The Riverside Day Nursery Windsor

Fantastic nursery. My daughter is always happy to go and play and learn. All the girls in the nursery are supportive and so welcoming. I highly recommend this nursery. We are very lucky to have it in our area.

We have two of our children at The Riverside Day Nursery and we are so happy with it and the staff. They both look forward to attending nursery, they are learning so much and amaze me, the staff are really friendly and we just love the huge garden they have available to play in, the walks to the ducks and the staff are really friendly, my kids go to all of them. My daughter had trouble sleeping which impacted her nights and I had a great meeting with staff and we worked together on it, they were really open to everything and helped resolve it. We are really happy here and always recommend it.

I would thoroughly recommend this nursery and can completely understand why the waiting list is so long!

The best decision we took was to send our daughter to The Riverside Day Nursery. She has developed so much and loves everyone. The staff are just lovely, always so helpful and easy to talk to. She always enjoys her time there and I’d highly recommend it to other parents.

I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else for my girls to start their journey into the big wide world and I feel so lucky that we have had such a special time with The Riverside Day Nursery

We could not be more thrilled with our experience at The Riverside Day Nursery Windsor since our daughter joined three months ago. The baby room team are organised, collaborative, creative, warm and fun. It is really a home away from home for her and we drop her off with such peace of mind; safe in the knowledge that she is well cared for by the whole team of practitioners and managers.

This is the best nursery around. The staff are amazing; they are caring, kind, friendly, loving and giving to all of the children in their care. My daughter absolutely loves it here and my son will soon start. It is extremely reassuring to know how well looked after they are and the brilliant learning and development they receive. There is a reason they have a huge waiting list! Thanks for all you do Riverside staff!

The team at Riverside Day Nursery Windsor are a godsend. They have taken such wonderful care of our son over the years, he comes home from nursery happy, having spent different days of the week doing different activities - swimming, yoga, walks to see the swans and ducks, PE, art, reading, etc. The nursery also takes full advantage of the fantastic outdoor space, in the dedicated outside play area for the nursery. Knowing our son spends plenty of time in the fresh air while still playing and learning has been great for his development. The nursery staff clearly all care for the children. Almost as important, it is clear the owner of the nursery and her management team at the nursery take the time to organise things for the parents too - Father’s Day and Mother’s Day gatherings at the nursery, Christmas performance by the children, personalised cards from your child, etc. It really is all round a wonderful nursery. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Riverside is an outstanding nursery. My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 10 months old and I have always felt reassured by the staff that she is being cared and nurtured for. My daughter's development has been amazing and I feel that the nursery have, and continue, to support her learning everyday. It's a pleasure to drop her off in the morning and see her enter the nursery with a big smile on her face.

Seeing my son's eagerness to go to preschool every day and also how he has grown since the time he joined, I can't recommend this nursery enough. Love the staff and the activities they have to teach different aspects of life and education. The best nursery around I can definitely assure.

I cannot rate Riverside Day Nursery highly enough. Facilities, staff, extra curricular activities are all amazing. Nothing is too much for the staff and the nursery sets the children up perfectly for School. Outside space is incredible too.

By far the best nursery and would recommend to anyone.

Although all different, all of my daughters have left The Riverside feeling happy, confident and excited to start school - what more could a parent ask! Thanks so much to the whole team for everything you've done over the past decade!

The staff are so caring, thoughtful, fun and supportive. They truly care about the children and the children have so much fun every day. Their creativity and dedication in the nursery rooms and activities they plan is amazing. I have never seen such amazing displays! The new outdoor garden play area is brilliant and my son loves playing outside. This was a big reason we chose this nursery over others in the area. For me, the most important thing is that they prioritise children being happy children. They are confident, independent and come skipping into nursery every day.

We would highly recommend the nursery to other parents and do just that, hence there is a waiting list due to the high demand!

He’s built his first peer relationships and we get regular development reviews which are all glowing, a reflection of the hard work and attention the staff put in. We are in no doubt we made the right choice in childcare.

Our boy loves going to the nursery and enjoys it so much. The staff is lovely, very friendly and well trained. Activities are designed to keep children active and engaged. Highly recommend this nursery.

We feel beyond grateful every day to send our children to such a special environment where they happily walk in each morning. The staff are incredible, kind, reassuring, and consistently prove that they genuinely care. And beyond that, our children are thriving - learning new things at the rate of knots thanks to the thoughtful activities and experiences arranged by the team.

I chose The Riverside Day Nursery upon recommendation from a friend. After lockdown I had concerns over my son's development. He started in older babies at 17 months old. I was comforted by their nature and care of him. I was apprehensive about him moving into toddlers incase he didn’t do so well but Riverside had additional team members that were equally as good as older babies. This reassured me that I had most definitely chose the right nursery. By this stage my concerns over my son were more apparent and we were heading towards an ASD diagnosis. He needed to move into preschool and my fears over whether he was ready or whether it would be too advanced were still there. Riverside have been so accommodating and responded compassionately to my concerns. I put my trust in them as the professionals and yet again they excelled. They were and are the right place for my boy. Every single team member adapted to his needs. He thoroughly enjoys Riverside and I couldn’t ask for a better team to look after him.

My daughter is leaving for school this year. Fully prepared for school thanks to the fantastic team at The Riverside Day Nursery. We are very sad to leave Riverside. Throughout her time at Nursery/preschool they have encouraged her development and always kept her interested. She has always had a special bond with key people and has made so many friends. The staff enthusiasm and the range of extra activities swimming, Spanish lessons, yoga etc is amazing! I feel school may be a little disappointing in comparison!
