I am really happy that I picked Happy Days Nursery at Charlton Heights for my daughter. The moment she started she really enjoyed being there. She has developed so much since she started and now has a lot more confidence.
She enjoys learning new things and doing all the wonderful activities. All the
staff members are all warm and friendly.

Happy Days Nursery was absolutely amazing place for my kid. The team was always supportive. I would like to especially thank two particular members of staff and other staff for being so patient with my son who was very shy to speak. I will highly recommend Happy Days Charlton Hayes. Thanks.

I had been struggling to find a setting for my son to go to that I felt comfortable with. I'm a great believer that if I don't get that feeling I won't do something. From the moment we walked around and I met the staff I knew that is where I wanted him to go. The nursery setting is clean and tidy and
very well organised. My son settled and from the moment he walked through the door, he had a smile on his face. Thank you to everybody who made us both feel welcome from day 1.

When my daughter started nursery she hated being left but quickly built amazing relationships with the staff, especially her key worker and now she loves it! Everyone is really friendly and it's a joy dropping and picking my daughter up. We are kept posted about progress and day to day information.
I look forward to watching my daughter progress over the next few years here.

My little one has been thriving since joining Happy Days Nursery Charlton Heights. As a first time Mum, searching for the right nursery was a daunting process. The first time l viewed this nursery, I instantly knew it would be the right choice. The nursery was clean and tidy, staff appeared happy and
cheerful.
Four months on, I can truly say I am happy with the progress my little one has made. He has settled in well and is always happy to be dropped off with his Educators who are incredible and extremely accommodating with any concerns l have. The children always look happy, clean and content.

We are extremely happy with the nursery our daughter attends. Happy Days Nursery offers a wide range of educational activities that truly engage the children, and our daughter is always happy there. Although some mornings can be tough with the drop-off, by the time we pick her up, she is always smiling
and in a great mood.
One of the standout features of this nursery is the app they use to keep parents informed throughout the day. We can track everything from meals to diaper changes, and they even share photos and descriptions of the activities the children are doing. This gives us real peace of mind, knowing she is well taken care of and having fun while learning.

I cannot praise Happy Days Nursery enough! The wonderful staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our little boy settled in smoothly. As a parent, I was incredibly anxious about leaving him for the first time, but the team at Happy Days made that transition so much easier. They were patient, reassuring,
and incredibly attentive, taking the time to get to know my son and understanding his needs.
We are always greeted with smiles and genuine warmth, and it is clear that the staff genuinely care about each child. Their professionalism and nurturing approach have given us such peace of mind. We leave our son knowing he is in a safe, happy, and supportive environment.

We couldn't be happier with Happy Days Nursery. From day one, the manager has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The nursery itself is bright, airy, and filled with wonderful resources and equipment.
The staff have been so kind and supportive, making the settling-in process as smooth as possible.
We had several weeks of free settling sessions, which really put us and our child at ease. The nursery's app is a fantastic feature, keeping us updated throughout the day with details on meals, nappy changes, and regular photos and observations from their sessions. Additionally, their Facebook community shares even more photos and updates on the fun activities happening with all the children.
All of the staff are lovely and friendly and we are so grateful for the care and attention they provide. We would also like to say an extra thank you to the staff in the toddler room. Highly recommend!

My son has always been anxious in new settings however his transition and time at Happy Days Nursery was smooth sailing and an absolute pleasure.
The staff all got involved to get to know my son, understand his needs and work together to build his confidence.
They have a range of activities set up
each day and went the extra mile to even customise activities according to his interests which helped him to feel comfortable and safe. In just a short space of time, he looked forward to going in every morning.

I would 100% recommend Charlton Heights Happy Days Nursery and Pre-School. It's a beautifully clean presented placement with such a lovely atmosphere. My daughter was very emotional when she first started as she found separation with me difficult, the staff at Charlton Heights have helped her overcome
this and my daughter finds them very comforting and warmed to the staff very quickly. She is always so happy whenever I pick her up from her sessions and enjoys telling me what she's been up to and showing me what she has done throughout the day!

My son went to Happy Days since the first day. He was clingy in the first two weeks and always cried when we left. He was the same at the previous nursery and we ended up keeping him home for a while to calm him down. The ladies there (especially one staff member) were super patient and kind to help
him through the settling period. I was impressed by how quickly he settled and started smiling when coming. He now keeps talking about the activities he did with friends and teachers. We do notice positive changes in his behaviour as well. He starts making friends and sharing things. The setting was newly and purposely built so it is very tidy and well organised. We don't need to worry about muddy clothes. We really appreciate your patience, thank you!

My son is a very clingy child but has managed to settle in so nicely. The manager and the staff work so hard to make sure everything is properly cared for and my son is so excited to get ready and go in the mornings.
All the staff are also very good with me, helping me with what I need explaining
more and keeping me updated with all they have done in the day.
