I am happy with the staff and all their efforts and care towards my son. He as developed alot being in your care. Just one thing I wasn't happy with I ask to swap one of the days my son attends to another day to help me as I had something important to attend and I couldn't take him. I had no other means of help in looking after him. But was told no. But I know in other branches in alphabet house this is allowed if you give notice. Otherwise overall happy with everything.

My 3-year-old son loves Alphabet House Nursery! The staff are caring, friendly, and truly dedicated to the children. The setting is clean, welcoming, and full of fun, creative activities that help the kids learn and grow. We've seen such great progress in his confidence, speech, and independence. My child has been going to this nursery for just over a year. The nursery newly opened when we joined, and we have seen the nursery improve as it has found its feet. There is a lot of oversight and support from their Head of Operations who has been based out of Gallions for some time - there has been a change of management a few times, so I am pleased that she ensures that the standard of care is high and is very involved with individual children's development. Nursery assistants do tend to change but the main practitioners do give a handover and feedback on my child's activities throughout the day and they log activities and meals through the app. Whilst I found it was challenging at the beginning of my child's toilet training for the staff to be consistent and he had quite a few accidents due to not making him visit often enough, we have finally got there. Overall my child continues to make huge progress in learning, independence and social skills in this setting.

While it has only been a couple of weeks, I am very happy with the choice we've made for our son's nursery. The space is gorgeous, the staff is so nice and understanding and the managers take the time to answer our questions. My baby has been settling in well and seems very happy there. The app is great as well.

With a strong background in early years leadership, Angelique oversees the daily operations across all settings, making sure everything runs smoothly.
She works closely with managers and teams to develop staff, enhance quality, and maintain excellence in every aspect of nursery life. Angelique is also deeply committed to building positive relationships with families, ensuring parents always feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their child’s journey with us. Her dedication, professionalism, and passion for early education help create a nurturing and high-quality environment where both children and families can truly thrive.
Sonia is our Funding and Commercial Manager, working closely with families after their nursery tour to discuss fees, funding options, and childcare support schemes. She helps parents understand the different funding entitlements available and ensures everything runs smoothly during the enrolment process.
Sonia also leads our community partnerships, building strong connections with local organisations and families to support our nurseries’ growth and engagement within the community. Her focus is on making childcare both accessible and enriching for every family.
Abdul is our Brand and Quality Ambassador at Alphabet House Nursery Schools. He plays a key role in ensuring that all our nurseries uphold the highest standards of care, quality, and professionalism in line with the Alpha Curriculum. He is also the first point of contact for new parents, guiding you from your initial nursery tour right through to the settling-in process.
