The Riverside Day Nursery Windsor

All 3 of my children have loved their time at this nursery. Great facilities and activities, amazing staff who know the children as individuals and a great family feel. Great feedback and updates on developmental stages achieved. Well managed and great communication from nursery to home. Can't praise it enough.

I searched high and low for a nursery that I felt would be the kind of nurturing environment that I wanted my son to be in, day in, day out. Riverside Day Nursery was the only one that ticked all the boxes and made me (and more importantly) my son, feel so at ease. The staff here are so amazing with the kids. They really do give it there all here. Unfortunately during Lockdown, the nursery was closed, and although it was a struggle to keep little one at home whilst husband and I both maintained full-time jobs, we agreed that there was no other place we would feel comfortable sending our son. The staff are so personable and make it a fun environment for the children to thrive. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. You won't regret it!

My daughter has been attending the Riverside Nursery for almost a year. I cannot recommend them more. The staff are enthusiastic, kind and caring. My daughter loves her time at nursery. The activities offered and the attention given to the children’s development and education seem to go above and beyond. The manager and the team are extremely organised, the nursery is clean, tidy and they are open at all times to discuss anything that comes up. I feel that all of the staff are helpful and invested in my daughter’s happiness which is all you can ask for.

Both our girls attend and we absolutely love everything about it. There are always lots of activities, outside space and balanced meals which are always finished! We are kept up to date in real-time via an App which gives such peace of mind, especially knowing sleep times for my youngest who still naps in the day. In addition to the excellent day-to-day care, they also put on events such as a Christmas Show (adorable!), Easter Bonnet Parades and Mother’s Day afternoon tea. All in all, fantastic and highly recommended!

Both of my children have attended Riverside Day Nursery and both have developed within their surroundings and have enjoyed nursery life. The range of facilities, learning, education and enjoyment has been amazing. All the staff are welcoming, the nursery is accommodating and flexible to allow changes to child care and have been amazing throughout lockdown and educating the children on COVID-19. A truly amazing nursery with exceptional staff.

I have recommended this nursery many times for its excellent facilities - by far the most impressive in the Windsor area with access to the whole leisure centre for swimming, dance, multiple garden areas and ducks to feed right on their doorstep! Also, there are things you sometimes don’t think of like parking! Which make drop off and pick up so much easier and Riverside has it all. A lovely ethos led by sensible staff who the children respect and can chat to without being babied, I feel very lucky to have got a place for my son.

I've had both my children go to this nursery. My son was there for almost three years and was sad to see him leave. My daughter is currently going and has been going for a year now. She gets on well with the staff and has no problems going in. I love this nursery and the staff. The communication is outstanding (even keeping us updated every step of the way during the pandemic) both my kids have never had an issue, and they are always around if you have any questions. Highly recommend Riverside, cannot give them enough praise.

Lively, lovely, engaged staff really set the atmosphere here. I always feel that staff go above and beyond to engage with children and my little boy loves spending time here. Really love the fact that the team makes such great use of the leisure centre's resources.

The nursery at Riverside is a wonderful and caring place and both my children love attending. The staff are excellent, communicate well and fast (important for anxious parents), and really take the time to get to know the children and this is reflected in the affection they have for them. The activities and play are well-structured and thought out. The nursery itself is clean and spacious, with an especially large outdoor area - not always common in Windsor. The support over the previous four months of lockdown has been exemplary, with care and attention provided during a very unsettling time. Highly recommended.

My daughter started attending Riverside Day Nursery just before her first birthday and I can not recommend this nursery enough. The staff are fantastic and my daughter has settled in extremely well. She has come on leaps and bounds since attending and I am elated that I chose this nursery. The facilities and activities that are provided are just wonderful. Thank you to all the amazing staff and team for making the transition for both of us such a pleasant experience.

Children are happy and content in this nursery and the staff are attentive and professional at all times. Whenever I have picked up my child, am always verified by a password for safeguarding and all children are being cared for, whatever need they have. Updates are posted to my daughter throughout the day, which puts her mind at ease.

We love this nursery. I think they do an incredible job in intellectually stimulating the children in a playful way. Both my children have benefited from being at the nursery and I have seen significant progress in their development since joining. The range of activities they offer is outstanding. Everybody is so welcoming, flexible and great fun and I would highly recommend the Riverside Day Nursery.

My little son has been in this nursery since the summer and I loved it from the first day. The staff are so loving and caring. They do lots of activities indoors and when the weather is OK, they enjoy the lovely garden at the back. I made the decision of changing my son from another nursery and I am so happy I did so. Every mum was saying such nice things about this place that once I went for a visit, I couldn’t resist. Best nursery in Windsor so far. There is a great sense of community and their good energy and love is contagious.

This nursery is nothing short of fantastic. Our two year old settled in straight away. Her confidence has grown so much since she joined at Easter. She adores all the staff, the care she receives is excellent. We will be sending our second daughter when the time comes.

My granddaughter is always happy to go to nursery. I love seeing the photos of her on the app and knowing she is being stimulated with so many different activities.

Great nursery with attentive staff. Daily updates and photos of little ones are a great addition. I would recommend this nursery every time.

My 3 boys go to Riverside Nursery, I can’t thank all staff members enough for their continued support and care they show our boys. The boys are very happy and are progressing at a fast pace. The environment and setting are fantastic and the management of the nursery and its staff is second to none. Thank you all, keep up the super work.

We could not be happier with our daughter’s care at The Riverside Day Nursery. She is well-loved by carers and appreciated as an individual, heartily encouraged, appropriately challenged, her progress meticulously reported. The surroundings are excellent - being in a leisure centre with gorgeous outdoor and indoor spaces beyond the lovely nursery space. Management focuses on building and growing the staff/team which leads to high staff retention and, therefore, a stable environment for the kiddies. Food is fresh, healthy, interesting. The new app and regular staff posts mean we feel connected to our daughter while away from her.
