Bright Little Stars Nursery in Mill Hill is a castle-themed gated property with a multicoloured fence.

The nursery is situated alone on Dove Close with private access from Bunns Lane and has a pedestrian crossing outside of the nursery, making Bright Little Stars Nursery a safe and secure learning environment.

The setting features brightly coloured learning rooms for each age group, including babies, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school aged children. The nursery is well-lit and has carefully selected facilities and resources for children who are at a variety of levels and has dual air-conditioning and heating systems in place, as well as modern computer facilities.

The unique Bright Little Stars Learning Programme nurtures a love of learning bringing play and teaching together into the curriculum featuring prime areas, phonics & literacy, mathematics, science & botany, culture & geography, ICT, expressive arts, home learning and a wide variety of extra-curricular clubs.

They strongly believe in working in partnership with parents and send weekly emails on learning activities and frequently hold parent involvement sessions/workshops. They also have a special online 'Parent Area' for existing parents.

Their Head of Teaching and School Relationships supports parents when it is time to think about sending children to school. They build relationships with schools by visiting them to gather and share information with parents via Parent Workshops where they help to explain the application process and preparation for assessments. They also hold school drop-in sessions onsite for parents to meet with prospective schools.

Children at the nursery enjoy the large gardens and sheltered areas give each room access to the outdoors encouraging children to enjoy free-flow play and explore. The nursery is also located near to Mill Hill Park, providing children with more opportunities to enjoy outdoors.

Bright Little Stars is an excellent nursery! Our daughter has been there for 7 months now, starting soon after she turned 1 year old.It was hard for her to start but the staff has been so kind, patient and caring with her that she now absolutely loves it! She is happy to walk in every day and she even
calls teachers names when at home. The teachers are the exceptional part. They are genuinely loving towards the children. There is a key person assigned for each baby providing the parents with regular updates on their child development and settling in. Our daughter naturally preferred another teacher and the staff was flexible enough to switch to the preferred key person which was very nice. I receive pictures of my daughter doing great activities and I am super pleased with the availability of the staff. They are always smiling and giving me in person updates on my daughter when I either pick her up or drop off. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled with our experience at Bright Little Stars. The staff go above and beyond to give my son a good day every day. I am given lots of feedback everyday at pick up. The facilities are good and everyday there are fun activities in place for the children. There is a friendly atmosphere, facilities

My Little one started his journey at bright little stars when he was 10 months old. As a first time mum I was nervous to be apart from him and worried about the changes to his routine while feeling guilty leaving him. The staff always made us feel welcome and at ease in the mornings with a smile. They
cater completely to his routine making the transition easy. They also kept me very updated on how he was doing throughout the day and always welcomed a call to put myself at ease. My son has loved the nursery from day one and is always so excited to see everyone in the mornings. I 1000% recommend and wouldn't want my child anywhere else!

I sent my first child to Bright Little Stars Mill Hill a few years ago. When it was my next one's turn, I could not imagine sending him anywhere else. The staff are great with children and the children get to learn a lot everyday. A big thanks to everyone in the nursery.

Bright Little Stars is a fantastic nursery for both my girls - 35 and 18 months as they are in a very nurturing and supportive environment. My 18-month-old started from the beginning in Milkway and I have been so impressed with their caring nature. Her original key worker was always so attentive and

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was two. It was Covid when she started, and was very upset; she then very quickly adapted to the nursery and looks forward to going in. The staff are so nurturing and take one-on-one time with the children, with key workers assigned to each child. The day
trips are great, as are the activities - she comes home every day with fancy arts and crafts. I will be sad when she graduates from the nursery in the summer! I plan to send my son there to follow in her footsteps.

My daughter has been at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill since 19 months old (in the Galaxy Room). She is now in the pre-school room (Supernova) and she has gone from crying on drop off, to looking forward to going to nursery. The staff are so lovely and the environment is nurturing. The staff welcome
parents and take a genuine interest in you and your child. The trips they arrange, especially in Supernova, are great, and my daughter has been to the RAF Museum and a pet shop to buy the nursery guinea pigs.

Our child has been at the nursery for over six months now, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are very caring, which is the most important thing, and the nursery is very good at communicating about our child's development. The daily reports are very helpful and comprehensive.

It is such a joy to witness my daughter's development since joining Bright Little Stars. They have been attending for the past year and really enjoy the staff and environment. Sarina Kukadia is the Nursery Manager at Bright Little Stars Mill Hill and has 15 years’ experience working in the Early Years sector. Sarina was also the winner of the prestigious NDNA – National Day Nurseries Association Award for Manager of the Year 2024! The judging panel recognised her unwavering commitment, enthusiasm, and outstanding guidance.


Sarina opened our Stanmore branch where she spent 5 and half years and achieved an Outstanding from Ofsted. Maintaining high standards in care and education comes naturally to Sarina, allowing her to progress her career and do what she loves in a management role. She thrives on creating a loving and nurturing environment for children from a very early age.
