great job.

My 3-year-old daughter started 3 months ago at Prospect House Day Nursery. Previous to this, she had been at childminders, but due to lockdown had been at home for 7 months with no outside interaction. Starting a completely new place was quite daunting for all of us. However the staff there made my
daughter and us feel totally at ease, it has taken a lot for my daughter to get back to “normal” but the staff have been so patient, and now she asks to go there now. I can go to work relaxed that she is happy.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 9 months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and nurturing and we chose this nursery as my daughter had such a positive experience here. The staff really encourage the children to develop independence as well as hit milestones in preparation
for school.
Communication is more difficult due to COVID but they follow government guidelines and still keep parents in the loop.

We could not have wished for a better setting for our son. He began at a different nursery and the settings are incomparable. The teachers are caring and provide a great combination of support and independence for the children to learn and develop through experiences.

My son attends Prospect House Day Nursery and absolutely loves it there, each day he runs in with excitement. All the team are great, they give time and attention to the children's needs. They work with the parents to give them the best education, environment and experiences. It is a great place for
a child to develop and grow in so many different areas. I'm happy we chose Prospect House for our son and couldn't recommend it more.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The settling in sessions were perfect for making sure my son was happy before being left there. He now goes in no problem and has so much fun. Being able to see his care diary and observations of his learning is amazing and reassuring.

I am very happy with this nursery. Both of my kids spent time here; my eldest until he went to school, and my youngest is still going, and I must say they feel like home. The personnel is great and truly engaged, and I feel so safe when I know that my kid is there with them.

Fantastic nursery, my baby boy is very happy here and I can go to work knowing he is so well looked after. The care diary you can view throughout the day to check in on your little one is updated in a timely manner and milestones of their development are also added for you to see their progress. It
is a really great piece of software.

Bringing my baby to Prospect House was the best decision we made. Not only are they flexible with attendance, but the staff are also all so lovely, their connection with the kids is amazing, and my baby has grown heaps and bounds from when she started. She is not a shy girl anymore. I would 100% recommend
Prospect!

Prospect's day nursery has been brilliant in providing the best care and nurturing for my boy since was two. He has grown in social confidence since being there, and he loves being at nursery.
Its like home from home and I love reading the feedback regarding his development on the app.
All the staff
are lovely, and easy to talk to and treat all the children like family.
I feel very confident and trust the nursery completely in giving my son the best care and a big thank you to the staff and key workers who have played a pivotal role.
I am impressed with the nursery being open most the year, unlike others which is very helpful. As well all the advise, support and prep since COVID-19; it has been amazing how they have been able to open as soon as the government gave a date. This is down to their dedication, commitment to their children and hard work ethic. There have been many local nurseries that did not have these qualities as a care provider and did not open for many weeks.

My child has attended Prospect House since she was eight months old. Throughout the nursery, each room and each keyworker has supported my daughter through her milestones with love and laughter. We saw the nursery go through the curiosity approach accreditation and now the nursery has an even better
feel. It is always homely and welcoming, because of the curiosity approach resources and display, I feel my child has the learnt the value of respect for others and things which she may not have been so embedded by using plastic resources.

Great day nursery, open at 7.30am which not many nurseries do, so that is very helpful. They are also very accommodating if extra childcare sessions are needed. My child loves it here and that is down to the wonderful staff.

I viewed many daycares before deciding to go with Prospect House. From the moment I walked in, I could see the level of professionalism and how kind and friendly every single member of staff were towards myself and my son. The girls are super kind and they take such amazing care of my son that I start
my day at work completely stress-free knowing my son is in good hands. Definitely a five-star daycare from the management to the staff and of course the chef who makes the best food for the kids, my son enjoys all his meals.

Following the Coronavirus pandemic, we were quite nervous about our children returning to Nursery, however, all the steps and planning the manager and the team behind the scenes did convinced us that they would be safe.
Door handles and locks/any surfaces that are touched are cleaned between each use
and child entering which is good to see and gives a hint of the procedures in place inside.
Whilst we can't currently enter the building (understandably) to collect the children, the team are posting regular updates on the online learning journal which is a great tool to follow what the kids have been up to (as they can never remember!)
Excellent return after lockdown, can't recommend the manager and the rest of the team highly enough, both our kids go here currently and are very happy and well looked after whilst they are at Prospect House. Thank you all for your hard work!

Totally professional and friendly at the same time. Sounds cliche but it truly does become like family rather than "just" a nursery. Little one loves going and will often have tears on the way home because they want to go back. Nothing is too much trouble. Even with the recent changes needed, they have
handled with efficiency and ease and made parents feel the same. Easy to communicate with and constructive relationships all round. Couldn't think of a better place to entrust my little one to.

My three-year-old daughter loves going to nursery and will often skip through the front doors excited to see staff and her peers. They have a great range of activities which are often child-led. The updating on the online learning journal allows us to work on key areas at home and provides us with a
good link to the nursery now face to face contact is difficult in the current circumstances. The curiosity approach suits my little adventurer and helps broaden her imagination through play. Having a space to park for drop off and pick up is also stress-relieving. I would recommend this nursery.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5.0 out of 5 from 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.715 for Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school is calculated as follows: ( (235 Excellents x 5) + (67 Goods x 4) + (8 Satisfactorys x 3) + (2 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 312 Ratings = 4.715
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school is based on 26 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 4
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 114 number of registered child places is 22.8, which has been reached with 26 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
