This is an outstanding nursery. We made the move to Riverside from another nursery, and our expectations have always been exceeded. My daughter has been attending The Riverside Day Nursery from when she was 11-months-old. Today she is nearly 4, and she has enjoyed every stage of her nursery journey to the absolute maximum.
And here is why:
Everything starts with a great team, and they are truly epic: young, caring, loving, buzzing,
fun-loving, attentive and they have a very strong team bond! And as for every successful team, this one also goes back to outstanding management, who is totally aware, involved, attentive, assertive and strong.
The premises are fantastic with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Close proximity to the town centre allows for nice day trips. Today, for example, my daughter enjoyed a walk down to town to see and feed the ducks.
My child is buzzing every day at pick up. What more can a parent ask for!

My son has been going to The Riverside Day Nursery since he was 8-months-old, and I have been extremely happy with his care. He absolutely loves all the girls and often talks about them when he’s at home. The regular updates via the app are excellent, and it’s great to see what our little one is up
to throughout the day. The children spend loads of time outside, in the garden and going out for walks to see the ducks. My little boy has a few allergies, and the nursery has always been very good at providing for his needs. During the pandemic, we have received constant updates and information on how they have adjusted the routine and increased cleaning to meet the current requirements. I have recommended this nursery to several friends, who also now send their children here, so I would absolutely recommend.

We are so happy with the level of care he has received at Riverside. He has improved greatly in so many ways since starting last August. The team are young, enthusiastic and always have a smile on their faces. Their excitement is contagious, and he always tells me of the fun they have had that day.
The outside space is fantastic and rare for any nursery to have, and that was one of the reasons we picked Riverside. The food menu looks delicious, and I’m very envious at times. I always feel reassured at drop off that he will have a fun-filled and educational day.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic about each and every child. They are very attentive and brought her out of her shell, as well as developed many of the skills she uses at home.
Every day, my child comes out, she is so happy, excited and chatty to all of us. She is constantly stimulated
and tells me and her mum everything she has done that day, including the other children she played with.
I get many updates from the staff on their app, and they are very good at taking photos of the happy times my child has. They also take her care and safety seriously and have handled bumps and scuffles very well. Including ones that she has had at home.
The mixture of activities they have there is amazing, and I do love the fact that outside play is a big part of the nursery. Even in the cold and wet, my child is outside playing and enjoying herself or taking a nice walk with everyone else.
Overall, this has been a perfect find and match for my child, and I am very pleased she is there.

A beautiful nursery with absolutely amazing staff who show so much passion and care for the children. They make your child feel like they are their only priority and show so much interest in their development. Staff always keep parents updated via the app/in person and bring out the best in the children
and have certainly done so with our daughter. A lot of new skills learnt and happy memories made.
A very welcoming nursery with the utmost professionalism, adapted so well with Covid-19 to ensure everyone stays safe.
They offer a wide range of activities for the children from walks along the river to cook their own tasty treats, painting, outdoor play, and lots of singing and dancing (my daughters favourite). My daughter looks forward to going every week! Would recommend time and time again!

I was recommended this nursery by a friend who’s son is at The Riverside Day Nursery, and I can say, I wasn’t disappointed.
My son loves attending and always comes home full of stories from his day. He always enters and leaves with a smile on his face, which is extremely important to me.
Love how
we are always kept up to date on their day with lovely pictures through the app.
The staff are amazing and truly have the children safety and best interests at heart, which during these uncertain times, goes a long way.
Communication is great, and the staff always go above and beyond - credit to them all.

Our kids are so precious and vulnerable, so finding the best care for them is an uphill battle. Imagine my surprise when I called The Riverside Day Nursery and recognised the manager’s voice! It was such a relief, a breath of fresh air! Who would have imagined that 10-years later, my 3rd child would
be looked after by the same carer as her older siblings! My 16-year-old daughter spent her best years in their former nursery. Mum, this is our legacy were her words when she heard about Riverside nursery. 15-years later, I still have her nursery book.
My 11-year-old son has the best souvenirs as well, and I can recognise staff from his nursery book.
I am happy to share my experience and would like to say a big thank you to the whole team for all the peace of mind you are giving us while we are at work, away from our kids. Knowing they are loved and well looked after is a blessing. And we can follow their journey via the app, which is sunshine for us.

Honestly, couldn't wish for a better nursery for my daughter to attend. All you want is for your child to enjoy the nursery they go to, and we have that and more. our daughter gets so excited every morning, doesn't want to leave and loves the staff that look after her!
The nursery is kept so clean,
so modern and creative; it's amazing for kids.
The way she has developed in the past year has been amazing to watch.
Amazing staff!

We viewed several nurseries and chose The Riverside as it felt friendly and professional. We weren’t disappointed. Our eldest loved his time at The Riverside, and our youngest, who is still there, runs to the door every morning.
They look after them, keep them engaged and genuinely care for every
child.
The communication with parents is very good, and the manager is exceptional at her job.
I would highly recommend The Riverside, and I know when I drop my boys that they will have a wonderful and educational experience.

Wow, what can I say about this nursery; they are fantastic! My grandson has learnt so much, he just loves going there and learning something new each day, and all the staff are caring and wonderful. The manager is very good at her job, she is caring and lovely, and I would highly recommend this nursery.
He will be leaving soon, and I know he will be sad to leave, and we will be too. Keep up the good work, thank you to all the staff for all your hard work during these hard times, but you kept everything going - well done.

I have been Childminder for 35-years and have very high expectations of childcare.
I have been very impressed with The Riverside day nursery Windsor where the early years is so important.
Not only do they make the children feel welcome, safe and secure by providing a caring environment.
They go an
extra mile in the organization and planning fantastic themes and activities which keep the children stimulated, motivated and eager to learn.
Everybody has had such a difficult year with the covid situation.
The staff have kept going providing a bit of normality for the children and giving them opportunities to develop their confidence, build relationships and make friends.
The communication with parents and family members is always excellent, and parents lines of communication are always open.
My Grandaughter loves her nursery; I am very grateful and would like to thank all the staff who have kept things going for her.
All in all, the nursery has been outstanding.

This nursery is how all nurseries should be organised and run. The regular feedback relating to the children from staff is precise, timely and informative. The activities that are available every day are educational and fun, including art, cookery, water play and gardening. Outside space is available
for playtime and is routinely used. Importantly, the staff actually look like they enjoy their work and are really friendly and engaging. The children all seem to love the staff, who are largely young and full of energy. The nursery operates in a small, bright, colourful and cheerful space. Every single child should have the opportunity to attend a nursery that is run to the same high standards as this one is.

To think that I was going to miss out on coming to view this nursery! I knew as soon as I stepped through the doors of the Riverside Nursery, that this was the place I wanted my son to be! The transition from 100% mummy to nursery staff was flawless, the gradual days and support from staff are incredible.
We started in the baby room and have now moved to older babies, and there isn't a day that I do not pick up a happy child who enjoys every minute of their time at nursery. Do not hesitate to get in contact, you will not be disappointed.
