Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school

The nursery has been excellent for the 5 years we have used it for our 2 children. The staff are so friendly, come up with great activities and aid in learning and help with problems like toilet training etc. The food they serve is great and good variety and both kids loved nursery.

My child develops so well in this nursery. Every week you can see how much he has learned.

My child has been at the nursery since she was 1 and has thrived during her time at Partou Prospect House Day Nursery & Pre-school. My child always talks about nursery with such joy and as a working parent, this gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is happy, content and fulfilled whilst in the care of Prospect House staff. Staff are always extremely pleasant and it is clear from their interactions how much they genuinely care for the children. My child is now in preschool and I have noticed significant development in her interpersonal skills, including sharing and taking turns, communicating her needs and listening and following instructions. She loves doing learning at nursery and can write her name, identify letters, numbers, shapes and colours. This will all put her in good stead for when she starts school this year.

My oldest has been attending since early 2022, and I have complete trust in the staff here. She used to call it 'Friends House,' and still loves going. The team is incredibly friendly and approachable, and I often end up having a quick chat with them during drop-off or pick-up. My youngest joined in May 2024, and he gets so excited every time we arrive. Both of them have learned so much, and their confidence has grown tremendously. Even though we moved to a new city last year, we still make the drive to this nursery because I know they are happy, well-cared for, and safe with people I truly trust. They also eat better than I do in a day!

The only reason I give 4 stars on cleanliness is purely because I think the Partou group should do regular deep cleaning on carpets and flooring especially on baby rooms - nothing to do with this particular nursery as I don't believe it is up to the staff to do it.

A very supportive, friendly nursery whose first priority is to look after and develop your child. My oldest son attended from 9 months until he was 4 and loved every moment and my second son just started in September at 10 months old and he is already so happy each morning we arrive at Prospect House Day Nursery. Couldn't be happier with the nursery! Would highly recommend.

The nursery feels like an extended family, and we have full confidence leaving our son in their care. We appreciate the balance of structure and flexibility, the engaging play areas, and their emphasis on outdoor activities in the garden. We also love that they encourage practical skills from an early stage, creating an enriching and well-rounded experience for the children.

The staff are friendly and our child is very settled. The app to keep us up to date on his progress is also great.

Initially concerned about food quality, those worries faded with the chef's amazing meals. What truly sets this nursery apart is the genuine care my child receives. From cuddles to a supportive environment for social growth, he's treated like family. I'm grateful for the exceptional team that makes this place a haven where my son thrives, making working parenthood so much easier.

My son had been attending this nursery since February and is very happy here he attended two previous nursery’s before I found the right one the staff and very friendly and caring I’m at peace of mind when dropping him knowing he is well looked after.

The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. They show great care for all children.

Both my children have been to Prospect House Day Nursery and they have loved every minute of it. The staff have been amazing throughout and management. The menus are varied and sound delicious.

My daughter has been at Prospect House Day Nursery for the last 4 years since she was 9 months old. The care provided has been impeccable from the start. My daughter absolutely loves going in, running off to the staff without issue. The love, support, teaching and guidance given are fantastic. She is ahead of her age in all aspects and that is due to the staff. The variety of food that they are given means she will literally try anything.

Lovely staff, I'm actually happy how my little one is learning things. I have no complaints about the nursery.

We've been sending our son since he was 10 months old and he was really unsettled when he first started but now he is 3 and a half and he now absolutely loves it. He loves the staff and his peers, he is constantly talking about them and always mentions how much he loves it there. Excellent nursery, very polite staff and very clean, can't fault it, highly recommended!

My daughter love the nursery and she is happy to go there every week. She improves social and communication skill a lot from week one. We are happy about it. Staffs are also nice and take good care for kids.

My daughter thinks of staff as family members, she has created a relationship with loads of friends, and the team have helped and supported her development in each and every way possible.
