Highly recommend N family club chertsey; the staff are all so nurturing and caring. My son has been attending for over a year now and has developed such strong bonds with all of his educators and the wider staff. The facilities are brilliant and the children regularly attend outings and enjoy a variety of learning opportunities. The nursery is run exceptionally well with strong leadership; management are very engaged and responsive to any queries. Parents are always kept up to date and the communication is brilliant.

Our daughter started at N Family Club, Chertsey in September and has settled in brilliantly thanks to the amazing staff who have been so attentive and caring. We knew N was going to be right for us the moment we saw it (a year before our daughter even started); the tour was so thorough and the nursery was such an inviting place for children and parents. The communication is fantastic - we feel 'kept in the loop' every day thanks to the use of the great app and thorough handovers. The food menu is so varied, as are the activities and trips on offer for the children. We are so pleased with the provision in place for our daughter and have every confidence that she's going to thrive in this fantastic setting.

Wonderful staff. Caring and considerate. Food menu I would happily see in a restaurant. Facilities always clean and never a concern in dropping my sun off with the team. No hesitation in recommending N Club Chertsey.

N Family in Chertsey is a lovely nursery for our little one. We went to view a few nurseries prior to N Family, but all of them felt overcrowded in comparison. The weekly menu looks great and the children go outside at least once a day which is important for us. Our daughter has progressed to her third room now and the teams in each room have all been amazing and you feel like they really take the time to get to know and bond with your child. You get regular updates in the app and they put on activities for parents to attend too which is a nice touch.

We have had experience with three nurseries now, and N Family in Chertsey is without doubt the best. The facilities and staff are exceptional, which is ultimately a reflection of sound and proactive management. The activities and emphasis on learning in the final stage are a level above what our first daughter experienced at another nursery and I think this will prepare her well for school. Our daughter is very happy and is thriving, we are looking forward to her final year.

N Family is a brilliant nursery- my child is very happy there, I would recommend to anyone. The staff are loving and caring to the children and my mind is at ease knowing he is happy and well cared for. They do a huge range of activities - including painting, cooking, outings and many more

We have had such a fantastic experience since joining NFamily in January! From day one, the entire team has been so welcoming, making both us and our little one feel right at home. The care and attention they've given to help him settle in have been incredible, and it's clear how much they truly care for the children. We've been especially impressed with the regular updates, which keep us informed and reassured about his progress and all the fun he's having. It's wonderful to see how much he enjoys his time there, and we're so grateful for the support, kindness, and enthusiasm of the staff. A huge thank you to the whole team for making this such a positive experience for our family!

My daughter (18 months) started nursery in January and I was so worried as it had just been me and her since she was born. The staff have been absolutely amazing since the start, from being shown around with her intro days, to all the reassuring communication and pictures I get throughout the day. My daughter always has such a lovely day and loves all the staff in her room. Never thought I'd be this happy about her starting nursery and I'm so glad I've had this positive experience. Also, the cleanliness of the nursery and all the healthy different meals they get is really good! Everyone is always so welcoming.

My son and I adore N Family! He has thrived with the ladies in The Dunes and enjoys every day. His social and speech and language skills have dramatically improved since joining N Family and he can now do his phonics and write his name. I'm very grateful to have found such a lovely, warm setting.

We feel so happy with N Family Chertsey. They make us feel confident that our daughter is happy and safe. Our daughter loves going to nursery every day thanks to the amazing team! The communication is amazing! Facilities are wonderful and allow so many opportunities for children.

We've had a brilliant experience with the N Family Club Nursery in Chertsey - our daughter loves it! All the staff are great - really responsive, cater to all our needs and take a real interest in the children. We get detailed updates on meals/nappies etc. and daily photos of the activities through the app. The menu is fantastic - cooked by the in-house chef in their purpose-built kitchen and with the menu sent to us each week. There are a range of indoor and outdoor activities each day - from Spanish to rhyme time, sensory activities and outings to see nearby nature - which our daughter loves (with amazing photos sent to us after, and a description of how this is aiding development in different ways), as well as regular detailed reviews of our daughter's development. There are even special themed events which we can attend. Our daughter loves going to the nursery, loves the staff, and has settled in really well. As parents, we even get breakfast provided on drop-off! Can't recommend highly enough!

N Family Club Nursery is outstanding. The level of care for the babies is evident straight away, the daily activities that are scheduled in and how they interconnect with their development and learning plan is outstanding. I can drop my baby off and go into my working day confident that he is going to have a great day. The app is so reassuring to check throughout the day and being able to message through the app is also very handy. Every single member of the team I have encountered has been welcoming and it is very clear that my baby has a wonderful bond with his key worker and room leader. Even the details of the starter pack of their little bag and sleep sack and the quality and brand they use are premium. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can't be any happier with it!

We've had the most wonderful experience with N Family Club Chertsey. Our little girl has taken to nursery like a duck to water thanks to all of the wonderful staff and the amazing facilities. The weekly menus always look healthy and tasty and we love getting all the daily updates they provide. The learning and sensory play is different every day and our daughter always comes back to us happy and smiling. We couldn't be happier with the nursery.

The facilities and staff at N Club Chertsey are excellent. We are provided clear updates on a daily basis and our child seems to have formed a great connection with the team looking after him. We are very happy with the level of care provided to our child there.

An outstanding nursery! The staff provide high-quality care for our son. It really is like leaving him with his family. The activities provided are exceptional and include cooking, dancing, singing, Spanish, yoga, and painting are just some to name. We love being able to use the app to view his day and we always receive updates on his day. The settling-in process was a smooth transition and our son loves going to the nursery. We have seen a huge improvement in his development and he has become so independent in a short time, where he has learnt to walk! In particular, the room leader has been phenomenal by regularly communicating with us and you can see the warmth and love she has towards the children. She is the best. We cannot praise the nursery enough. We highly recommend it!

The best nursery in Chertsey and surrounding area from every aspect. If you are worried about your child's wellbeing and development you are in safe hands at N Family! My only regret is they didn’t open sooner! The quality of care, food, level of initiatives are second to none. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy and the staff members are the nicest people you would like to be around your child! They are really passionate about what they do and it transpires to how they organise the day and care for the children. Hope this nursery will thrive in the future they really deserve the best.

N family Chertsey has been absolutely amazing from the beginning. I was worried my daughter would not settle as she finds it very attached to her parents and cries whenever we leave her. The team really have made the transition super smooth. They are really accommodating and have really great communication. The app is updated throughout the day so I know about nappy changes and food (healthy options) updates. We also get a few pics to see what the kids have been up to. I have been really impressed with the educational activities they carry out from making banana bread to yoga to learning Spanish. The facilities are absolutely spotless and always looking pristine and clean. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The outdoor space is beautiful and well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering! 5 stars!

As a first-time mom, I looked for a place that is safe for my toddler to be at, a place where I know he will be looked after and cared for (almost) as much as I would, a place where he can learn and engage with other children, and staff that are caring, approachable and honest. At N Family Chertsey, I can confidently say that I know my toddler is safe, well looked after and is being taught new things each day. The staff are caring, supportive and communicate really well in all situations. The teachers really give me peace of mind and comfort that my toddler is well looked after. Their curriculum has extras which are amazing, the structure and routine of each day are noticeably well-planned yet able to adapt and change when needed. The play areas, toys and features are new with the latest technology. It is well maintained and kept really clean. The outdoor play area is absolutely lovely. The food is prepared freshly by the chef each day and all allergies are taken seriously.

As working parents of four children, we have experienced quite a few nurseries in our time. We found N Family Club - Chertsey as we were looking to move our daughter to a better setting with more activities. Our experience at N Family has been fantastic, the staff are all great and our daughter has settled in so well. We get pictures daily on the app showing what she has done that day and it’s so easy to send a message to the team too. The facilities are sparkling clean and they also have great food on the menu for the children. As an added bonus, they also have a lovely parents' room with tea and coffee etc. We are very happy, best nursery ever!
