I've had a great experience with this nursery. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring towards the children. They provide a wide range of engaging activities that support children's learning and development in a fun and nurturing environment. It's clear that the team is dedicated to helping every child grow with confidence. I would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We have had nothing but a positive experience throughout our daughter's time at the nursery. All staff we have interacted with have been extremely warm, friendly and caring - she has made some lovely friends and looks up to the staff as though they are her friends too. In each room she has been in, the staff have always been kind, understanding and helpful. We could not ask for more as caregivers.

The settling-in process for my little boy was handled so thoughtfully and patiently. Starting nursery is a big milestone, and naturally we were a little anxious, but the team made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined. They took the time to get to know him as an individual, understanding his personality, interests, and what helps him feel safe and secure. They kept us updated throughout the process, which gave us great reassurance and confidence that he was in the best hands.

Bright Little Stars Watford is such a lovely nursery. We sent our first daughter there in 2022 and chose it for the spacious and welcoming atmosphere as well as the friendly staff. It stayed true to form after she started and we booked our second daughter in without a second thought. They have both been so well looked after, the staff are so friendly and approachable. I completely understand why they have been awarded the Outstanding rating by Ofsted so many times, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Our son has been at Bright Little Stars Harrow since he was a baby and as he now prepares for big school, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible start this nursery has given him. He has always been surrounded by warmth, patience and genuine care, building strong relationships that have shaped his confidence, kindness and love of learning. We've watched him grow from a curious little one into a confident, independent boy, thanks to the way the team encouraged, celebrated and guided him. We are so thankful for the comfort on days he needed reassurance, the laughter on days he needed joy and the gentle encouragement on days he needed courage. Thank you for noticing the small things, cheering on the big things and creating a place where he felt safe, happy and truly himself. Bright Little Stars has left an imprint on him that he will carry forward and we will always look back on this chapter with deep fondness.

My daughter has been attending Bright Little Stars since 2025. I have seen her flourish and become a confident little girl. She loves attending, which makes me feel confident that she is well looked after. The staff are helpful, supportive and very approachable.

After viewing a few different nurseries, BLS is the one that stuck out and felt like the right fit from the start.

After my second child, I didn't need to look elsewhere for another nursery as I'd had a very positive experience with my first. The nursery provided a great foundation to independence and phonics, integrating him well for the transition of nursery into reception.

The staff are very nurturing and give a lot of care and attention which is very reassuring especially in the early stages. They support the home routine at nursery ensuring synchronicity. Daily feedback is prompt and thorough as well as regular observation posts which helps keep connected.

The management are very friendly, approachable and open to feedback and ensure parents views are heard. Very happy with my child's key worker and I couldn't be more thankful for her genuine care and attention and I'm seeing improvements in my child's adjustment every week since starting only a couple months ago.

My little boy had a difficult start to nursery due to a lot of separation anxiety and struggle with change. Shannon and the team have been amazing with him and I can't thank them enough for how far he has come in just a few months. They go that extra mile with him for some additional needs he has and as a first time mum, the support and the work they are doing with him is just amazing. I love that they invite parents in for certain sessions as it's great to build bonds and get involved. I also find the app they use to track his development and daily diaries amazing aswell, everything is super detailed and it's so reassuring. Outside of hours, they offer lots for parents such as informational video calls and parent consultations which is above and beyond.

We are so glad we waited for a place here, and would thoroughly recommend it.

All the staff has been amazing, both the ladies in the Milky Way room as well as management team. Maryam, Keren, Taz, Natasha, Rio, Ellen and other ladies have been really exceptional in taking care of my little one. He is super happy now and looks forward going to the nursery every day and unwilling to leave when collected! He has also accelerated so much in his developement and is now very confident in meeting new people and other children. He has also advanced in lots of other things, always thinking on new ways to entertain himself. THANK YOU!

Really good nursery and friendly staff , always keen to help us . Nursery provides good food and has good list of activities throughout the day . My boy is 3 years old and he really enjoys his time at nursery .

My son has attended Bright Little Stars since April 2025. We have been impressed with the care, activities and overall warmth of the Nursery. The staff are friendly and communication is very good. My son is happy going to nursery and has flourished in his social skills and overall development since joining. A BIG thank you to everyone who makes my son feel welcome in the Milky Team and leaves us as parents feeling reassured he will be well looked after.

She is always happy there, and seeing how comfortable and confident she is honestly means everything to me. I still can't believe how well she's done, and that's down to the incredible team at Bright Little Stars. I couldn't ask for a better place for her and would highly recommend it to any parent.
