N family Club - Chertsey

We've had the most wonderful experience with N Family Club Chertsey. Our little girl has taken to nursery like a duck to water thanks to all of the wonderful staff and the amazing facilities. The weekly menus always look healthy and tasty and we love getting all the daily updates they provide. The learning and sensory play is different every day and our daughter always comes back to us happy and smiling. We couldn't be happier with the nursery.

Even the details of the starter pack of their little bag and sleep sack and the quality and brand they use are premium. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can't be any happier with it!

The facilities and staff at N Club Chertsey are excellent. We are provided clear updates on a daily basis and our child seems to have formed a great connection with the team looking after him. We are very happy with the level of care provided to our child there.

An outstanding nursery! The staff provide high-quality care for our son. It really is like leaving him with his family. The activities provided are exceptional and include cooking, dancing, singing, Spanish, yoga, and painting are just some to name. We love being able to use the app to view his day and we always receive updates on his day. The settling-in process was a smooth transition and our son loves going to the nursery. We have seen a huge improvement in his development and he has become so independent in a short time, where he has learnt to walk! In particular, the room leader has been phenomenal by regularly communicating with us and you can see the warmth and love she has towards the children. She is the best. We cannot praise the nursery enough. We highly recommend it!

N family Chertsey has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. I was worried my daughter would not settle as she finds it very attached to her parents and cries whenever we leave her. The team really have made the transition super smooth. They are really accommodating and have really great communication. The app is updated throughout the day so I know about nappy changes and food (healthy options) updates. We also get a few pics to see what the kids have been up to. I have been really impressed with the educational activities they carry out from making banana bread to yoga to learning Spanish. The facilities are absolutely spotless and always looking pristine and clean. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The outdoor space is beautiful and well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering! 5 stars!

The staff are caring, supportive and communicate really well in all situations. The teachers really give me peace of mind and comfort that my toddler is well looked after. Their curriculum has extras which are amazing, the structure and routine of each day are noticeably well-planned yet able to adapt and change when needed. The play areas, toys and features are new with the latest technology. It is well maintained and kept really clean. The outdoor play area is absolutely lovely. The food is prepared freshly by the chef each day and all allergies are taken seriously.

As working parents of four children, we have experienced quite a few nurseries in our time. We found N Family Club - Chertsey as we were looking to move our daughter to a better setting with more activities. Our experience at N Family has been fantastic, the staff are all great and our daughter has settled in so well. We get pictures daily on the app showing what she has done that day and it’s so easy to send a message to the team too. The facilities are sparkling clean and they also have great food on the menu for the children. As an added bonus, they also have a lovely parents' room with tea and coffee etc. We are very happy, best nursery ever!

Having visited many nurseries in the surrounding areas, we were delighted to find N Family Club Nursery, as we had started to lose hope (lots of crowded, unkempt and run-down facilities where we couldn’t imagine leaving our son). From the moment we walked into N Nursery for our tour, we knew it was where we wanted our son to attend; scrupulously clean, well-designed, vibrant and full of possibility (never mind the parent area with coffee and croissants and the ability to take a call/meeting if needed!) With education at its core, the ethos of N resonates throughout whether it’s the brilliant room setups, the amazing activities the children partake in or the reactivity of the educators with the app, we feel assured that our son's mental and physical well-being is being looked after. Lovely, kind and patient staff throughout who know us by name and make us feel part of the family!

Would highly recommend N Family Club - Chertsey, staff are all very friendly and helpful. The nursery is always very clean and has great toys and facilities for the children and a great parent area. Lots of parking available and it is very secure. We get updates and photos regularly throughout the day. Most importantly my daughter loves it there and is excited to go in everyday, I feel safe leaving her there.

It is a very welcoming nursery for all family members. The facilities, resources and equipment facilitate a good learning experience and offer children excellent opportunities to interact with each other and the adults.

From the tour to the induction to the settle-ins. The staff are accommodating, they understand your needs. They have just made the process so much easier. I really am happy with the choice I have made to put both of my children into this nursery. Already I can see my daughter is a lot more confident. Brilliant nursery and wonderful staff!

Our son has been attending N Family Club - Chertsey for a couple of months now and I strongly recommend it to other parents. The staff are knowledgeable and caring, it is always hard to leave your children with someone else, but we now do so with the confidence that he will be having fun learning and will be taken good care of. The nursery app is really helpful too, with daily updates on what he has done on the day, the food menu (which looks healthy and tasty), direct chat with the nursery teams and reports on any falls. The building itself was refurbished entirely, I think last summer (2023), so the whole place is new and clean.

Our little boy started N Family Club - Chertsey in the first month of opening. The team have been exceptional from the start. The updates via the app are very reassuring and give me much needed reassurance. There is more flexibility than I have had with previous nurseries with the five emergency swap days and always catered for with last minute requests for early starts. I have also enjoyed being able to shape and input to his routine. I would recommend to anybody looking for a modern and refreshing option to childcare.

I feel that we as parents and more importantly our son are completely spoilt by the fantastic facilities, staff and ethos at N-Family Club - Chertsey. Could not be happier and would recommend to anyone.

I visited the nursery with my grandson just after he started. I was so impressed with the staff and the facilities. I check in on the nursery app so that I can see what he’s been learning. He’s been doing some amazingly creative things. I like that the topics covered are led by the children and their interests.

We don't live in the immediate area and actually moved our daughter to N Family from another nursery-safe to say we have not looked back since. She is perfectly settled, skips into school and talks constantly about her key workers and peers. The staff make time to talk to you and show a real interest in the child and their family. The range of activities is fantastic and we have seen a lot of progress in our daughter's development in comparison to the last nursery, which speaks volumes. The building and rooms themselves are fabulous- immaculately clean, well designed, and just look really inviting and engaging. The parent's area with breakfast is brilliant - it's touches like that which set N Family Club apart from other nurseries. From the front-of-house staff to the managers, chef, room leaders and educators - everyone is super friendly, helpful and you can tell, dedicated to their job. I can't rate N family Club - Chertsey highly enough, we, and most importantly, our daughter, absolutely love it!

My son goes to N Family Club in Chertsey full-time and we really like how the staff interact with my child and other kids. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Many new activities every week for my son to try. Variety of foods and cleanliness of the nursery. Also, many car park spaces.
