Our son is in the early walkers room at Munchkins and he loves going to nursery each day! He is always happy to see Ellie and Tia at the gate and walks in with a smile. The whole team are really lovely and have a great connection with the children, you get lots of verbal updates and via the app. The team have also been brilliant with meeting my son's additional needs. The facilities at Munckins are unlike any other nursery, I've never seen so much room to play inside and out and my son loves that he can choose where he wants to play, they also set up a variety of different activities each day to engage the children. We couldn't be happier that we found Munckins for our son.

My little one is due to start school in September, and the nursery has been supporting both my son and me in preparation for him to start school. The nursery is absolutely fantastic and dedicates so much time to the children and always puts the children first. I am always seeing such amazing activities on his app and on social media, and can see how much he loves going. My little one comes home full of beans and talks all about his day, and can't wait to go back for more fun. He has built so many bonds with his adults, including Sophie at the beginning, Emily, Megan and Ashlea. My son absolutely loves taking part in activities with Emily and Ashlea, and loves them both so much. I feel so assured that my son is happy and safe in his environment at nursery, and I love that the children get to explore the environment outside of nursery, like trips to the beach or the library. We are so lucky that Munchkins has made such an impact on his start in life, and we are going to miss Munchkins so much

The staff are wonderful-so kind, caring, and always comforting. It's clear how happy and settled she is, and she especially enjoys the activities, particularly spending time outdoors and running around. Such a happy place for children to be. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable in their field. My child has a wonderful time playing, singing, reading and eating (some great food). I never have to worry about my child on a nursery day.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, although my 3 year old has been with munchkins since he was eight months old. All the staff we have met have been absolutely amazing especially Beth.He has really settled in fast and come along way, he gets excited about nursery days now. The staff are really passionate and caring.

My Daughter has been attending this Nursery for 3 years and is very happy here, The staff are lovely and very caring and dedicated to the children. The outside area for the children is great. They often go on outings to the library and beach.

Our daughter started nursery in October 2025. We have really noticed a difference in her confidence, skills and understanding. I genuinely believe this is down to the amazing staff at Munchkins, they are absolutely brilliant! We are so happy we found a nursery that is caring, thoughtful and welcoming. They really teach the children and you can tell they care! Our daughter loves it here and when we pass the nursery on her day off she gets upset she's not going in! It's great to know she loves it so much!

I have two girls attending Brightlingsea Munchkins and they both absolutely love it. My eldest wakes up everyday asking if she's going to nursery that day. They are both so excited to go in. The staff are all very friendly and easy to get along with this makes me feel super comfortable leaving the girls in their care. I love how much they go above and beyond and that the girls get to go out on trips weekly to different places. They learn so much. I can't thank all the staff enough.

Our son started at the nursery earlier this year, and we couldn't be happier with how well he has settled in. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which has made a real difference in helping him feel comfortable and secure. We love that they get a lot of outdoor play, as well as a language program and forest school activities. We would happily recommend this nursery to friends and family, and we truly appreciate the team for being so lovely, caring, and kind.

We are so grateful for the support Munchkins has provided to our son throughout his time at the nursery. He has been going there since he turned one, and is now two. During that time he has developed so much and grown in confidence. He is always so eager to go in and can't leave without saying bye to everyone. Even through challenges that he has faced, the nursery have been super supportive, making sure things are in place to make it smoother for everyone - even for us at home! We are particularly thankful to Erica, Sarah and Ashlea who are always friendly, and supportive. Nothing is ever an issue!

I'm really grateful for all the care and effort they put in, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Munchkins to other parents.

My little girl has attended here since she was 9m old & she's soon going to be 3! The girls here are amazing, she absolutely adores each and every one of them, like they do her. Coming from a childcare background myself, I knew what I wanted for my own children and I found exactly that at munchkins.

I couldn't imagine her anywhere else & my baby will be starting soon too xx

Our daughter started here at one year old and has really thrived. She spent her first year in the Baby Cabin, and the whole team there was really good-with a special mention to Nancy, who was fantastic with her.

What we've appreciated most is how well they got to know her as an individual. They quickly learned her likes and dislikes, and they were always able to pick up on her moods. It was so reassuring to know that on her sensitive days-whether she was poorly or teething-they knew when she needed a few extra hugs and when she just needed to be distracted with play.

She has recently moved up to the Toddler Room and is settling in well. The team there has clearly put in the effort to understand her needs and make her feel welcomed during the transition. It's been a really positive experience for our family, and we're so glad she's in such caring hands.

The nursery is incredible at supporting my daughter. Right from when she started all the stuff ensure they have good relationships with the children. This helped my daughter settle into nursery quickly and when she has changed rooms. She has developed so well with their support and I cannot thank them enough.

An excellent nursery with brilliant staff and facilities. Our child loves the option of going outside and is always happy to go in the nursery in the morning, then is always really excited to tell me about their day when they leave whether it's going to see the chickens, the trains or the boats. The food they are given is great from what I see coming through on the app. We chose the nursery as it doesn't have the "school" feel of other nurseries whilst still offering an incredibly rich learning environment. Our child is definitely benefitting from this as learning is fun and they love to explore and enjoy new experiences.

We are so happy we chose Brentwood Munchkins Nursery. We moved to the area in December 2025 and were honestly a bit anxious about the move. Our daughter had been at another nursery she really loved, so we weren't sure how she would handle the switch and a new environment.

Thankfully, she settled in within just a few days. She genuinely loves the staff and it is very clear that they take wonderful care of her every single day. They provide a great variety of activities, and we have seen so much progress in her learning and general development since she started. The outside space is amazing and the free-flow between inside and outside is great. We couldn't ask for a better experience for her.
