Overall Experience

I just want to say what an amazing Nursery this has been to my little girl she started at a very young age to leaving the setting to go to big school, I have nothing but good stuff to say regarding the nursery and the staff are all fantastic, especially the manager of the setting she truly has a heart

of gold and will support you in any way possible, this setting has brought my daughter on immense amounts from teaching her to walk to teaching her the days of the week, I want to say a massive thank you for how this Nursery has been with my daughter and am forever grateful of the kindness and support.

Both my children have attended this nursery and all I can say is it's the best in the area the staff so welcoming and friendly, they are incredible with the children, my daughter struggled at first to settle in but they always made her feel comfortable and she was always saying how much she loved the

Overall Experience

My son has been attending this nursery for almost two months now and has really settled in well. He's only 10 months old and I was worried he would find it difficult but he is thriving. He has built great relationships with the staff who are always friendly and welcoming. He shows a lot of independence

and confidence which has certainly developed from his short time here.
The staff have great interpersonal skills and are always happy to listen to updates etc on my child. They keep you up to date during the sessions via an App so you can have peace of mind that your child is content, has eaten etc.
Communication is a strength and the staff always send a message whenever they need to check something or give you an update. A recent struggle with my child was falling asleep at nursery but he is beginning to improve and staff have sent a photo before of him finally sleeping which is lovely to see.
The staff have great wider knowledge and can answer many queries for you.

My little one has been at new woods for about a month now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are so lovely and attentive, I also love that there's an app available to see what your little one eats and gets up to throughout the day!
Highly recommend!

Overall Experience

We joined New Woods in the summer with our 11-month-old boy and had a great experience settling him in, there was no rush, he was made to feel really welcome, and the staff accommodated for him, I can honestly say dropping him off for those first few weeks wasn't filled with dread, I knew he was going

to have lots of fun. We love New Woods, and most importantly he adores going and wakes up excited to be going there.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery. I have used them for both of my children 7 years apart and me experience with both has been brilliant. The staff (some the same as the first tie round) are amazing, they have a genuine love for their job which shows, they are always welcoming

and friendly, my 1 year old cannot wait to go to them waving me off to have the best day playing and learning.

My son is starting nursery on the 23rd of Jan, he's had 2 settling in days and I already feel at ease after leaving him for 1 hour and 30mins, the girls I have met are really friendly, and the manager is also great, and very patient as I have rang many a time for info and what to do as starting nursery

is very nerve-racking and all brand new to me. When I rang for help I heard the girls in the background singing to the babies which is also very nice to hear. I already feel like Kilton Childcare is a very close-knit family-type daycare setting and that's what I love, I hope my son will continue to enjoy his time here and I hope I have a great relationship with all the girls of the daycare. Also, I find the app absolutely brilliant as I can message the girls, and management and get pictures of my son while I'll be working making me feel well reassured.

Kilton Childcare have been a fantastic nursery setting for my so. He joined in September and he has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the incredible staff here.

Ever since my son started in the baby room in September he has thrived in all skills he needs to develop his learning journey. He has grown physically like fine motor skills and nearly walking and he has grown in communicating what he wants. Such a great nursery and great communication.

The teachers here at Bulwell Childcare are amazing, I was so sceptical about letting my child go to nursery at a young age, especially with all the stories in the media but he has been there for 2 years now and the teachers my son has had have been incredible with him and I couldn't have asked for better

people to be teaching him the time he has been here. When he first came to nursery my son was struggling with his speech and a few other things a few months in this nursery and he started speaking properly, his confidence had got so much better and he was so happy and loved it. Each day he learnt new things. Thank you to the manager and the staff, you're all such lovely and amazing people and I can't thank you all enough.

Overall Experience

As parents, we don't have any words which can demonstrate, how fantastic this nursery is. Our little girl has been coming here for over three years. A particular member of staff and the rest of her team during the whole duration of her attending, have been unbelievably supportive in making sure that

she is thriving. They have been so supportive of any concerns we have had as parents. But most importantly our child is so happy attending here, she loves all the team and has made many lovely friends.
The nursery has such a family environment and atmosphere. As a family, we would highly recommend, as an anxious mum I have never felt unease whilst she has attended the setting. I simply could not be any more grateful for everything they have done, over the years. It saddens us that it is now time for her to move on, but can definitely say we will be back.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 2 he's now 4 and moving up to big school. The staff are really lovely and friendly, when my son 1st started he couldn't really talk but with the help from the staff he has come on loads and even helped to toilet train him, they are really supportive.
