Day Nurseries Owned by The Alphabet House Nursery School Ltd

We've had a really positive experience with this nursery. The settling-in period was made so much easier thanks to the lovely, supportive staff, such as Lakki and Deepa, who took the time to get to know my son and help him feel comfortable and secure. He has built lovely relationships with his teachers, enjoys going to nursery, and is encouraged to try lots of new activities and experiences. The team has also been very accommodating of our requests and takes an individual approach, working with our son to support his needs and development. It's reassuring to know he is in such caring hands, and we're really happy to see him growing in confidence and enjoying his time there. We're very grateful to the whole team for making his transition into nursery such a positive experience!

However, I believe this nursery could do with better funding, so that the wonderful people there can offer children facilities and experiences to match their professionalism.

My daughter started attending Alphabet nursery from January and we have noticed a big improvement in her confidence and in her speech. She thoroughly enjoys her time there and has picked up many skills. The team there are fantastic, provide great care and always update us on how she's getting along. The nursery has great activities for children, is organised and cleanliness is not an issue. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

We are very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and supportive, and they always make my son feel welcome and safe. We have seen great progress in his confidence, social skills, and learning since he started attending. Communication with parents is excellent, and the team keeps us informed about his activities and development. The nursery provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and we highly recommend it to other families. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and dedication.

My daughter has been attending the nursery from 13 months old. From the very beginning, the team made us feel reassured and supported, showing genuine care not only for our child's wellbeing but also for her confidence and development. I saw improvements in her conversational babbling after the first week which got us excited.

It's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating meaningful activities that encourage learning through play, curiosity and creativity and I enjoy seeing pictures that capture those activities at the end of each week.

The best indicator for us is how excited my daughter is to go each morning. Knowing she feels secure, happy and cared for gives us real peace of mind

We are extremely happy with this nursery. The care, attention, and kindness they show to Alya every day means so much to us. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing my daughter is in such good hands. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

It's so sad that this is my daughter's last year at the nursery. It has been such a wonderful journey for our family, and we have created many lovely memories along the way. From the start when my daughter attended baby from September 2025 up till now. I have seen a tremendous, significant improvement in my child's learning And development. From saying one words till now it has become a sentence and conversation. I can honestly say that Alphabet Nursery has installed so much in to my child's learning, communication, understanding and developing her social skills. She has adapted so well into knowing ground rules and being able to be a good listener. I must say that I am proud of my daughters achievements because she is more smarter than me and she dictates what she wants to eat how she wants to be dressed and tells me how she feels. I am incredibly proud of what my child has become and the team has done so well in nurturing my child. I am so grateful for my child to attend this nursery and I do not hold any issues.

I honestly can't thank the team enough for everything they do. Their patience, kindness, and dedication do not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will be genuinely cared for and supported.

We are very satisfied with the teachers and the institution, there are always activities. My child loves coming and I always leave with a smile on his face. He loves the teachers, he has many friends since we have been attending, he is communicative with everyone and speaks English well even though we don't speak it at home. Thank you
