The final incident involved a large, painful bite-mark bruise appearing after she came home distressed. We were told it "didn't happen with us", with little concern or investigation.

The team at key steps are really friendly and easy to get on with. They take good care of our daughter and give us regular updates through an app. I'm particularly impressed with all the food they make. My daughter is always excited to go.

We, as parents, couldn't be happier with KeySteps. Our daughter, now 4, has attended since 6 months old and is heading to school confident, curious and thriving thanks to the amazing staff, especially Phoebe, Sammy and Daisy.

Our 1-year-old son has been there since 6 months and has developed brilliantly under the care of his wonderful key worker, Molly.

The nursery is clean, modern and thoughtfully run, with a strong focus on learning through play, imagination and high-quality wooden toys. Extras like yoga and special visitors really enrich the children's experience.

Josie (manager) and Bex (assistant manager) are exceptional-kind, passionate and truly dedicated. Their leadership shines through in every aspect.

We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing and inspiring environment and would highly recommend it.

The staff are incredible, so attentive and honestly care for the children. The rooms are full of adventure and excitement for the children and the food is brilliant too. They are brilliant at adapting and moving alongside the children whether it's getting ready for school and learning or potty training!

There staff are professional, caring and very kind. It's clear how dedicated they are and how much they genuinely care for the children.

One of the best decision we ever made was sending our girls to Key Steps. They absolutely love it and are so excited to walk through the door every morning

From what I've seen Key Steps so far it's a wonderful place, the staff are lovely and they keep me well informed of my daughter's activities through the app. I also love that they prepare all the food fresh.

It's been a lovely journey with Key Steps. They constantly strive to make things better for the children and the parents. I have seen my son grow under their care, from a shy toddler who was always by himself to a more confident individual. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a nurturing place for their little ones.

We could not have asked for a more caring and supportive environment. The staff really knew and looked after each child. They had our complete trust. My daughter has been attending Key Steps since she was 10 months old and we could not be happier with the care she receives. The staff working in the baby room, really are special and make me feel so at ease when leaving my daughter there. I feel like they truly care about her, and what they do day to day, which is a positive difference from other day nurseries we've experienced. She's always so happy to go in, it's actually difficult getting her to leave at the end of the day! We're looking forward to seeing the rest of her journey as she moves up through the rooms!

It is a fantastic nursery, our son was so happy there and the care and attention he got from the staff was amazing. We always felt that he was in safe hands. Picking the right nursery for your little one is so important and we definitely made the right choice with Key Steps. The staff are so friendly, the meals are full of variety and freshly cooked. The office/management team are amazing too and are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Brilliant team and the perfect environment for the little ones!
