My son Leo has been at this nursery for a year now and he absolutely loves it. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. They've taken the time to get to know Leo as an individual, and it really shows in how happy and confident he is when he goes in each day.


The

activities are varied and engaging, and I'm always impressed by how much he's learning through play - his speech, social skills and independence have all come on so much since starting. The communication with parents is excellent too, with regular updates about what they've been doing and how he's getting on.


The nursery itself is clean, safe and well organised, with a lovely atmosphere. I feel completely at ease knowing Leo is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, fun and supportive environment for their child.

My experience with the nursery has been exceptional. I have witnessed my child's phenomenal growth. As a parent there's nothing more I could have asked for. My daughter started with the nursery when she was a year old and she has grown leaps and bound. She has gratuated to the toddler room and our trust
in the staff has only solidified. She loves coming to nursery and talking about it when home.

We are so happy with our child's nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they truly love what they do. The management team is always approachable, professional, and quick to communicate, which gives us great peace of mind. The environment is welcoming, safe,

We are very happy with this nursery. Our child has attended since they were 7 months old, and their growth and development has been wonderful due to the care of the nursery staff and the activities they plan. Communication has gotten better over the past 2 years and we feel like our concerns and thoughts
are listened to and documented properly. As a teacher myself with safeguarding training and 2 degrees about child development/education, I love seeing how the nursery staff and room manager plan the curriculum for the students. My child is absolutely enjoying what they are learning and it fits with that is needed for their development stage. Thank you Stratford Alphabet House for all that you do!

I would like to share my best experience about my son, Shehran, who is 2 years 7 months old and currently attends Alphabet Nursery. Before joining, Shehran used very few words and had difficulty maintaining eye contact. But after attending this nursery, he has improved so much.


A special thank you

to Yesmin, who has been incredibly supportive and patient with Shehran. She always works closely with him and I can truly see the positive changes. I am also very grateful to Daisy and all the other staff members - they are extremely caring, kind, and always make sure my child feels comfortable. They even hold him and give him the emotional support he needs.


Because of their care, I feel completely safe and confident leaving my child at this nursery.


I also want to mention Sarafeen - she is absolutely the best. She always supports me and guides me regarding everything related to my child. I really appreciate her dedication and kindness.

The Alphabet House Nursery staff - from the manager to other members in baby room and beyond have been brilliant since the beginning. They are warmly and they listen to your requirements and adjust anything that may be needed to welcome your child and make him/her feel as homely as possible. They use
an app for keeping every parent up-to-date with your child's activities that cover nappy changes and tracks food, breakfast and any snacks. They also do a weekly newsletter on your child's activities at nursery followed my a monthly assessment of your child's learning.

My child has been going to this nursery for just over a year. The nursery newly opened when we joined, and we have seen the nursery improve as it has found its feet. There is a lot of oversight and support from their Head of Operations who has been based out of Gallions for some time - there has been
a change of management a few times, so I am pleased that she ensures that the standard of care is high and is very involved with individual children's development. Nursery assistants do tend to change but the main practitioners do give a handover and feedback on my child's activities throughout the day and they log activities and meals through the app. Whilst I found it was challenging at the beginning of my child's toilet training for the staff to be consistent and he had quite a few accidents due to not making him visit often enough, we have finally got there. Overall my child continues to make huge progress in learning, independence and social skills in this setting.

We're very happy with The Alphabet House nursery! Our son went here first and absolutely loved it, and now our daughter has started attending as well. English is not her first language, but it's amazing how much she has improved, even though she only goes part-time. What we appreciate the most is how
the staff truly listen to our concerns and always do their best to address them. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our children receive here.

We're so happy that we chose this nursery last year! The staff are absolutely amazing - caring, professional, and always so kind with the children. Our daughter loves going to nursery so much that she even asks to go on weekends! We've seen a huge improvement in her speech and confidence since she started.
Truly the best nursery in the area - we couldn't be happier!

Its been our third week in the nursery and my daughter settled straight away.She loves nursery pretty much and doesnt event want to go home.Since she is a total picky eater I really hope that when she attends nursery for a longer period of time she will breakthrough and will try some of the foods which
nursery offers.

My son started at the nursery when he was 15 months old, and the staff helped him settle in so well. He is always happy at nursery and excited to go in the morning, which says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment they provide. Samira, Moriom, and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful,
professional, and kind. Their approach with the children is excellent, and they keep us updated throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. Moriom and Samira always take the time to share updates at the end of the day, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff for creating such a positive and nurturing atmosphere!
