Bright Little Stars Stratford

Our daughter started at Bright Little Stars Stratford in September 2024, and from the very beginning, we realised just how amazing everyone was. We immediately felt so lucky to have found a place where our little one could feel safe, loved and supported, while also having the opportunity to grow, learn and flourish so much.We will be forever grateful to the whole team for everything you have done for Emily and for our family, and for all the love, care and kindness you have given her over the years. You have been such an important part of her early years, and we will always cherish the memories she has made with you. A very special thank you to Sairish, Megan, Jasmine, Mary, Sash, Roxana :)

I'm very happy with the nursery. The staff are lovely, caring and welcoming, and I feel very comfortable knowing my daughter is well looked after. I'm very satisfied with the care she receives. I can see that the staff genuinely care about the children and put a lot of effort into creating a positive environment for them. My daughter enjoys going to nursery, and it is reassuring as a parent to see her happy and developing her confidence.

The settling-in process for my little boy was handled so thoughtfully and patiently. Starting nursery is a big milestone, and naturally we were a little anxious, but the team made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined. They took the time to get to know him as an individual, understanding his personality, interests, and what helps him feel safe and secure. They kept us updated throughout the process, which gave us great reassurance and confidence that he was in the best hands.

She is always happy there, and seeing how comfortable and confident she is honestly means everything to me. I still can't believe how well she's done, and that's down to the incredible team at Bright Little Stars. I couldn't ask for a better place for her and would highly recommend it to any parent.

On the administrative side nothing is ever to much trouble. Thank you to all staff members for always going above and beyond. I highly recommend this nursery!

I have a lot to say and to thank the Bright Little Stars Stratford for the remarkable progress my son has made since he started attending the nursery at 11 months. The team is fantastic, the space is clean and welcoming, they give the kids and parents all the support and monitoring necessary to see your child's progress together. Our daughter has been at Bright Little Stars Stratford since she was 6 months old and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for both her and us. Her smile widens from ear to ear as we arrive and we are always greeted so wholesomely. The staff go above and beyond to make us feel she is safe and adored and we are so happy to see her developing from the huge number of activities the staff put on. From baby yoga to painting, to dance classes and bubbles, our daughter is so well stimulated and looked after. I truly believe she is getting a better life education because of the guys at Bright Little Stars and would wholeheartedly recommend to any parents in the Stratford area.

Bright Little Stars is just an absolutely delightful nursery. Our two kids both attend, in the Milky Way and Supernova rooms, and the continued attentiveness and care of the staff is lovely to behold. Their commitment to send inclusion goes above and beyond and our kids are never unhappy to be dropped off and always merrily playing when we come and pick them up in the evening.

Bright Little Stars Stratford has been a fantastic experience from the very start. All the staff in the Milky Way room have been amazing, they genuinely care about the children and make sure they feel loved and supported. My son's point person has been especially kind, always taking the time to explain each day. There is constant communication through the app, keeping us updated on activities and progress. They know the children well and identify the next steps in their development. The management team have been truly exceptional – ambitious, friendly and has a clear vision for making the nursery outstanding. The variety of outings and community involvement, from trips to the library, yoga and dance, shows their dedication to providing a well-rounded experience. We’re beyond impressed and wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment.

I am pleased with the services provided by Bright Little Stars Stratford. The personnel is friendly and understanding, offering a helping hand when needed (for example, in the morning when a bit of extra patience is needed to convince my daughter to start the day). The rooms for the little ones are bright and clean, with a wide variety of toys and equipment, resulting in a stimulating environment where toddlers can play and learn. I can see what my daughter is doing accessing securely the nursery cam, (which is available for all the rooms).

We absolutely love Bright Little Stars, it's everything we could have hoped for from our son's first nursery. The staff are brilliant with the children, they genuinely care about them and are engaging and hands-on all day, through a whole host of activities, meals and playtime. We have every confidence leaving our son in their very capable hands. The focus on learning and development is really strong and we've been delighted that the boy is now able to communicate with us through sign language. We receive comprehensive updates at the end of every day, which we really appreciate. The facilities are excellent, it's a great space for children and the activities are always varied and interesting, even for young babies. Our son has really grown in confidence since starting at Bright Little Stars and we can't recommend it highly enough!

We have been very happy with our experience at the nursery. Our child has settled well and has been developing well over the weeks since starting nursery. The staff always take the time to let you know how things have been going and respond well to the needs of the child.

Our daughter has been at Bright Little Stars for nine months. She has moved from the Milky Way to Orion rooms (baby to toddler) and this process was seamless, thanks to the support and excellent, consistent care she received from everyone at the nursery. I continue to be impressed by how well the nursery caters to the individual character of each child. Our daughter is thriving and loves spending time at nursery.

Absolutely love Bright Little Stars. They are very supportive and caring. The children have so many activities to do. I love how they care for my daughter. The staff are all lovely, such a lovely vibe. Thank you all for your hard work.
