My daughter started with the nursery in September, shes has been used to one to one care at home so the transition was a bit mind boggling for her but the nursery has been so accommodating, patience and extremely supportive of her transition into new lifestyle for her. She's a fussy and picky eater
and they try so hard to encourage her to eat and try things. As scary as joining a nursery may be for the first time I can confidently say Bright Horizon Purley has made this change as smooth as possible for my family.

My son has been at the nursery for over 2 years now and they have been really great at supportive the whole time. He really enjoys his time there and they have worked so well with us from weaning to potty training. I will be so sad when the time comes for us to leave!

We have 2 kids in nursery and we are very happy with the care provided to both of them. All the staff are very friendly from front of house to everyone you meet. Both kids really enjoy going and it is clear that both are flourishing.

We are really happy with the care and support our daughter receives at the nursery. She looks forward to coming in every day and has grown so much in her confidence, independence, and social skills. We also really love the photos and updates on the app, it's lovely to see what she's been doing
throughout the day.

No complaints about the nursery - settled my daughter in perfectly and are very attentive. During the day we were kept up to date and at pickup we are given a rundown of what she's been up to. Staff all friendly and welcoming, greeted with smiles every morning and a clear enjoyment for their jobs.

My daughter has been attending BH Purley for over a year, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. As a first-time parent, I was nervous about leaving her with people I didn't know, but my tour answered every question and completely eased my fears. I really appreciate the diversity within the
staff and children. It creates such a warm, inclusive environment where my daughter feels represented and welcomed.
I love that children can naturally choose their own key person, and seeing the genuine bond my daughter formed with hers gave me so much confidence. The staff and management are always supportive and clear in their communication. The healthy, balanced menu prepared daily by the in-house chef is another huge plus. Fresh meals that my daughter genuinely enjoys.
I highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking in the Purley area. The care, teaching, inclusivity, and partnership with parents have been outstanding. My youngest will be joining in the new year.

My son started nursery back in August and from my observation since starting he's been developing a lot faster than before.
I haven't had an issue with any of the staff and they are all welcoming.
His keyworker is very communicative, so I always feel I know what has been going on with his day.
It's really nice to see that the staff work together to support each other.
The building is always clean and tidy.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive - they truly care about every child. Our little one has grown so much since starting there; they're more confident, sociable, and come home happy every day. The activities are creative and engaging, and I

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons purley! They have always been so wonderful to both of our children. Our son was there for 3 years (18 months - school age) and our daughter is currently thriving there and she is 10 months (started at 7.5 months). They really care about our children and
my husband and I feel confident that our children are cared for well. We even visit with our eldest and he is always excited to see his old teachers. Thank you for all you do to support our family

This nursery is very mixed. Some rooms are great and certain workers lovely, others not and there's very high turnover. Management is unaccountable and defers to room leads. Our child went here from 13mths to over 3yrs.
In a blatant cash grab the nursery converted it's indoor games/activity room
into an additional windowless basement 2.5-3.5year old room that crowded out the nursery, disrupted progression and turned the shared outdoor garden area into overcrowded madness.
We have since moved our child to a different purley nursery and whilst difficult given the potential disruption it may have brought, we couldn't be happier with the change.
We won't be sending our second child here.

Excellent nursery!
Both managers are approachable, friendly, professional and also very caring which filters to the team.
My granddaughter loves coming to Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool and has made a lot of friends.
Preschool is always buzzing because the children are happy
and learning at the same time.
I have to say it’s the best nursery my granddaughter has attended. She’s starting primary school in September and I know she will miss going there!

Bright Horizons Purley is outstanding in all areas. It has exceeded my expectations in all respects and my daughter is so happy and settled, in fact, she can’t wait to arrive at nursery every morning. Of particular note is the dedication of the staff who are so warm and welcoming. My daughter's key
worker is amazing and has developed such a fantastic relationship with my daughter. The photographs and updates about what she has been up to are the highlight of my day. Communication on all levels is excellent. The facilities are fantastic and the range of activities available to the children has ensured that my daughter has access to a high standard of learning and development opportunities, I have watched her grow socially, emotionally and educationally since she commenced bright horizons. The food is delicious and the menu is varied and nutritious. I cannot recommend this nursery more!

Our son joined this nursery over a year ago and we are so happy with the care he receives - all of the staff are all fantastic and the activities they do with the children are great - we love getting the updates from their day.
Communication from the nursery is excellent, from menus to what’s going
on in the nursery, and the settling-in process in the baby room when we joined was very well considered which made the process easier for us, as a family, to adjust to nursery.

The location is convenient and the staff are lovely.
The management team is very responsive and the app is well updated.
If I had to suggest some areas of improvement, I would ask for parents/staff meetings (once or twice a year) to share our thoughts and feedback.
Also, I would appreciate to
have a better view on the preschool curriculum. How does preschool prepare my child for future education? Within the nursery, what are the differences between childcare and preschool in terms of routine, discipline, learning and based on what approach? Etc.
To summarise, a new and good nursery/preschool that will improve over time.

Too little outdoor activities for 1-2 year group, they rarely go outside.
Facilities are new and clean.
Close to the train station.
