Clarence House Chatteris

My eldest son attended Clarence Day House for approximately 3 years and my youngest will remain there until school age too as it is a wonderful place for all applicable ages to attend. Staff are very friendly. I love reading what my son has been up to on Tapestry and his food is excellent in variety and standards. We are a vegan family and very impressed with meals provided. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend to others.

Our daughter started at Clarence House Chatteris in May 2017 and right from our first look round the nursery we were impressed. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions we had so that we felt reassured. We also liked the fact that so many of the children's art and craft activities were on display. Since our little girl started, she has developed so much and we always feel she is in safe hands when we drop her off in the morning. The range of activities the children get involved in at nursery is excellent, and my husband and I love to see what she gets up to on Tapestry. Overall, she really enjoys going to Clarence House and everybody who works there is lovely and genuinely love what they do.

From my first contact with the nursery, I was so impressed with their professionalism and communication. Following this, my daughter absolutely loves being there (and she's very fussy). I have no problems getting her there in the morning and she always wants to go back.

The staff are always so professional, friendly and helpful, communication is fantastic (this has been a problem for us with other care providers) and the environment is wonderful. One member of staff, in particular, has been wonderful with my daughter and the manager has been so helpful and approachable. Outstanding staff.

My son attends nursery 3 days a week and loves it. I can’t rate Clarence House enough. The staff are lovely and friendly and very accommodating to my son's needs. He will be going to school in September and Nursey have given him an extremely good start to his education. Thank you every one.

We moved to the area about a year and a half ago now and my son's been attending Clarence House and he loves it! He's come on so much since starting there and his confidence has come on a lot! We cannot fault Clarence House at all my son enjoy every moment he spends there all the girls that work there do an amazing job!

Clarence House stood out to us as the most enthusiastic positive and busy environment to be found locally for our little ones. The staff are all delightful and clearly passionate about their work. My child has only been attending Clarence House, Chatteris since the beginning of January 2018. In this time, I have been very pleased with the way the staff engage with both children and adults, providing informative updates on the collection of my child and the facilities provided are excellent.

Our son loves coming to Clarence House. The staff are so welcoming and know him so well, they are able to guide him to activities they know will instantly engage him. The food he has been exposed to is really wide-ranging and always nutritious.

My daughter loves this school so much. All of the staff are so friendly, and she has improved so much since starting. It's such a lovely little nursery, my daughter even calls it her princess school.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for 3 years and it is her last year here. She absolutely loves it. She’s happy, excited to get in, and always has something new to tell me and the staff are perfect. I always feel like they know her and appreciate her. She had been sick before Christmas and missed Santa’s visit so the manager (who is amazing) came to our home to drop off her Christmas present so she didn’t miss out. I can not fault them at all. Any issues or problems are dealt with quickly and effectively and they really encourage her growth and support her in areas where she struggles. 10/10 in my opinion. If I have any more children they will go to Clarence House.

My eldest son came here and is now thriving at school thanks to the help and support we received from the staff at Clarence House so when it came to choosing a nursery setting for my youngest it was no contest. From the day he was born we knew his nursery would be Clarence House.

The staff are all friendly and have helped both my daughter and myself adjust to this new experience.

Our 18-month-old daughter has been attending Clarence House for the past 4 months, and now her 6-month-old brother has started because it is a brilliant nursery for all young children. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are helpful, friendly and they are so great with the kids. Both of ours love going to nursery, it's never a chore for them. If I had one complaint, it is simply that the nursery will not allow us to leave the little angels there indefinitely.

Our son was at this nursery for over 2 years and we have been very pleased. The staff and management are very professional, kind and qualified to the standard you would expect. I definitely recommend this nursery. Communication is very good. It is a great team. We were sad to go, to be honest, and our little man is still talking about everyone there. Staff are friendly, cheerful, positive and remember my child and everything about him. They always have time to talk and discuss the day.

My child's medical needs have been met with confidence and skill, I could not have asked for a better team for my child to be left with.

Staff are very supportive about potty training etc and have followed the routines I have set at home.

The nursery has excellent communication with home.

The online diary is excellent, this shows photos of my child completing the day's activities and a paragraph explaining his progress.

My child loves it here, he is particularly enthusiastic about the food!

Both my children have attended Clarence House between the ages of 1 and 4 years old. I have found the care and learning opportunities to be really good and appropriate for them at each stage in their development. The staff are friendly and confident and build up very good relationships with the children and parents. It is a relatively small nursery so the children all get to know each other well and there is always a very good atmosphere when I drop off and pick up my son. Staff are very flexible and helpful and communication is good.

I would highly recommended the nursery. My little girl loves going and has learnt so much during her time there. A great choice of activities for them to do, ranging from outside play and creative play. Monkeytastics on a Friday is fantastic, my little girl loves this.
