My son has been attending this nursery since January 2025 and we have had such a good experience. The staff are really creative and always do such varied activities that he probably wouldn't otherwise get to do at home. They give a thorough run through of the day on the portal and at pick up, so you
feel assured the children are in safe hands.
I also value going into the nursery for the ad hoc special events they do, where you can see for yourself the set up and what they do.
I would definitely recommend Munchkins GB to other families.

My partner and I are so pleased with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. She truly enjoys her time there and especially loves the food, with lots of fruit and nutritious options provided. We've seen such a lovely improvement in her communication skills-she now sings songs at home and even
uses Makaton to sign "more" and "all done," which is amazing to see.
The staff are wonderful-so kind, caring, and always comforting. It's clear how happy and settled she is, and she especially enjoys the activities, particularly spending time outdoors and running around. Thank you all so much Wivenhoe Munchkins Nursery & Pre-School for everything you do-we really appreciate it!!

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was a baby and will be leaving for school this year and I can't fault it. There is no where else I would want to send her. Amazing. It is evident the staff truly care about the children.

Such a happy place for children to be. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable in their field. My child has a wonderful time playing, singing, reading and eating (some great food). I never have to worry about my child on a nursery day.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough, although my 3 year old has been with munchkins since he was eight months old. All the staff we have met have been absolutely amazing especially Beth.He has really settled in fast and come along way, he gets excited about nursery days now. The staff are really passionate

Justin started nursery last year, in September, and he adapted very quickly. Since then, he has made great progress. He has started talking more and can interact with other children much more easily.
The staff are always attentive, caring, and welcoming. He goes to nursery happy every day, which gives
me great peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands.
Everyone has been wonderful with him, and he has a special bond with Elleise, who he absolutely adores. They also do many lovely activities, and every day he gets to experience and learn new things, which he truly enjoys.
I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for their child.

Our daughter started nursery in October 2025. We have really noticed a difference in her confidence, skills and understanding. I genuinely believe this is down to the amazing staff at Munchkins, they are absolutely brilliant! We are so happy we found a nursery that is caring, thoughtful and welcoming.
They really teach the children and you can tell they care! Our daughter loves it here and when we pass the nursery on her day off she gets upset she's not going in! It's great to know she loves it so much!

I have two girls attending Brightlingsea Munchkins and they both absolutely love it. My eldest wakes up everyday asking if she's going to nursery that day. They are both so excited to go in. The staff are all very friendly and easy to get along with this makes me feel super comfortable leaving the girls
in their care. I love how much they go above and beyond and that the girls get to go out on trips weekly to different places. They learn so much. I can't thank all the staff enough.

My eldest daughter went to Munchkin's (now at school) and my youngest daughter now goes. They both love it there, my youngest has settled in so quickly, is happy to go in every time, they spend so much time outside which is important to me, and you can see the staff truly care about them - creating
tuff trays, outings, book readings, they always make sure they have something going on to keep the kids not just fed, watered and safe, but entertained and thriving. I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else

We are so grateful for the support Munchkins has provided to our son throughout his time at the nursery. He has been going there since he turned one, and is now two. During that time he has developed so much and grown in confidence. He is always so eager to go in and can't leave without saying bye to
everyone. Even through challenges that he has faced, the nursery have been super supportive, making sure things are in place to make it smoother for everyone - even for us at home! We are particularly thankful to Erica, Sarah and Ashlea who are always friendly, and supportive. Nothing is ever an issue!

We've had such a wonderful experience with Munchkins Day Nursery in Brentwood. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind, caring, and supportive, which made such a difference when settling my son in.
I was naturally a bit nervous at first, but the team made the transition so smooth.
They took the time to get to know him as an individual, helping him feel safe, comfortable, and happy. It's been amazing to see how quickly he has settled and how much he now enjoys going in each day.
The staff genuinely go above and beyond-they're warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It's so reassuring as a parent to know your child is in such good hands.

My little girl has attended here since she was 9m old & she's soon going to be 3! The girls here are amazing, she absolutely adores each and every one of them, like they do her. Coming from a childcare background myself, I knew what I wanted for my own children and I found exactly that at munchkins.

Our daughter started here at one year old and has really thrived. She spent her first year in the Baby Cabin, and the whole team there was really good-with a special mention to Nancy, who was fantastic with her.


What we've appreciated most is how well they got to know her as an individual. They quickly

learned her likes and dislikes, and they were always able to pick up on her moods. It was so reassuring to know that on her sensitive days-whether she was poorly or teething-they knew when she needed a few extra hugs and when she just needed to be distracted with play.


She has recently moved up to the Toddler Room and is settling in well. The team there has clearly put in the effort to understand her needs and make her feel welcomed during the transition. It's been a really positive experience for our family, and we're so glad she's in such caring hands.

Its also fantastic to hear shes settling so well into the Toddler Room. Transitions can be a big step, and were so proud of how the team supports each child as an individual to help them feel safe, happy, and confident.

The nursery is incredible at supporting my daughter. Right from when she started all the stuff ensure they have good relationships with the children. This helped my daughter settle into nursery quickly and when she has changed rooms. She has developed so well with their support and I cannot thank them
enough.

An excellent nursery with brilliant staff and facilities. Our child loves the option of going outside and is always happy to go in the nursery in the morning, then is always really excited to tell me about their day when they leave whether it's going to see the chickens, the trains or the boats. The
food they are given is great from what I see coming through on the app. We chose the nursery as it doesn't have the "school" feel of other nurseries whilst still offering an incredibly rich learning environment. Our child is definitely benefitting from this as learning is fun and they love to explore and enjoy new experiences.

All the staff at the nursery are so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel at ease when my son first started and I felt worried. Communication is fantastic and I'm always kept up to date with events happening and updated with how my son is getting on during the day.
My son is always happy when
we arrive to nursery and always smiling when I collect him.
I cannot fault anything with nursery and I am so glad with the progress my son is making. Thank you! x
