Kangaroo Pouch Day Nursery Willenhall

My son has started Kangaroo Pouch Willenhall recently, due to covid he had never left my side before going here. However, every member of staff have been so lovely and welcoming and really took a massive weight off my shoulders knowing every time I drop my son off he will be in the best care possible. He has only been here a short while and I am already seeing great improvement in my son's speech and knowledge. I am updated throughout the day which is ideal as I can see what he has eaten, when he has slept and what fun he is up to etc. This nursery is very clean, spacious and has very high safeguarding standards. I can’t fault it at all and would recommend to anyone looking to give their child the best start to their education in a home-from-home environment.

I discovered Kangaroo Pouch Day Nursery when I needed help with my child. My first encounter was very encouraging and had to drop all my other options. The environment compared to others was welcoming. The nursery time allocations also suited my needs and all staff members have been very helpful. They are flexible and now that I am a student, I have been given an opportunity to ask for help when needed and they are more than happy to support me. Honestly, I have not regretted my choice and I am happy to have my child attend the nursery.

My little girl has been at this nursery since September 2020 and really enjoys her time there. All the staff are always professional, caring and enthusiastic. My little girl's learning experiences and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds and her speech is coming on lovely. The staff keep me informed throughout the day of the activities, sleep time, the food she has eaten as well as her personal care. Thank you to each and every one of you. I would highly recommend Kangaroo Pouch Willenhall.

The drop off and late collection times can be very handy for parents like myself who work long hours.

As a single working mother, I often feel guilty for leaving my children in order to work. The attentive and caring staff at Kangaroo Pouch have been a lifeline for me. I feel confident that the staff genuinely love the children.

I've noticed how my children have developed since attending, they love being there. The staff and facilities are excellent. I think the staff are very professional and very caring of what they do.

My daughter is very happy to come to nursery. She loves to play with friends and teachers, and I like that she is learning many things.

All members of staff, including nursery manager, are really kind and caring.

My daughter has been going here since she had turned 1 and she absolutely loves to go. The staff are all very kind and caring and my daughter really loves them which shows me that she is cared for while I'm at work/university. They keep me updated all day via the parent app which really puts me at ease. They feed my child nutritious meals that she absolutely loves. I would never send her anywhere else, highly recommended!

My son started at this nursery just after his first birthday and has been looked after so well over the last 6 months. He is always very happy when I drop him off. All the staff are extremely friendly, especially the manager, and I am confident he is in safe and caring hands each time I leave him. The nursery is clean and spacious with a variety of play areas for the children. My son takes part in a range of different activities and is always showing me new things he has learnt each day.

Kangaroo Pouch Day Nursery is a good nursery and the staff are lovely. My daughter enjoys this nursery and has developed since being here. As long as my daughter is getting the support she needs then it's fine. There is an issue I don't like and that is my daughter always comes out of school with wet pants. Maybe a little check before I pick her up would be great.

Staff are all really friendly and approachable. Happy to help and support in many ways. Highly recommend to others, clean and tidy rooms/nursery.

My daughter started at Kangaroo Pouch in September 2019, I have nothing but great things to say. All staff involved in her care have been amazing. She needs additional support and staff have been accommodating and provide her with brilliant support and take things at her pace, which is proving to be a big help, as I can see improvements in her development in such a short space of time.
