Key Steps is a fantastic nursery! All team members are lovely and they all genuinely care about the children and are very approachable, for both children and parents! They put in so much effort to make sure the children have so many activities on offer and tailor them to support their learning and development.
I feel so comfortable leaving my son at nursery as I know that he is safe, cared for and extremely well-fed (they have a fantastic and varied nutritional menu for the children). My son loves this nursery and always has a smile on his face when he is there.

Key Steps have been extremely helpful over the last 3 years my son has been going. They have been very supportive in different situations. My son loves coming to nursery and I am so glad he settled in as well as he has.

I can't believe how well my little one has settled into nursery and the quality of care he receives. He is 9 months old and has been there for over a month now.
As our parenting style is pretty gentle (feeding to sleep etc) I was apprehensive about how he would nap or feed at nursery, but he has been
welcomed in by the staff and looked after so well that he naps every day, takes a bottle from them and has never cried when I hand him over! The staff are professional, kind and caring, and work with you to ease them into the nursery at the pace that works for you. So happy that we were able to join the Key Steps family!

My son loves coming here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. My little boy has thrived since starting here and we couldn’t be happier! The food is good quality and healthy and my little boy always talks about what he eats in a day. The app makes it so easy to see
what he’s been up to!

After my first child, who is now at school, attended Key Steps Day Nursery, I knew immediately that I wanted my youngest child to also be cared for by them too whilst I go to work.
All the staff have such a kind and caring approach towards the child and the parents too and will do their utmost to make
sure your child is happy. Staff will always listen and take on board any concerns that you may have about anything.
The rooms are bright and they have some wonderful toys and learning activities to stimulate your child. The children have lots of outside playtime and opportunities to go on walks. Meals are always varied and food is always freshly cooked. I couldn’t be happier with the care that my child receives. Thank you.

We have been sending our son to Key Steps since he was nine months old. He settled in really quickly and absolutely loves it there. All of the staff are wonderful. Meals, snacks and nappies being included in the day rate is good value for money makes life a lot easier for us. The opening hours allow
me to be flexible with my work pattern and its great being able to use the app to see what he’s up to throughout the day. Can’t recommend Key Steps highly enough.

Getting my son a place at Key Steps Nursery was such a good decision! He hasn’t been there long, but I’ve been so impressed with the care he receives there. The staff are always friendly when I pop in and are more than happy to fill me in on how his day has been. The communication is great from management
too. They have taken my son’s food allergies seriously and I feel totally assured by this, he always eats well and has plenty of nutritious meals and snacks. The staff really helped him to settle in at the start and took his lead, this meant he felt comfortable napping and exploring in no time! I know he has loads of fun there and I have total peace of mind when I drop him off. Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Key Steps!

This nursery goes above and beyond for the children and the parents. The experiences the children have had is so wholesome, fun and educational. From a visit from the dentist, so he wasn’t afraid when he went for his first appointment, to going on a bear hunt and holding exotic pets. The staff are amazing
and just having happy, smiley staff at morning drop-offs make it a much better, lighter start to the day. The nursery is always clean and tidy (as much as you’d expect from a setting with 40-odd children!) and the kids eat better than I do! My son makes me get up in the morning and out of bed so he can go to nursery - can’t get a better review than that!

Key Steps is one of the best nurseries in the Cotswolds. Not only has my daughter learned a lot during her time there, she is also becoming a well-rounded, friendly child. I cannot rate Key Steps highly enough. Since the day our son has been there, they have been amazing, putting my worries at ease and caring for my son like he’s one of their own. Every member of staff is incredible; they go above and beyond every day. They give amazing handovers at the end of the day,
and our son loves going in every day without even looking behind! He’s so comfortable with all the staff and is thriving. The support you get as a parent is amazing and supports any routines you have at home. I will forever recommend Key Steps.

We couldn’t be happier with the support and care that our son receives each day that he is at Key Steps. Staff are happy, friendly and care about providing the children with great experiences. Communication is great, as is the time and effort put into creating healthy meals for the children. Our son
is so happy each morning when we pull up outside and when we pick him up in the evening - this tells us everything we need to know!

Superbly run nursery, happy staff, amazing food menu and most importantly a very happy little boy attending every day.
Facilities are great with loads of toys, access to a really safe outside space and lots of activities for the children.

Our child has thrived since starting at Key Steps Day Nursery in Autumn last year, and we couldn't be happier. When we were viewing nurseries in the area last Spring we got a great feeling from Key Steps. The nursery environment is light, airy and bright, but also has lovely calming areas for the children
to relax/sleep. The staff are incredible, so welcoming, kind, caring and nothing ever feels too much trouble. The staff genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing and development, and the communication is fantastic. The menus always look delicious and nutritional, and with lots of variety. The staff have been so accommodating and careful with our son's food allergies, and he gets as equally delicious meals, using the most nutritionally appropriate dairy-free alternatives which is so reassuring. We really can't sing the praises of the nursery enough and would really encourage all prospective families to visit if you are looking for a warm, nurturing environment for your child.

We have been really impressed with Key Steps since our son joined 4 months ago. The staff are amazing and have really helped him settle in well. His development has also come along loads since starting. All staff are really friendly and caring which gives me piece of mind that he is in safe hands.

Brilliant. Since being at Key Steps our daughter has flourished. We moved nurseries as we needed an extra day. Key Steps staff were professional and understanding from the get-go. When we visited, we were impressed by the learning elements and ethos of the nursery as well as the cleanliness and overall
calm in each room. Incredible!
Reasonably priced, safe, welcoming and above all our daughter is so so happy. The menu and snacks are great too. The staff are all really lovely and very experienced. It seems to be structured really well. I recommend Key Steps to everyone!

Key steps is a wonderful nursery, since my daughter joined in October she has thrived! She's got close to all members of the team, not just one person which really helps her to feel comfortable, you can tell that every member truly cares about the children and the job they do. They go above and beyond
with fantastic equipment, day trips and updates on my daughter's progress and the room leaders are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to chat and share updates of the day. The menus are also amazing, really balanced and varied, with great care taken on what children like/need in terms of favourites and allergies etc.
I'm so glad we chose Key Steps. I would recommend to any parent looking for a nursery.

Key Steps is a fantastic, friendly, welcoming and safe nursery. All of the staff are wonderful - they made our little girl feel safe and very happy. They have a variety of educational and fun activities for the children and they provide constant regular updates on their app with meals, nappies, and

My son joined Key Steps when it opened its doors in September 2021. And all I can say is wow! The care he has received is second to none! He has learned so much since he started. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring and takes teaching seriously. Staff and management are very approachable and have
an open ear if any concerns arise. I feel that we count as individuals and we are part of a big family.
My son loves the food as well and I am glad that the setting is providing a well-balanced, nutritious menu.
On multiple occasions, the staff and management have gone over and above and have exceeded our expectations.

We have recently moved to the area and both of our children have settled into Key Steps amazingly! The staff are so happy and helpful, I pick up both children with a huge smile on their faces. My son has come on leaps and bounds I can not express how much he has improved in both his phonics and writing
as well as his confidence, my daughter is also gaining confidence and her words have developed massively! Thank you Key Steps!
