I'm very happy with this nursery and with the staff as well! The accommodations for my son was hard only for 2-3 days, after that he loved going there! They have a lot of activities and my son it's always excited about it! I recommend to all my friends which are living in this area!

My daughter joined this nursery around two months ago, and I can honestly say the support she has received has been amazing. The first month was very difficult for her - she struggled a lot with settling in and would cry at drop-off every day. As a parent, that's not easy to see, but the staff handled
it with so much patience and care.


The teachers kept me consistently updated on how she was doing throughout the day, which gave me a lot of reassurance. They took the time to comfort her, understand her emotions, and gently support her through the transition.
What really stood out to me is how they helped her learn to manage her emotions. Over time, I've seen a huge change in her confidence. Now she walks in much more bravely, and drop-offs are no longer stressful or full of tears.
I've also noticed a big improvement in her communication - she is picking up more words and expressing herself better, which shows the positive impact the nursery is having on her development.

My daughter started at Alphabet House Beckton when she was 10months old and the nursery staff were so lovely with the way they welcomed her and settled her in. They were amenable with any request asked of to settle her in and pretty quickly, my daughter built great relationships with staff/her key worker.
Its been 4 months and my daughter very much enjoys nursery. You can tell the staff care about the children and know her individual needs i.e they continue to provide 2 naps for her/ gave her breast milk when needed. My daughter is always happy at drop off and pick up to go to nursery and i'm very happy she attends here. Communication is always up to date and clear.

Our son has always been very much a mummy's boy, and I'll be honest, I didn't make things easy at the start. He had only ever napped in a bouncer, so I was quite anxious about how he would settle, especially with sleep.
The staff have been incredible from day one. They were so patient, calm, and understanding,
taking the time to support him through the transition. What felt like a huge challenge for us was handled so gently by them. Now he happily naps with the other toddlers and genuinely loves being there.
The team are kind, attentive, and excellent at keeping us updated, both during the day and through weekly summaries. We even travel further to stay with this nursery after moving-the peace of mind we have is priceless. Every member of staff has been fantastic, and it's clear they truly care and are passionate about looking after children with care.

The staff are friendly and always provide a handover at the end of the day, in addition to updates on the app. Particularly when our daughter was younger, the frequent app updates
were very reassuring. The purpose built space and garden appealed to us (some nurseries in churches/halls seemed overwhelming for small children). Nursery have been very supportive with potty training. The team organise extra activities to involve parents, eg Eid or mother's day celebrations.

We are very happy with the nursery and the care our both children receives here. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which gives us great peace of mind every day.
One thing we particularly appreciate is how mindful the team is about our child's meals. They take the time
and effort to ensure that each child eats something, even if they initially refuse the food. Their patience and thoughtful approach really stand out, and it's clear they understand each child's individual needs.
Overall, it's a nurturing and supportive environment, and we're grateful to have such dedicated staff looking after our children.

My son started when he turned 2 and he had a very hard time in the beginning but the staff was lovely and helpful. He is having great time in nursery and one thing I really like it's how many activities they do. It's really great to be able to see it.

I am happy with the staff and all their efforts and care towards my son. He as developed alot being in your care. Just one thing I wasn't happy with I ask to swap one of the days my son attends to another day to help me as I had something important to attend and I couldn't take him. I had no other means
of help in looking after him. But was told no. But I know in other branches in alphabet house this is allowed if you give notice. Otherwise overall happy with everything.

I've been extremely pleased with this nursery. My daughter has attended here since she was 1 years old and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff are all so lovely and help resolve any query I have very quickly. My daughter is extremely happy and comfortable here and has learned so
