We send our two girls to Key Steps and cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our oldest is in the pre school room which is a wonderful learning space staffed with an amazing team. They do lots of fun activities but there is also a great educational angle - proper pre school approach but with hours that
are useful for working parents! Our youngest is in the baby room which is such a lovely place for little ones with really caring staff. They care about all the little babies as individuals, tailoring their approach for what works for the child. It feels like there is a great culture amongst the staff and they all enjoy working there. The food is home cooked, nutritious and varied. The owner and the team were also a great help on the funding and admin side. My two girls happily go in without a second look at us - what better recommendation is there!

I love Key Steps Day Nursery for so many reasons. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food looks so appetising and smells amazing and the play equipment is amazing. My little one loves going in and is always busy doing one thing or another with the team. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff
and they keep you informed throughout the day on how the little one is getting on.

My son recently started at Key Steps and I am so happy that I chose them. The team are all really friendly and welcoming. My son loves telling me about his day and has bonded well with the girls and other children in his room. They are focused on each child as individuals and allow them to express themselves
through their own interests.
Management are amazing and easy to contact and talk to if you need anything.
The food is outstanding, they cater to all allergies and the chef goes out of her way to provide each child with a healthy balanced diet. As a mother of an allergic child, it is reassuring to know he is eating safe healthy meals when he is there. Highly recommend!

I’ve been incredibly impressed by the compassion and empathy shown towards my daughter throughout her introductory period.
My baby co-sleeps and had never been separated from me, until she started at key steps… the staff took this on board and have handled every part of the process professionally
but also genially too.
All members of staff pay attention to every little detail. From, knowing my baby's little quirks and ways, to also addressing my eldest daughter by name and taking time to interact with her too, when we collect my baby from nursery.
I can’t recommend this nursery enough and feel genuinely very lucky to send my baby to such an outstanding establishment.

Such a warm and inviting nursery, every staff member is very friendly and has a great bond with every child.
I’ve seen my little ones confidence grow each week. Always great activity’s for the children and all the wooden toys are amazing.
The communication between the staff and parents is brilliant!
I highly recommend 10/10.

I have seen such an improvement in my daughter already, she looks forward to going every day that she is there. She loves it so much it's hard to get her out. All the staff are lovely and are very supportive. It's always very clean, the facilities are great for the children and my daughter always enjoys
the food that is offered.

As a first-time parent, having your child go off to nursery is obviously a big and unnerving step, and we feel so lucky to have discovered Key Steps. The staff are incredibly kind and reassuring and send us updates and photos throughout the day which is amazing. They have all the time in the world for
your questions, and you can see that they clearly love what they do.


Staff aside, the food menu seems to be varied and of great quality, and the nursery itself, having been refurbished from scratch just a few months ago, looks incredible, with amazing facilities too.

My son has been attending Key Steps Nursery since October. I was very happy when I went to view this nursery, especially being a first setting for my son.


Great spacious nursery, lots of range of activities available as well as different areas within the room that gives the chance for the child to

learn different aspects of learning. The outdoor area is a big space and lots of equipment outside as well as inside.
The room my child is in, as well as having a look at other rooms, in itself feels very homely and that gives me comfort that my child will feel happy, comfortable and safe whilst attending his sessions.
The staff are all very welcoming and lovely. Even outside of nursery when we see the staff they don’t hesitate to stop and talk!
Expenses of nursery is affordable and for the level of care and learning offered is at high standard. Great variety on the food menu also!
I also love the fact that you can have an app on your phone to know about your child’s day too!

This nursery cares! From the very top down to the staff who care for your child. The facilities are amazing and predominantly wooden toys are a bonus. Their communication with parents is outstanding, the use of the parent app makes it easier for them to update you throughout the day. They remember all
the small things about your child from when you first meet them to when you actually place your child with them.
It truly is like a second family for my boy and I know he is in safe hands.
I also appreciate the fact that he will be spending plenty of time outdoors in the fresh air.

A lovely warm and welcoming setting for your baby. Our little one is very happy at Key Steps with wonderful staff, excellent food and a lovely indoor and outdoor environment for them to learn and grow. She is looked after so well and always enjoys going in and playing with the staff and other children.

Super lovely staff who really care and create a super lovely bond with your little one.
Always brilliant activities happening like painting, drawing running around outside and making food.
Nutritional and varied meals and very engaging toys throughout the nursery! 10/10.

We couldn’t be happier with Key Steps Day Nursery. The management and staff in the rooms are all so knowledgeable and friendly and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and full of the most beautiful toys imaginable! The garden area is also large and perfectly designed for many fun outdoor activities.
The
app used to keep us up to date with our child’s daily activities and general nursery updates is brilliant.
Would recommend to everyone.

We are so happy we moved our child to Key Steps Nursery. It’s a great setting, filled with fantastic staff and facilities. The communication is excellent between staff and parents. My child absolutely loves it - is always happy and smiley at the end of the day. We highly recommend the nursery.
