All of the staff at Acorns Parc Nantgarw are absolutely wonderful. Both of my children have been so well cared for, supported, and genuinely loved during their time there. The development we've seen in them is a true reflection of the dedication and kindness of the team.

The staff have become part

of our extended family, and we have complete trust that every child is given the very best start in life in their care. As we come to the end of our time at Acorns later this year, we're truly dreading it - it will be a very sad day saying goodbye to all of the angels who work there!

I honestly couldn't recommend them more.

My daughter joined Oakfield Street after a smooth transition from the sister nursery.
The nursery have been wonderful, my child is so happy to go into nursery daily.
She has the best time with the fun stimulating activities they provide. The key carers are always warm and welcoming giving me personal
feedback about my daughter at the end of the day, as well as information about meals etc via the app throughout the day.
The management team are always available to welcome my child in the morning, and answer any queries I may have.
It's also great with the parents being invited in for events throughout the year.
I highly recommend Acorns

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Acorns Nursery Henbury Hill.

Our son joined in February 2024 and moved to full time in August. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly understanding when we had to delay his official start date due to illness. That compassion and flexibility

set the tone for everything that followed.

The staff are kind, supportive, highly skilled, and clearly experts in early years care and development. The activities are thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely lovely. The meals seem wholesome and nutritious.

Most importantly, our son absolutely loves his time there. He is happy, stimulated, and thriving. We never have any worries about the standard of care.

The culture, policies, and facilities are all excellent. The nursery has genuinely exceeded our expectations of what childcare can look like, and we feel very lucky to have them as part of our our support network.

Thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

Acorns Dyffryn is such a wonderful nursery. We had visited a few different nurseries before viewing Acorns, and we knew it was the right one for us as soon as we walked in.
Our little girl had a hard time leaving us initially but the team at Acorns allowed us to do as many settling in sessions as
we needed, to ensure our daughter had the best start to nursery life.
Each team member knows our daughter's name, greets us warmly every day and are always so positive and cheerful.
I've already recommended Acorns to friends, as I can't fault it.

An absolutely incredible nursery! I've been able to have great flexibility at the nursery and they have allowed me to get to see my children during the week when they are in nursery which has been massive for myself and the children. The team can't be anymore accommodating!
The staff are amazing, they
can't do enough to help me or the children, the activities they do, the support they get and their attention to detail are above and beyond what I could have expected.
The nursery is always clean, tidy and kept in great condition. Meal time is always fun to the children and they eat really well.
I can't thank the team enough for their ongoing support and help!

We are so happy with this nursery. The building is lovely, clean and bright with lots of natural light, and the garden space is huge, my toddler loves garden play. They even provide wet weather suits!
The staff are really friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the children and know them
well.
The food is freshly cooked, which has been a big plus for us because of allergies. The chef is very knowledgeable and reassuring, which made us feel really confident.
Most importantly, the children are happy, settled, and always busy with loads of fun activities.
The nursery provides so much (nappies, sun cream and so on) which is a big help when I'm in a rush to get out of the door in the mornings!
Highly recommend this nursery.

We couldn't be happier with Baby Acorns and everything about the nursery. Our daughter has been there for 9 months now, and we knew from the first time we visited that it was the one for her.
All of the staff are so incredibly caring and really take the time to get to know each child. The facilities
are lovely and they have everything you could think of to make the environment fun, interesting, safe and cosy.
Our daughter loves being in a group with other children she knows and moving from room to room with them as they grow. You can see real friendships forming and brilliant relationships with staff too. The app is great for keeping up to date with how her day is going, and we love getting photos and things to take home that she's made during the week. The special events and theme-days are a big bonus, and make going to nursery feel exciting!
We were worried whether our very attached little one would be suited to a nursery, but baby acorns has genuinely been a game changer!

My experience with this nursery since has been wonderful. The transition for my child was handled with so much care and patience, which really put my mind at ease as a parent. The staff are consistently welcoming and provide detailed updates on my child's day, from what they've eaten to the new skills
they are developing. I've noticed a significant boost in my child's social confidence and language skills. The environment feels safe, stimulating, and genuinely nurturing. I would highly recommend this nursery to any local families looking for a supportive start for their little ones. The range of activities available is impressive, and I love that the children spend plenty of time engaged in creative play. The facilities are always clean, bright, and well-maintained. Communication from the management team is professional and transparent most importantly my child goes in happy

My son is thriving at Acorns and I'm so, so happy we chose this nursery for him. The staff are wonderful, so caring and really take the time to get to know each child and their personalities. They actively encourage and promote his development, for example with communication, potty training and social
skills. We had a few "alternative" requests such as offering a vegan diet and using cloth nappies, all of which have been happily accommodated without any issues whatsoever. I can't recommend Acorns highly enough!

My daughter has now been in Acorns Whitchurch over 2 years. To say they are excellent is an understatement.
Right from the start every staff member has taken the time to get to know my daughter, learn her likes and dislikes, and at every opportunity they have gone out of the way to make sure she is
as happy as can be.
We have also felt extremely supported as parents, through potty training, applying for funding and what life will be like post nursery.
On the days our daughter doesn't attend she asks "is it a nursery day?" and is gutted when we say no. That should tell you everything you need to know.
We couldn't be happier with the fantastic care they provide.
