Duffryn Acorns, Incredible team of staff each & everyone of them so attentive, welcoming & just overall wonderful. My daughter absolutely loved acorns the staff, food, activities and all of her lovely little friends & we are so sad its her time to leave but thanks to Acorns she is ready for her next step on to big school. I can't thank them enough for making her nursery journey an amazing one. The facilities are fantastic and so well equipped to help children grow & excel. We are so grateful to you all for giving our little one the greatest nursery experience. Thank-you so so much will miss you all.

Our son will be leaving Acorns to start school full time soon. He has been with Acorns from 9 months and has had the best time there. The staff are wonderful. He has been very well looked after and I can't thank them enough. Thank you to all of Duffryn Acorns staff!

Overall Experience
The Acorns Duffryn team have been incredible in helping my child settle into nursery. Their communication and standards of care are of such a high quality that they put me at ease as a parent. They provide my daughter with wonderful opportunities and I have seen her thrive in confidence and skill development since starting with them.
From the very beginning all of the staff were incredibly supportive and reassuring.
One of the great point for us was the outdoor area. Our daughter loves being outside, exploring and learning through play.

The food menu is fantastic with a great variety offered.

My daughter has been attending Acorns since she was just over 1 right up until she was 4, from the time we came to visit the nursery I knew it was the right one. She settled in well and all the staff were amazing she loved every one.

I have had the absolute pleasure of having my children at acorns Duffryn since we moved here in 2021. The whole staff team are incredible. They made fantastic connections with staff who encouraged and facilitated friendships among peers. They had engaging activities and both my children have left with great confidence and curiosity in the world around them. Thank you so much!

My daughter has been attending Acorns for 4 years. From day one she enjoyed it.
During this period I have found staff to be professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Communication has been excellent and the nursery has all been very responsive.
My daughter will really miss the staff and her friends at Acorns when she moves onto school.

Our son attended Acorns Duffryn full time from 10 months old until he was 3½ years old, and we could not have asked for a better experience.
The staff created such a warm, caring and supportive environment. They played a huge part in helping him become the kind, caring and helpful child he is today, encouraging confidence, friendships and independence.
We were especially grateful for the excellent support around his individual needs, including helping with his inhaler and carefully managing allergy information, which always gave us peace of mind.

The range of activities was fantastic, and he especially loved the activity days where parents and grandparents could visit and join in. Leaving was emotional as the nursery became such an important part of his early years. We would highly recommend Acorns Duffryn to any family.

We could not be happier with our daughter's transition to Acorns Nursery. She started at just 10 months old, and from the very beginning all of the staff were incredibly supportive and reassuring. They took the time to follow the routines we had established at home and supported every new transition with great care and attention.
One of the biggest selling points for us was the outdoor area. Our daughter loves being outside, exploring and learning through play, so it has been wonderful to see her thrive in that environment. We also really appreciate that the nursery follows a structured curriculum and provides purposeful learning opportunities throughout the day.
The food menu is fantastic, with a great variety offered across breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It is reassuring to know she is being exposed to such a wide range of nutritious foods.

Any concerns we had along the way, whether around sleep, separation anxiety, or settling in, were always met with support and understanding

Staff are warm and friendly and communication from the nursery is good. Provision provided is well suited to the age of the pupils in each room and special events and home links make parents and families feel included.

My daughter absolutely loves Acorns ONS Nursery! She walks in every day with a big smile on her face, excited for the day ahead. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - they are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. It's wonderful to see the bond she has developed with her key workers, and I always feel confident that she is well cared for while I'm away from her. The children take part in a wide range of fun and educational activities throughout the day, and my daughter is always fully entertained. She also really enjoys the food and looks forward to mealtimes, where she gets to socialise with the other children in the nursery.

Acorns ONS is a truly fantastic nursery, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, engaging, and nurturing environment for their little one.

Acorns ONS have given our son a fantastic start and he is extremely happy there. The care and attention given to him has been exceptional and it shows in both his development and how happy he is there.

The nursery is extremely well run and we have complete confidence in their systems and the care that they give.

The staff are nothing short of magnificent and they clearly care very much for the children they look after. They constantly go above and beyond and they are always extremely thorough with their handovers.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the nursery and I am very happy that we have trusted them with the care of our son. And so is he!!

Our daughter has been at the nursery for more than three years now, and has always enjoyed her time. Her carers have always been great to deal with and have put every effort into her development.

Acorns Nursery is a supportive, kind, dedicated staff group. They keep my child engaged and happy. My son has never had any issues that weren't immediately addressed by approach with parents. I would 100% recommend it!! Management is especially excellent and know each child in and out.

The food menu is diverse, balanced and very creative.
