My child settled in really quick. I believe this was done to the staff knowing he is happy means a lot to parents. The variety of food is excellent. The assessments also allow us to see how their department is growing. The activities I believe has helped his leanings. Only recommendation is air con or portable air con. Nursery closing early due to weather causes issues with work. I understand it was for the children's wellbeing however I send my child to nursery for childcare whilst we work.

We couldn't be more happy with our daughters nursery. The staff are always so friendly welcoming and caring making both children and parents feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Our daughter absolutely loves attending and has come on so much since starting. Its clear now how much time, patience and dedication the team put into helping every child learn, grow and feel confident. We are so grateful for everything the staff do and the lovely environment they have created. Its reassuring to know our daughter is so happy and well looked after every day. We would highly recommend Kangaroo Pouch Nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

Kangaroo Pouch is an outstanding nursery, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my child is in safe, caring, and loving hands. The staff provide exceptional care and teaching, with daily updates and photos through the app so you never miss a moment. They go above and beyond by organising thoughtful events for families throughout the year, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Any questions or concerns are always dealt with quickly and professionally. It's clear the staff genuinely care for every child, and the children adore them. The nursery is always spotless, with separate indoor and outdoor shoes helping maintain high hygiene standards. They also provide regular progress updates and work closely with parents to support each child's development. I couldn't recommend Kangaroo Pouch highly enough-I wouldn't send my children anywhere else.

Two of my grandsons attended but not at the same time. I found the nursery welcoming and cheerful and the staff was always ready to listen and help. Both of the children were happy to go and full of smiles when they were fetched to go home. I will recommend this nursery at any time if someone was asking. Before we chose Kangaroo Pouch, we had visited a few nurseries near our house. The reason why we chose Kangaroo Pouch is that the staff are the kindest among them. Actually it is true, we made the right choice. Everyone in the nursery is responsible and the most important thing is my son really loves this nursery. Everything is perfect.

I felt rather apprehensive about sending my baby to a day nursery and dropping her off with ‘strangers’ but the ladies at Kangaroo Pouch have been absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, welcoming and just all-round lovely ladies. My daughter's confidence has absolutely blossomed since she’s been at Kangaroo Pouch. She loves coming to nursery and looks forward to the different activities that are available each day. She has been taken on outings around the local area and had little events in the setting too. The ladies are brilliant and will do whatever it takes to help, they want nothing but the best for the children they work with and you can tell children are at the heart of this nursery. They not only care about the child, but the parents and family are made to feel welcome too. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kangaroo Pouch.
