Day Nurseries Owned by Kangaroo Pouch Ltd in West Midlands

Friendly team always happy to help. Always happy to support learning and offer support. Just needs aircon to survive the new summers. Updates more on activities or term learning could be good.

Since my little one started, we have had no complaints. The communication with the nursery has been great. My child has settled in well and has seemed to only thrive. So thank you guys!

Kangaroo Pouch is a fabulous nursery. The staff are absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond for each child in their care.

Best time for my daughter. Best way for her to speak English as she's dual languages. Best people looking after her. Very grateful.

The staff are brilliant here at Kangaroo Pouch. They have shown my daughter so many new things, shes been coming since she was 9 months old and she nows so much will be forever gratefull for the staff here

Kangaroo Pouch is a fantastic nursery, staff are all welcoming and provide excellent care for my son. They are helpful and understanding in every aspect of his wellbeing and support him in every way they can.

Kangaroo Pouch has always been supportive with my toddler. I am appreciative of the app and all the updates they give. The observations and development in informative.

App - unfortunately isn't always updated like it first was.

My son is a little slower with joining in and playing but the nursery seems to take the time out to play with him.

Kangaroo Nursery is very safe for my kid. I feel very safe to leave her here.

This nursery and all the staff are so kind and welcoming. They listen to your child's needs, keep you updated via an app and face to face on collection. All staff are fantastic and have always listened to my concerns and helped me with my both sons. Both have loved attending this nursery and I've seen them grow and learn a lot. They have weekly class plans set out which you can follow at home too. This nursery is really a peace of mind when you leave your kids.

My child settled in really quick. I believe this was done to the staff knowing he is happy means a lot to parents. The variety of food is excellent. The assessments also allow us to see how their department is growing. The activities I believe has helped his leanings. Only recommendation is air con or portable air con. Nursery closing early due to weather causes issues with work. I understand it was for the children's wellbeing however I send my child to nursery for childcare whilst we work.

We couldn't be more happy with our daughters nursery. The staff are always so friendly welcoming and caring making both children and parents feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Our daughter absolutely loves attending and has come on so much since starting. Its clear now how much time, patience and dedication the team put into helping every child learn, grow and feel confident. We are so grateful for everything the staff do and the lovely environment they have created. Its reassuring to know our daughter is so happy and well looked after every day. We would highly recommend Kangaroo Pouch Nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

Wonderful staff. Wonderful nursery. Our daughter really enjoys going there each day. The staff really do love the children and try so hard with them. I highly recommend this nursery.

Kangaroo Pouch is an outstanding nursery, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my child is in safe, caring, and loving hands. The staff provide exceptional care and teaching, with daily updates and photos through the app so you never miss a moment. They go above and beyond by organising thoughtful events for families throughout the year, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Any questions or concerns are always dealt with quickly and professionally. It's clear the staff genuinely care for every child, and the children adore them. The nursery is always spotless, with separate indoor and outdoor shoes helping maintain high hygiene standards. They also provide regular progress updates and work closely with parents to support each child's development. I couldn't recommend Kangaroo Pouch highly enough-I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

We highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a nurturing and professional environment!

My daughter has been going here since January 2026 and she loves it. The staff are all polite and caring and always tell us what they have done for the day. My little one will be doing another year & a half at the nursery until she starts reception. Thank you for helping her grow :)

My daughter has just graduated from the Kangaroo Pouch. She has come on leaps and bounds from being here. The staff have been amazing with her. My daughter absolutely loved going; she woke up every morning, and still does now, asking if she has nursery. Thank you Kangaroo Pouch for helping my daughter grow.

Two of my grandsons attended but not at the same time. I found the nursery welcoming and cheerful and the staff was always ready to listen and help. Both of the children were happy to go and full of smiles when they were fetched to go home. I will recommend this nursery at any time if someone was asking. Thank you everyone for your kindness and care.

My child started in the baby room and is now turning two soon. He has developed very well and can now count to 10! Proud of what he has learnt and achieved whilst being here. Thank you!
