Blossoms Day Nursery - The New Mill

They do amazing activities constantly and they learn French in preschool. This year they held a carol concert for all preschool which was beautiful!

The care the staff at the nursery provide for my child is exceptional. They have all been so supportive to my daughter as she has experienced a time of big change in her life, the birth of her new sibling. I feel that all the staff have an excellent knowledge of my child and plan appropriate activities to further her development. Most importantly, she absolutely loves coming to nursery and looks forward to her nursery days every week.

My daughter attends Blossoms Day Nursery. Since starting, she has come out of her shell and we can see weekly progression from her due to the activities that the practitioners produce. The team are very caring and knowledgeable in what they do. We wouldn't have our daughter in any other nursery.

Great communication with room staff.

Such a lovely nursery. My son loves going, he loves the staff and has made good friends with the other children. Staff are very attentive and always have lovely stories to tell at pick-up. The Blossoms Day Nursery app is great as I get updates throughout the day as well as reports, golden moments and newsletters/updates through it. The children regularly have exciting and new things to do, whether that's someone coming in to do a session with them or new experiences linked to national events, it's great to see so much variety in their day-to-day. As the children progress through, their independence and sense of self is really nurtured with things like lunch monitors and a student council.

My daughter has been at Blossoms Day Nursery for the past eighteen months and she absolutely loves it. She looks forward to seeing the wonderful women who take amazing care of her and all her friends. She has progressed in leaps and bounds since attending Blossoms.

Our 10-month-old has been at Blossoms in Hambleton since January 2024. His staff are fantastic and we have not once felt uncomfortable leaving him there. He comes back covered in food with a smile on his face; and 95% of the time we drop him off with no tears (Can't ask for 100%!) Very happy with these guys and would highly rate them.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Every single member of staff is beyond friendly. Our little boy loves going and has so much fun whilst there. Thank you to Blossoms Day Nursery and everyone there for making it so much easier for me and my partner to leave our little boy in safe hands.

Lovely nursery, clean and tidy. Excellent staff always updates given on your child’s progress. Updates during the day via email so you can see how your child’s day has been, what they have been learning and how they have eaten and what they have eaten.

Our daughter has been at Blossoms Day Nursery since she was 9 months old. She loves going to nursery. She comes home having learnt lots of new things- songs in particular! The staff really care about the children and we are very happy with our choice of childcare- wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My son has been coming for around 1 year and a half. I could not fault the facilities or the staff. The key workers have been brilliant at communicating and making myself and my son welcome. They focus on the unique child by purchasing additional resources to ensure his learning is challenged. They have all gone above and beyond in their role to ensure he has his full needs met and more. The managers have been exceptional in ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and ensuring strong parental communication links. They are an exceptional nursery and my son has come on leaps and bounds in their care.

My daughter attends Blossoms two days per week and she really enjoys the environment. She’s made friends and always comes home excited to tell us what she’s been up to. Staff are competent and caring and keep parents up to date throughout the day via photos and updates.

Our eldest daughter attended Blossoms from the baby room through to pre-school. We had no hesitation in sending our second daughter and we cannot recommend Blossoms highly enough! Blossoms is a happy, fun and caring environment and staff are always smiling. Activities are really creative in all the rooms and there is a wonderful outdoor area! Any queries are responded to very quickly. Our eldest daughter now at school, loves returning to Blossoms to help pick up her sister and seeing the staff who cared for her and she always receives a lovely welcome. I’ve been using Blossoms Day Nursery since 2018 - firstly for my eldest daughter, and currently with my littlest. We have always received wonderful care for our girls from the staff, and I recommend the nursery to all my customers, and friends locally.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking to put their child into one going by the experience we have had.

I highly recommend Blossoms to anyone looking for a nursery. My son has progressed so much since starting in August 2022, all of the staff are brilliant and the app is absolutely fantastic for updates throughout the day! Home-cooked meals and a lovely clean/safe environment for the children.

Very happy with this nursery. My oldest has been going here from 9 months and he is in his last year at nursery. My daughter has been going since 6 months and she is now 2. I feel very safe leaving my kids here. Never came home crying or unhappy. Keep it up!
