We chose this nursery after letting our daughter do a settling session...her face after said enough! She loved it right away!
This nursery staff goes above and beyond to make every child feel included and part of the community and they send pictures and descriptions of their daily activities.
My
daughter is bilingual and even if no one speaks our language there, they made sure to include a bit of our culture there too to let her feel included...they bought specific flashcards in our language too! The whole staff are just amazing and I couldn't have chosen a better nursery for my little one!

Clarence House is a wonderful setting with amazing facilities and a lovely team of staff. The children are able to take part in a huge amount of different experiences and activities, and parents are kept up to date with what their child has been up to via a really useful app. They go out for walks when
possible and spend a lot of time enjoying the great outside space they have. We feel that the staff really get to know your child; personalities/likes/favourite things etc. My boy certainly seems to have a lot of fun! The staff are also really helpful and accommodating when we need extra days due to work commitments. I've had two boys go through this nursery/preschool and I couldn't wait to get my second in. They both settled very quickly and fought to come out at home time! I would highly recommend Clarence House!

Our 2-year-old daughter started at Clarence House after the year of on/off lockdowns which meant she hadn't socialized with children her own age or new adults for a long time. She was shy and nervous to begin but felt comfortable within a few sessions and now bounces into nursery - she is so happy there!
The staff are all lovely and so caring and welcoming. Communication is brilliant and we're really pleased we chose this nursery.

Our child is always very happy to attend the nursery. She seems keen to be there and with all the staff. They are all really friendly. The nursery is always as clean as you can expect with so many small children causing chaos. They always have lots of different and engaging activities.

My daughter loves this nursery and the staff. She skips down the path every day and always talks about her friends and what they have been doing. Fantastic development and everything she needs is provided.

My son has been attending Clarence House nursery for 10 months now and has thrived. The staff are very friendly and informative and I feel really look after the children in their care. There is a wonderful range of activities which are all age-appropriate and have regular opportunity to mix with all
the children in the nursery rather than just their age group. I feel this helps build social interactions for the children.
The staff listen and respect the parent's views and try very hard (child willing!) to stick to their usual routines and practices.
Would really recommend, and thank you to all the staff.

My son enjoys going to the nursery. I walk half a hour away to get to the nursery as Clarence House is the better one and I like the staff here, they are very friendly.

The manager and the team are incredible at what they do. They accept every child as an individual and work really hard to settle them quickly and effectively. We feel extremely fortunate to have found them and that they had space for our children.


The staff are all really nice, professional and

fantastic at what they do. Leaving your little ones can be emotional but I honestly don’t have any worries leaving ours at Clarence House and would highly recommend them to everyone.


Our children are also big fans and tell us all about their exciting days with yummy food. 10/10 from us!

My son has been at Clarence House since he was 4 months old and I returned to work. I decided to send him here after meeting other local nurseries in the area after the initial phone conversation with the manager was very informative and professional. I visited the setting and my son did settling in
sessions and it was a success the staff listened to my desires and needs for my child. He has now been in the setting for nearly one year and is coming along leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing and each and everyone has the children’s needs/wants at heart. The children are well looked after the staff always do a range of activities for the children. The girls at the nursery are friendly, welcoming and for a single parent like myself they are also my friends and I really am grateful to each and everyone one of them. My only constructive criticism to add would be possibly decorating the outdoor area and update some of the toys in more engaging colours for the children.

Our son has developed so much since starting at Clarence House Chatteris. Being new to the area and going full time, this was a hard transition for us as a family. All staff including the manager, have been so welcoming and supportive. Every day now, our son is full of smiles when going and genuinely
looks forward to his time there, which is a great relief for any parent when leaving a child.
I would highly recommend anyone to this nursery, in just a month our 3-year-old is singing his ABCs and counts to over 10, this is thanks to the fun but educational environment they provide.
Only feedback from me to improve would be the Tapestry app is slow to update on observations sometimes taking a week to come through.

Highly recommend! My son loves going to this nursery. We chose this nursery due to its limited numbers and the staff have all bonded with my son. His food allergies are very well catered for and considered. The varied activities mean he is progressing every day that he attends and as a parent, I love
to see him learning new things and being happy for me to leave him - so much so he doesn’t always want to come home at the end of the day! Lovely ‘home from home’ feeling with care you can trust. Lots of events are put on throughout the year to involve parents and carers with the nursery.

My daughter has been attending since she was one and has thrived in so many areas. She is a clever, happy social child and I believe the care given at Clarence House has been pivotal in helping her achieve all these areas. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Would like to say my grandson started Clarance House about a year ago. He has come a long way since being there and also loves to go to the nursery. He is very happy there all the staff are brilliant, they talk to you to explain things and take the time to let us know how he has been, what sort of day
he has had and what he ate for his snack and lunch brilliant. Would highly recommend Clarance House, Chatteris to any parent that is looking for a nursery.

I only drop and collect my son occasionally when work allows but on every occasion I have visited, I’ve been delighted with the friendliness of the staff, a variety of activities and the facilities offered to the children. My wife tells me what the menu was for each particular day and the fun activities
my son has enjoyed. This is great to hear and often highlighted in the tapestry updates which are, without doubt, my favourite feature. My parents can see regularly what their grandson is up to which makes their day. We all love the development summary charting his progress and the staff comments are a really nice personal touch, it always sounds like it’s been lots of fun!
I’m very happy for my son to be attending Clarence House.

My daughter goes to this nursery and she loves it there so much she has come so far with her learning at the nursery she has made so many friends there the staff are very good with her and she can't wait to go back all the time when it is her days to be in. The staff there are very friendly and polite
and if you have a problem they solve them right away for you.

This is the first time I have used a nursery for a foster child in my care. I have been so impressed with the attention to detail the nursery have considered since caring for my child and he is flourishing in their care. It has given him access to other children and helped him learn that other adults

My daughter has only just started at the nursery, but after viewing quite a few others the policies, professionalism and warm staff were just outstanding at Clarence House and we both liked it instantly.


The staff are communicative, accommodating and I feel very confident leaving my child in their

care. The biggest problem is my youngest wanting to go too!

I was really nervous about my little boy going to nursery but I needn’t have worried! The team are FANTASTIC! They know my little boy so well and meet all of his needs. I feel that they really care about him and enjoy having him there, as much as he enjoys being there. They are very responsive to making
changes as he grows and has different likes and dislikes. The feedback on his day at nursery is very thorough and tapestry regularly updated. My little boy is fed really well and is encouraged to learn to eat by himself like we do at home. I can contact nursery at anytime when he is there and the staff never seem too busy to help. I have had the cause, on a few occasions, to need extra sessions. The staff have always tried to accommodate this. Ultimately, my little boy seems very happy there and has become much more confident and this, to me, speaks volumes about how great the staff are.

Our daughter went to Clarence House Chatteris for 2 years prior to starting school. We were extremely happy with all aspects, from staff to fees to their curriculum. Clarence House has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, staff are always smiling, positive and take time to listen. We are so impressed
with Clarence House that we are now sending our son of
9 months.
