Bright Little Stars Watford

My little boy had a difficult start to nursery due to a lot of separation anxiety and struggle with change. Shannon and the team have been amazing with him and I can't thank them enough for how far he has come in just a few months. They go that extra mile with him for some additional needs he has and as a first time mum, the support and the work they are doing with him is just amazing. I love that they invite parents in for certain sessions as it's great to build bonds and get involved. I also find the app they use to track his development and daily diaries amazing aswell, everything is super detailed and it's so reassuring. Outside of hours, they offer lots for parents such as informational video calls and parent consultations which is above and beyond.

Highly recommended for any parent who wants the best start for their child!

Really good nursery and friendly staff , always keen to help us . Nursery provides good food and has good list of activities throughout the day . My boy is 3 years old and he really enjoys his time at nursery .

My son has attended Bright Little Stars since April 2025. We have been impressed with the care, activities and overall warmth of the Nursery. The staff are friendly and communication is very good. My son is happy going to nursery and has flourished in his social skills and overall development since joining. A BIG thank you to everyone who makes my son feel welcome in the Milky Team and leaves us as parents feeling reassured he will be well looked after.

Our child has been attending Bright Little Stars since August 2024. We wanted a Nursery where our son would be included, encouraged and loved and this is exactly what we have found at Bright Little Stars. Our child has additional needs and nothing is ever too much for the staff to meet his needs and ensure he is reaching his full potential. He has flourished since starting, particularly from the support of the SENCO at the Nursery, Rachel, who has gone above and beyond to source training, ensure professionals are attending the Nursery and has supported with his EHCP. As Parents we cannot thank you enough for all you have done and continue to do. Our child loves the variety of activities available, the staff always work hard to provide a stimulating and positive environment so the children can excel. To all the staff at BLS - a big thank you!!

Our two son's attend Bright Little Stars in Watford - it really is a fantastic setting for the children to learn and play. The nursery staff are all so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, they continually go above and beyond our expectations. They organise trips for the kids. People come into the nursery on a weekly basis, so many things, a few are: animals (insects etc) being brought in, Spanish teacher, yoga instructor, sports coach! Have parent/grandparent/carer events. Have activities to keep them entertained. Webinars for parents. Regular parent consultations. Charity events for great causes. Have the most amazing in-house chef! We have seen that our four year old has excelled at Bright Little Stars, things like the weekly show and tell has helped his confidence. It goes without saying that the admin and management team are fantastic, and all this support the staff and parents receive from them is the backbone of what sets this nursery apart from the rest.

Overall experience has been great. Staff have been attentive and nurturing. Our child has a great time and enjoys the provided activities. The care he receives is great and as parents are kept well informed. The info through the app is great. Meals are well balanced and our child enjoys them. Little room for improvement with cleanliness but understandable in a room full of under 2's! Overall a thoroughly positive experience and would highly recommend BLS.

It took a while for my son to settled but he seems to be happy now. The team are great with the children but sometimes shy with parents. He has bonded quickly with his key worker and I enjoy the regular updates.

The entire team are friendly, it's a lovely nursery, clean, great outdoor space, fun activities and we've seen our daughter develop in all aspects and are happy with how she is progressing. I would recommend BLS Watford to parents within the area!

I have two children at the nursery currently and could not be happier with how Bright Little Stars are with them. Both boys get so excited on the days they are going to nursery , the staff are all really friendly and interact with all the children. The nursery arrange a number of different events throughout the year that are really enjoyable involving all of the family. I love being able to see what the boys are getting up to throughout the day via the app. They focus a lot on education and make it very enjoyable for the children, both boys have come such a long way since starting over a year ago and the nursery have a big part to play in that. Highly recommend!

The staff are attentive, reassuring and caring, the meals are nutritious and varied, and they do some really fun and creative activities. The parents are very involved too with their parent involvement days and special webinars to support parents with things like fussy eating and toddler sleep. I especially like the fact that we have access to cameras - it means we can check on our daughter whenever we want. Great nursery and I highly recommend it to anyone.

We are always kept informed of her every day and overall progress.

My daughter has been at Bright Little Stars since September last year and absolutely loves it. The team took such good care to let her settle in at her own pace. Since then it’s become like a second home to her. She is so fond of her carers. She loves the activities and I can see how much she learns every day. Would highly recommend to any parent looking to start their kids in nursery.

My daughter has been at Bright Little Stars for 2 years and she loves going in every morning. The staff are very friendly and have a great rapport with the children. Everyday there is a new activity or experience planned and she seems to be really thriving from the variety. Our regular catch-ups with her key worker are informative and reassuring. I would highly recommend Bright Little Stars Nursery.

Staff are supportive, friendly and always willing to listen about any concerns regarding your child in terms of children's development and growth. They provide very comprehensive, planned activities which allows and support their speech, knowledge and learning, ensuring the child meets their milestones to begin their journey into school. Would highly recommend Bright Little Stars. Impressive!

We have two children in Bright Little Starts. They love it. The staff are attentive, caring and go the extra mile to make the children feel at home. They really support our kids' development and we believe they are happier, more outgoing because of the culture of BLS.

My child currently attends this nursery and my eldest attended previously. The quality of care at Bright Little Stars Watford has been consistently fantastic and both of my children have enjoyed their time there. The staff and facilities are also great.
