We joined New Woods in the summer with our 11-month-old boy and had a great experience settling him in, there was no rush, he was made to feel really welcome, and the staff accommodated for him, I can honestly say dropping him off for those first few weeks wasn't filled with dread, I knew he was going to have lots of fun. We love New Woods, and most importantly he adores going and wakes up excited to be going there.

My daughter has been attending this nursery setting for a year and has created amazing bonds with the staff and children there. Her speech and overall confidence have come along great. The staff are all so kind, caring and patient they really do go above and beyond.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 2 he's now 4 and moving up to big school. The staff are really lovely and friendly, when my son 1st started he couldn't really talk but with the help from the staff he has come on loads and even helped to toilet train him, they are really supportive.

All staff are lovely and so so helpful and I'm happy with everything they do for my daughter. Always different activities on and always talk with parents after the session to let them know what’s been happening that day.

Original staff excellent care and keeping kids busy and entertained.

All the staff are doing a great job taking care of my child. They are keeping me up to date on what he is doing or if something is wrong. I've known them for six years now, they took care of my daughter as well. they did a great job and they are still doing it. Hope they will remain the same and do their job in the future as well so they will teach the children what will come in the future. Thank you to the best team of teaching.

One thing I do not agree with, if our children do not attend on bank holidays, we haven't previously paid. Due to the Queen's funeral, we are expected to! This means for some parents/carers they will actually have to pay twice for childcare! This is wrong especially given the current economic crisis!

I have a two-year-old boy on the autism spectrum, the staff are brilliant with him. Also, his twin sister goes to the same nursery. It took them time to settle in but now with the nursery staff's patience, they both will walk in happy. Even my son goes straight to them when he sees the staff

Three out of our four boys have attend here and the staff are absolutely fantastic! We still have two currently attending here and they always come back so happy, the staff have been so accommodating to their needs and the eldest one who no longer goes here keeps asking if he can go back. The facilities are to a high standard and with plenty of space for children to play along with doing a mixture of actives. I will always recommend this nursery.

I think they all do an amazing Job my little girl love it and my little boy will be joining in January. Never had any problems with the school my little girl is learning and that's all that counts couldn't wish for a better school and teachers.

My daughter really enjoys attending the breakfast club, it's a great start to her school day!

Never had any problem with the staff at new woods. Always been helpful when I've had a concern. My daughter attended from her 2-year funding up until going onto reception and has recently returned for after school club. Staff have always communicated with me about her stay. Couldn't get better staff.

New Woods staff are amazing they have helped my daughter to achieve so much in the time she has been there, they give her the encouragement she needs, the emotional support to cope with separation issues, and continuing support to develop her communication and speech,

I've used this nursery for both my children and have recommended to all my friends. Staff are caring, the building is clean and the activities are lovely. Both my children settled well when they started as good transition procedures are in place. Communication is excellent and they make good use of the App, sending messages and photos throughout the day. The nursery offers very good value for money with flexible hours and also tern time only - which is great for me as I work as a teacher. Both my children are thriving due to the great early care the received here.

Brilliant setting. My child has thrived since attending New Woods. All the staff are lovely, approachable and helpful.
