Blossoms Day Nursery - The New Mill

All in all, a fantastic nursery which I would not hesitate to recommend.

My son has been attending Blossoms since he was 8 months old. He started in babies shortly after the nursery opened and has gone all the way through to Preschool. I can’t rate the nursery enough. I am kept up to date with his progress via the app and all the staff are great. They do great activities daily, and I love that we get sent pictures to see what they are up to! I have never had any issues in the 3 years he has been there and would highly recommend to others thinking of sending their children there.

We first visited Blossoms in 2018 with our eldest joining in January 2019, it’s an amazing setting with everything the children could need. As a first-time mum, the staff were all so lovely and incredibly helpful and supportive. As the nurseries grew and become very popular, blossoms have continued to uphold a very high standard. My 2 children absolutely love going every week and have built some great relationships with staff members. A lot of thought goes into their daily activities and they provide a great variety of food for the children. Really couldn’t have picked a better nursery!

Fantastic nursery! My granddaughter gets very excited to go and is always talking about what she has done and who her teachers are. I always get a detailed handover about what she has been doing that day and what she's had to eat. She was an extremely fussy eater before she started, and their fantastic menu, and the encouragement of the staff, I believe has certainly helped her. Would highly recommend.

We are so happy to have such a wonderful setting for both our children to attend and the team at blossoms are just brilliant.

My little boy started in February at the nursery he has extra needs the manager has been nothing but accommodating and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my little boy is settled and his needs are met. They have made the transition back to work so much smoother for me and I couldn’t put into words how grateful we are that he has a place at Blossoms. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

It’s great that they get outside all throughout the day, even in the rain- puddle suits at the ready! The menu has so much to offer, healthy, tasty meals and he always eats so well at nursery. It’s a beautiful nursery inside and out, so natural and inviting. My daughter definitely chose well!

My granddaughter has recently started at Blossoms within the toddler room. Since starting, the staff have made both of us feel extremely welcomed and supported. When we were unable to go into the nursery due to the pandemic, they ensured communication was key. They have a family Facebook page where I am able to view all of my granddaughter's activities. It really is a lovely nursery and would recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

I have used Blososms since they first opened. Both my children have attended the setting, and we have had a great experience with them. In particular, the pre-school room has been the most enjoyable for my children; the staff work so hard to ensure the children have a great time whilst learning through play and learning life skills also. The setting as a whole is clean, staff well trained, polite and always there to speak with. I would definitely recommend Blossoms to others.

We have noticed how much our little boy has developed during his time at Blossoms, due to the brilliant, caring staff and excellent learning opportunities available. We love how the early year's education approach is implemented throughout the nursery, the food menu is incredible, along with regular updates of our son's day and progress… the list is endless! We are so lucky to send our baby to such an amazing nursery and would recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding care for their children.

The staff are incredibly nurturing and always make us feel welcomed and supported. They have fantastic facilities, everything is very natural and calming and have a lovely outdoor area too. They also have a parent app which allows you to receive live updates about your child's day, which is great for the parents who worry like myself. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son attends Blossoms Day Nursery and has done so since September. He has never once cried about attending and always comes out with a smile on his face. The app is an excellent way to track his day so we can manage his meals and sleep, as well as see photos of him completing activities and interacting with his friends. He is exposed to a wide variety of foods, which has really helped his eating at home. We love it there and would highly recommend.

Blossoms have been nothing but exceptional in every aspect, from learning and development to the lovely meals cooked each day and the above and beyond mentality the staff have. My son absolutely loves going to the nursery; he has amazing bonds with the staff there and has developed into a lovely little boy, which I have to give a large amount of credit to his time at Blossoms. I can’t thank them enough for the standard of care for my son over the last 3-years. A wonderful nursery.

My little girl has been attending Blossoms Day Nursery since October 2020. As a new parent, I was apprehensive about leaving my daughter, but I honestly had nothing to worry about! She absolutely loves it here! She walks in every morning with a smile, which is obviously reassuring as a parent. She has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending Blossoms. They have been excellent throughout the pandemic, keeping parents informed and following the guidelines, even better they have managed to remain open throughout, meaning I haven’t missed work at all. They offer a well-balanced menu, and always have lots of activities happening. The app they have is great too, enabling you to see what your child is doing/eating/sleeping during the day. I would 100% recommend this nursery. The staff are great with my daughter, and her little face lights up when she sees them. The fees are in line with other local nurseries. However, I think this nursery is by far a better place to send your child!

Blossoms is such a lovely nursery; I couldn't imagine sending my children anywhere else. I have sent both my children here from preschool age, and they have both loved it. The staff and facilities are amazing, and when my little girl finishes in the summer, I will actually be really sad. I can't recommend Blossoms and the whole team enough.

We will honestly miss all the staff when we start school in September.
