We are very happy with this nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and supportive, and they always make my son feel welcome and safe. We have seen great progress in his confidence, social skills, and learning since he started attending. Communication with parents is excellent, and the team keeps us informed about his activities and development. The nursery provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and we highly recommend it to other families. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and dedication.

My daughter has been attending the nursery from 13 months old. From the very beginning, the team made us feel reassured and supported, showing genuine care not only for our child's wellbeing but also for her confidence and development. I saw improvements in her conversational babbling after the first week which got us excited.

It's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating meaningful activities that encourage learning through play, curiosity and creativity and I enjoy seeing pictures that capture those activities at the end of each week.

The best indicator for us is how excited my daughter is to go each morning. Knowing she feels secure, happy and cared for gives us real peace of mind

It's so sad that this is my daughter's last year at the nursery. It has been such a wonderful journey for our family, and we have created many lovely memories along the way. From the start when my daughter attended baby from September 2025 up till now. I have seen a tremendous, significant improvement in my child's learning And development. From saying one words till now it has become a sentence and conversation. I can honestly say that Alphabet Nursery has installed so much in to my child's learning, communication, understanding and developing her social skills. She has adapted so well into knowing ground rules and being able to be a good listener. I must say that I am proud of my daughters achievements because she is more smarter than me and she dictates what she wants to eat how she wants to be dressed and tells me how she feels. I am incredibly proud of what my child has become and the team has done so well in nurturing my child. I am so grateful for my child to attend this nursery and I do not hold any issues.

Love this pre school for my daughter. The food menu is really lovely. And the teachers there are very kind and caring :). Love the activities and the regular updates too. I like the self regulation classes they are teaching the kids. And the outdoor music they play for the kids. Gets them really interacted

I believe we did a great choice with this nursery I dont regret anything.

Alphabet house is a wonderful nursery and my child has settled in well. He is interacting very well with the students and staff there. The staff are very friendly and make my child feel welcomed. I have no concerns with the nursery except that it would be great if they could be flexible with swapping days if necessary as emergencies may come up and timetables do change for working parents. Also it would be great if we had the choice for term time only attendance and be offered the full 30hours a week.

My child always looks forward to going to the nursery. He knows and loves all staff members and has already made many little friends. My wife and I always rest assured that he gets the best care, is safe, learns new things continuously and receives quality food at mealtimes. Overall highly satisfied.
