The Riverside Day Nursery Windsor

Our little one enjoys spending time with the carers at Riverside. He enjoys turning up each day and always walks out with a smile. We love hearing about his day and the things that he has been taught. Would highly recommend it.

I have 2 daughters attending Riverside full time and they absolutely love it there. We are all extremely happy - The staff are wonderful, and the indoor/outdoor provisions and activities are excellent. Highlights are the outdoor garden and the opportunity for our pre-schooler to attend weekly swimming sessions.

We absolutely love this nursery! Chose Riverside over the four others we viewed due to the lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and new outdoor play area. The staff always go above and beyond for the children - they honestly feel like family to us. The special parent events are amazing (e.g. Mother's Day tea with scones and games, Christmas concert, Father's Day surprise) but the best thing is the day-to-day experience: welcoming, lively, supportive, and highly effective staff. Loads of messy play and outdoor time. My daughter has come on so much during her time here. She runs in without a backward glance every morning!

She is excited to go every morning and the staff are so attentive and caring. She’s learnt so much already and their outside space is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Amazing nursery with all genuine, amazing staff - every single one of them. I am so happy my grandson comes to such a lovely place which he loves. He is progressing well and I never have to worry because be he is in good hands, which is a great comfort.

First of all, I cannot say enough thanks to the Riverside team, they really look after the kids. I feel they are in a safe place and well supported/taken care of. The quality and variety of activities they have on a daily basis are fascinating! Our little one has shown amazing progress there, joining the nursery from a really young age and with no English skills was tough on him and probably the nursery staff as well, now all in the past. Also, having regular and detailed reports on progress is amazing. What is especially comforting is that he loves being there, he likes the staff and the food (which is great ). The staff takes a lot of photos and videos throughout the day which are then shared through the app. The nursery is blessed by being in the sports centre, hence they can do various sports there, including water sports. Playgrounds are spacious and awesome. What we like especially is that nursery is always ready to support on urgencies and that really means a lot!

We absolutely love this nursery! The girls are all so lovely and caring! They have an app where you can see what your child is doing all day, what they have eaten and photos of them etc. (Great for paranoid mums.) It’s by far the best nursery around!

I am constantly amazed at the quality, variety and number of activities my grandson enjoys every day. The staff put so much thought and energy into everything; it’s clear they are really dedicated and caring. I can see he is making progress all the time. Most of all, he obviously loves being there. I love seeing the photos and videos of him taking part in everything. This is a really excellent nursery.

I couldn't ask for any more from Riverside. It's a hard decision choosing a nursery, especially during covid when you can't look inside! As soon as I met the staff at Riverside, I was confident that my son would be happy there. Since then, I have seen them go above and beyond to support the wellbeing and development of my child. They make you feel like family; my son rushes to the door every morning and smiles when we say the word 'nursery'. What more could you want? He has come such a long way since he started, all thanks to the creativity, care and hard work of the staff. What a lucky boy!

My child is really happy at nursery, and he has made so much progress since he started. The staff are really helpful and caring, and he loves all the members of staff that look after him.

The communication is brilliant, and we love seeing the photos and videos of what he gets up to every day. Especially since our son is a 'lockdown baby', it's been so important that he spends time with other children and has different opportunities. The Riverside staff always make sure he is doing a variety of fun activities every day with lots of opportunities for play indoors and outdoors, which has helped him to develop even under these circumstances.

We have two children at nursery and they both love going, my son actually skips to nursery every morning! We love the amount of different activities they do such as painting, cooking, drawing and general playing. The outside area is great for playing football, going in the mud kitchen and riding the small trikes. The staff are lovely and really care about each and every child. The nursery was great during lockdown last year and did zoom calls once or twice a day throughout. We would highly recommend this nursery to others.

It is a really difficult decision where to leave ur child, but this nursery, hands down, have given me the confidence to know my child is safe, happy and well looked after. My daughter started at a year old.

My daughter’s allergies are well taken care of, and the staff are all brilliant. She is now in pre-school and is learning loads!

I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking at childcare options.

Our daughter has thrived at Riverside. We’ve always felt complete trust in those that care for her. They have operated safely and with so much kindness and fun during the pandemic, which is a worrying time for any parent sending their child to a setting. The staff at Riverside are just wonderful. We moved out of the immediate locality two years ago but have made the round trip 4-days a week since because we are so happy with how settled our daughter is.

She is in a safe and happy environment with staff that care for the kids and aren’t scared to give them a hug when needed. Thank you to a great team.

Great nursery, our 2 boys (4 and 2) love it and would stay there even on weekend. They managed a very difficult period during covid and kept the staff, children and parents safe. They have plenty of activities every day, indoor and outdoor. Follow up on the development of the children closely. Very convenient and flexible to support working parents. Definitely recommend it to any parents.

Simply outstanding from the faultless management to the amazing team. Throughout the lockdown and everyday life, they support you and your child no matter what. What more to say, just outstanding. You are lucky to be with them.
