The Alphabet House Nursery School Waterside Park

My daughter has been attending the nursery from 13 months old. From the very beginning, the team made us feel reassured and supported, showing genuine care not only for our child's wellbeing but also for her confidence and development. I saw improvements in her conversational babbling after the first week which got us excited.

It's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating meaningful activities that encourage learning through play, curiosity and creativity and I enjoy seeing pictures that capture those activities at the end of each week.

The best indicator for us is how excited my daughter is to go each morning. Knowing she feels secure, happy and cared for gives us real peace of mind

It's so sad that this is my daughter's last year at the nursery. It has been such a wonderful journey for our family, and we have created many lovely memories along the way. I wish the nursery continued success in the future and want to thank everyone for all the care, support, and dedication they provide to the children.

Having days out with the group and going to the park is a fun day for them.

The staff at the nursery is knowledgeable, caring and helpful. I feel they take good care of the babies and keep them engaged with outdoor and indoor activities to keep them learning and enjoy their time at the nursery. My child goes in all days and has settled really well at the nursery. And when you drop them off, you can see that the child is happy to see nursery staff which tells us they are being cared for and treated well.

Staff made me feel comfortable and reassured during settling in period. They take such good care of the babies, I don't feel stressed when I'm away at work. Getting constant feedback and weekly posts with pictures is always so reassuring for us parents returning to work! They take good advantage of the park and the babies love it!

I am very pleased to take my child to Alphabet House Nursery School - Waterside Park. It is a safe and friendly environment, very clean. My child has been having a great time since going there, he has been learning a lot, and his communication and language have improved a lot. The food is good, all staff are very friendly and supportive. The management team are excellent always very helpful and supportive whenever needed. The nursery is definitely worth the value and I feel very grateful for all the help and support being given to my child at the Nursery.

Always helpful staff, and I felt I could trust them to care for my child. My son loved the place and the people. He enjoyed days at the nursery. As a parent, enjoyed the days when I could attend the nursery events and spend time with my son playing, my son loved them too as well. The recent manager was also involved with kids and the place, which was good to see.

I am satisfied with the Alphabet House Nursery not only because of its excellent location near the house but also because of the high-quality and professional attitude that my child receives during her stay in the kindergarten. I sincerely recommend it to parents who are trying to choose the best kindergarten for their child.

My son started nursery about eight months ago, at that time he was 4 years. We had shifted from India and were concerned about his adaptation to the new environment, people, culture and language. However, after eight months I can see a drastic improvement in my son's behaviour. Over this period he has evolved into a highly social, outgoing, caring and independent child. Not to say that these qualities were missing earlier but got reinforced with the diligent efforts of the staff at Alphabet Nursery. The staff is extremely cooperative, friendly, sensitive, patient and flexible. The staff have been very helpful in enabling my son to go through this transition.

My son has been in the baby room for ten months now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are very professional and approachable and makes you feel like part of the big family. The management team is also very reliable and always tries to accommodate our needs by booking extra time even with short notice. The regular posts with a variety of educational and fun activities give us an insight into the hard job that everyone is doing to keep our little one's developmental growth and happiness going hand in hand. My daughter has been attending the baby unit part-time for over a year now and is very happy there. She loves all her teachers and has settled in very well. We are given regular updates via an app on activities they are doing and photos. She is often coming home with new songs and new sayings and skills so she is clearly absorbing a lot of new information. The nursery has also been flexible when I've needed them to...which is a bonus to me.

My son started at the nursery about 2 months ago when he was 10 months old. He is now well settled and loves going to nursery. He is already learning so much and I am very impressed with the care and attention he receives from all of the staff.

My 2 and a half-year-old has been attending the nursery for around 6 months. In that time, she has gained a lot of confidence and skills in speaking, counting, listening and singing. She is excited to go to nursery and is often jumping up and down in excitement outside the front door in the mornings to see the teachers and her friends at Alphabet House! The staff are friendly, respond quickly to messages and are able to talk in detail about my child's development when I've had questions.

Dedicated staff, good students, conducive environment for learning, good atmosphere, great food and accessible location.

There are visible improvements within the nursery since October 2018 and hopefully, this will continue on.

Our child is very well looked after and engaged with very friendly staff via various activities throughout the day.

Furthermore, the location is ideal and very safe as located far away from the main road, and next door to a large park area.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for childcare requirements.

My son (2 year old) started to attend the nursery last summer when we moved to live in the UK, and in less than a year he knows how to count, knows the colours, and now he is learning to write. I have observed what progress he has done in a few months and I'm really happy with that.
