Overall Experience

We've been at *Alphabet House Nursery School Eastham* for six months, the staff are caring, the rooms are clean and bright, and the daily updates (photos, notes, activity reports) keep us in the loop. My daughter (Amirah) loves the outdoor play area and the weekly themed crafts. Highly recommend for

Overall Experience

I would like to share my best experience about my son, Shehran, who is 2 years 7 months old and currently attends Alphabet Nursery. Before joining, Shehran used very few words and had difficulty maintaining eye contact. But after attending this nursery, he has improved so much.

A special thank you

to Yesmin, who has been incredibly supportive and patient with Shehran. She always works closely with him and I can truly see the positive changes. I am also very grateful to Daisy and all the other staff members - they are extremely caring, kind, and always make sure my child feels comfortable. They even hold him and give him the emotional support he needs.

Because of their care, I feel completely safe and confident leaving my child at this nursery.

I also want to mention Sarafeen - she is absolutely the best. She always supports me and guides me regarding everything related to my child. I really appreciate her dedication and kindness.

Overall, Alphabet Nursery has made a huge difference

The Alphabet House Nursery staff - from the manager to other members in baby room and beyond have been brilliant since the beginning. They are warmly and they listen to your requirements and adjust anything that may be needed to welcome your child and make him/her feel as homely as possible. They use

an app for keeping every parent up-to-date with your child's activities that cover nappy changes and tracks food, breakfast and any snacks. They also do a weekly newsletter on your child's activities at nursery followed my a monthly assessment of your child's learning.

Overall Experience

My child has been going to this nursery for just over a year. The nursery newly opened when we joined, and we have seen the nursery improve as it has found its feet. There is a lot of oversight and support from their Head of Operations who has been based out of Gallions for some time - there has been

a change of management a few times, so I am pleased that she ensures that the standard of care is high and is very involved with individual children's development. Nursery assistants do tend to change but the main practitioners do give a handover and feedback on my child's activities throughout the day and they log activities and meals through the app. Whilst I found it was challenging at the beginning of my child's toilet training for the staff to be consistent and he had quite a few accidents due to not making him visit often enough, we have finally got there. Overall my child continues to make huge progress in learning, independence and social skills in this setting.

My son started at the nursery when he was 15 months old, and the staff helped him settle in so well. He is always happy at nursery and excited to go in the morning, which says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment they provide. Samira, Moriom, and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful,

professional, and kind. Their approach with the children is excellent, and they keep us updated throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. Overall, we are extremely happy and pleased with this nursery 'so far' for our little one who started in the Buttercup section since he turned 9 months (he's turned 15 months now). We'd 'highly recommend' this nursery as it has a really positive, inclusive and impactful environment mainly due to: a)

Highly patient, kind, committed, value driven and caring staff. To name a few directly impacting us are: Lakki, Sarafeen, Aiysha & Khondoker (many thanks for all their support and hard work). b) The variety of activities offered including creative learning to support and boost child's confidence, physical and social development. c) Child's habits/interests and routines are properly established, understood, and followed on an ongoing basis to ensure progress with consistency. d) Meal options are varied, nutritious and can cater to different dietary needs and preferences. e) Timings are great from 8am-6pm.

My two children have been going to Alphabet Nursery since they turned 2.
I have had no major issues, my kids enjoy it there.
Having days out with the group and going to the park is a fun day for them.

The staff are very welcoming and warm towards the kids. They have helped and supported during difficult

I am pleasantly surprised at how much my son loves his nursery. Every morning I drop him off he is happy to enter and rarely (almost never) cries which is what I was afraid of. The range of activities and care the staff have for the children is amazing. The practitioner are attentive, caring and kind.

My son is happy, social and talkative before even turning 2 y/o and that is partly due to his time at Alphabet nursery Stratford. I would recommend this nursery to every parent. Especially if you wish your child to be happy. I never worry and always know he is taken good care of.

My son, now 18 months has been here since he was 12 months and i'm so happy with our choice. The staff make this place wonderful. I'm very confident my son is well looked after, they care very dearly for all the children, they have so much energy. Safeguarding is very good. They will call if needed,

but they are not calling parents for every little thing, they keep us well informed, only if my son is very ill/contagious must he stay off, so this is good for work. They keep the app well updated, lots of pictures and updates on development. My son is singing, vocabulary is amazing, he can do his alphabet and count to 10. This is all learning from the nursery. They host stay and plays sometimes so parents can come visit which is wonderful. Its not perfect, the nursery is not super shiny, sometimes admin is a little off. But this is occasional and it doesn't matter because my son is happy and doing well.

The staff at the nursery is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I feel they take good care of the babies and keep them engaged with outdoor and indoor activities to keep them learning and enjoy their time at the nursery.
