The team at key steps are really friendly and easy to get on with. They take good care of our daughter and give us regular updates through an app. I'm particularly impressed with all the food they make. My daughter is always excited to go.

Our 1-year-old son has been there since 6 months and has developed brilliantly under the care of his wonderful key worker, Molly.
The nursery is clean, modern and thoughtfully run, with a strong focus on learning through play, imagination and high-quality wooden toys. Extras like yoga and special visitors really enrich the children's experience.
Josie (manager) and Bex (assistant manager) are exceptional-kind, passionate and truly dedicated. Their leadership shines through in every aspect.
We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing and inspiring environment and would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been attending Key Steps since she was 10 months old and we could not be happier with the care she receives. The staff working in the baby room, really are special and make me feel so at ease when leaving my daughter there. I feel like they truly care about her, and what they do day to day, which is a positive difference from other day nurseries we've experienced. She's always so happy to go in, it's actually difficult getting her to leave at the end of the day! We're looking forward to seeing the rest of her journey as she moves up through the rooms!
Thank you for your kind comments. We have loved welcoming your daughter into the nursery and seeing her make such strong bonds with the staff in the room. She has flourished and we cant wait to see this continue throughout the year.

My son started Key Steps in September and since being there I have seen him thrive in the environment they have created. The staff are wonderful, caring, and attentive. The whole nursery goes above and beyond and we recently enjoyed a 'Stay and Play' where we were able to meet other parents and get to know some of the other babies. He is fed so well from a fantastic menu and all the staff truly seem to know him and his ways. Transparency and communication is so important as a parent and it is certainly a strength at Key Steps.
We all understand how important excellent communication is to building strong trusting relationships and we work hard every day to ensure this happens throughout the nursery. We have loved welcoming your family into the nursery and watching your son flourish.
