N Family Club - Moseley

The garden and activities are just great!

I am so happy we chose N Family Moseley for our Son. He struggled with starting as most children do, and the staff at N Moseley did everything they could to make him feel at home. They even made a small photo book for him of photos of his family and friends, so whenever he missed us he would look through it. The team are so friendly and diverse and pay attention to all the details that are important to parents and children. There are so many wonderful things about the team and the nursery, we are so grateful to be part of The N Family Club.

Excellent nursery and staff. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Lots of educational activities and fun games for the children. The nursery communicates well with the child’s parents/family and is very transparent. My grandson loves attending nursery here and his development and social skills have really come on.

My daughter has been here since she was two years and has thoroughly enjoyed her time here. The staff are great and friendly. They liaise with parents well and give feedback regarding the child's day via pics. I love that you can message them and they instantly reply back. A great atmosphere and a safe environment. My daughter has transitioned well to the different rooms with all staff and is always happy to go to nursery.

Our son has been at N Family - Moseley for eight months now and we are all so happy with the nursery. Our seventeen-month-old usually runs in, in the morning and is really comfortable with all the staff. He takes part in a range of engaging activities every day and we have no doubt that his language and physical development have been accelerated thanks to his time at nursery. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

We are really happy with the nursery. Our son has been attending for over a year now and he truly enjoys it. The food menu is wholesome and nutritional. Most of all the staff here are amazing, honestly, it's like an extended family. Each day is filled with a range of fun and learning activities. We have up-to-date feedback on things throughout the day. There are also great events run which are well planned and inclusive. Great experience overall and a massive thank you to all the team.

Wonderful nursery. I instantly felt happy to leave my child here. The staff are very friendly and kind. The activities are really creative and imaginative. The food is good quality. They organise lots of extra events for parents too and always go the extra mile. My child is thriving here.

Doing lots of activities and a great experience for my baby he's 22 months and I'm so happy to choose this nursery. I'm so picky when it comes to my baby, but he's so happy and learning new things every day. Coming back home very happy and cheerful. The nursery is very clean and has fresh air always. Food is so good and healthy. Staff members are very nice and friendly and trying always to see what the child needs and do it. They celebrate all festivals for all religions and beliefs also. Me and his dad very happy until now.

My son had been with a different nursery before joining N Moseley. Sadly he had a terrible experience previously which resulted in a lot of distress for us, as parents. We searched for a nursery that would cover the gaps we experienced and N Moseley was exactly that. I have had assurance and positive engagements with the nursery and more than anything my child is incredibly happy. The best thing I've seen so far is the adaptation to what my son enjoys (activities-wise). So then I decided to join my second child and I've been happy ever since. The staff here go above and beyond their realm and it never feels like a chore or extra effort for them. Couldn't praise the nursery more, especially having a negative background about a nursery, which restored my hope.

My daughter has been attending here since seven months old and she absolutely loves it. Her development has been amazing and she thrives here. The staff are great and organise wonderful activities each day, they have a range of high standard facilities and resources for the children both inside and out including a performance room. The chef/menu is great providing diverse healthy meals. The management go above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better nursery and would highly recommend it.

The nursery setting is very clean and spacious compared to many other nurseries that I have viewed.

Also great facilities and a very healthy and diverse menu. The great app and staff keep us updated and informed. I would definitely recommend this N Family nursery 100%.

This is an excellent nursery with great friendly staff. Our daughter is very happy here and benefits from the care, activities and healthy meals available. Would definitely recommend. The app is also a great way to keep up with what has happened in the day and what meals they have had. Thanks.

Fantastic staff and facilities, wonderful setting for our shy little boy who is now confident and school ready thanks to the support of the nursery staff. Lots of lovely facilities and a particularly nice and large outside area compared to other local nurseries.

Amazing nursery, great care and staff. No complaints.

My child is very happy here. The carers are very warm and my daughter has formed connections with them. The outdoor space is fantastic. The rooms are also very nice and they have a variety of activities to engage the children.

Welcoming from the start, a home from home for my son who loves it! Lovely staff who genuinely care and treat the kids like their own. A fantastic place to play, learn and grow! Good opening hours, excellent menu and fantastic facilities! Have recommend to several families already!

A fantastic nursery where the staff really care about everything they do. Our son settled in quickly at 12 months old and has really developed in the setting over the last 6 months. Each and every member of staff took time to get to know him, they are so friendly keep us well updated with his progress. His absolutely loves his key person.

Staff are kind and very professional. Rooms are lovely. My son has been very happy there for the last year.

The nursery was bought out be a large chain which I think had taken some of the latitude and freedom that the excellent management team had. I would still recommend this nursery.

The staff have a great relationship with our daughter and she with them. Great organisation, fantastic food, activities and play. The recent sports day was a fab opportunity to meet some of the other parents and our daughter's friends. A really lovely day and we are so grateful to the staff for organising and hosting it. I am really happy we chose N Moseley as our nursery.
