N Family Club - Moseley

I have been to many sports days but I have to say I was really impressed with yesterdays. The relationship between the staff and the children was wonderful to see, the staff had so much time for each and every child. You could see how happy the children were to be there. An excellent lunch was provided for us all and it all added to a lovely, memorable day, thanks to all.

So happy to have found this nursery in our nursery. It was the best nursery we had seen by far. The staff are so happy and welcoming everyday too. As first time parents, we were anxious leaving our child but N famly make us feel so welcome and our little boy is thriving and enjoys every second here.

Additional events - such as the recent Sports Day - involve the whole nursery community and really showcase this special place. We love N Famly Moseley!

Both my children have been attending for over a year now. I visited so many nurseries and this was by far the best! I have a child in pre-school and a baby. Being a teacher myself I would say I’m hard to please. But the establishment has gone far and beyond my expectations. The management team and staff are exceptional. The facilities are second to none. Above all, it’s a family away from home which is its strongest asset. The family room is always welcoming and I look forward to going! My children are nurtured, respected, stimulated and very much cared for. I highly recommend this nursery.

Each and every member of the staff is kind, attentive and patient. Our boys love chatting about their day at home and I honestly couldn’t recommend N Family Club more!

Since starting at N Family Club - Moseley, our son has thrived. The staff are highly qualified and genuinely lovely people. They send through photos daily on the app and our son looks so happy and engaged in all the activities they offer for the children.

Management are friendly, approachable and always happy to help nothing is too much.

My grandson absolutely loves his time at nursery, after having a bad experience at another nursery prior to starting here and also spending his first year in lockdown it’s lovely to see how happy and confident he is now! The staff and management are amazing, showing genuine care and are extremely supportive. My grandson regularly speaks about the staff at home. I love seeing the daily updates and being able to be a part of his progress. The food prepared is lovely and the chef was so supportive when my grandson had a milk allergy. Highly recommend!

I love this nursery and the staff! They have been welcoming from the very first day I went to view the nursery. Especially the manager she is so understanding and lovely, the staff will make you feel reassured about everything. My son has also learned new words from the nursery which I am happy with!!

Knowledgeable, committed and caring staff. Communicate consistently and appropriately with parents, regarding activities of children and their development, posting daily updates and photos (we love this). Offer a fantastic range of activities, my daughter loves the spanish sessions and performance room. We love that the garden has real grass. The food is brilliant, healthy and varied and we love that it's cooked fresh on-site and that the children also have opportunities in cooking club. They are a fantastic team and I know my daughter is safe and well looked after whilst in their care.

During our time working with Bright Minds, they have pulled out all the stops to help our child grow as a person. She is constantly learning about herself and the world around her. The forest school has been of particular benefit.

From the start, up until now, everything has been nothing short of excellent! In terms of the onboarding process they were very accommodating with trails days, plans etc. Each day brings along a variety of different activities and food and we are constantly updated each hour with photos/videos and comments via the app. My son has developed so much in the short time of space since he's joined. I doubt we could ever find another nursery whereby the attention to care and detail is taken to this standard. We are very happy we chose Bright Minds.

The settings are stunning and I am beyond happy with the care that the girls are giving my daughter she is happy and developing quicker than expected, which is all a mother can wish for.

My daughter joined the nursery in March and I can only say it has been a wonderful experience, staff are amazing and the facility is very well designed. My daughter is constantly learning something new and there are daily programs that are well planned and quite educational.

I can really see the development journey my son has made. I can see his confidence and cognitive ability developing. I feel he really enjoys attending as he no longer cries at hand over- I am surprised as to how quickly he overcame this. The nursery offers a wide range of activities on a daily basis to challenge and stretch the children, we really enjoy looking at the pictures.

My son joined this nursery not so long ago. I have already seen such a difference in him which makes me so happy. He absolutely loves going to nursery and has adapted to staff so well. All staff are very welcoming and caring to our needs. I feel my sons needs are accommodated well and most importantly there is very good communication amongst parents and staff/management. I would recommend this nursery to every parent for their child/children.

This is the best nursery I have come across and I feel lucky that my little boy is attending Bright Minds Daycare (Moseley). Everything is to the highest standards, from the facilities to the staff. Everything here is designed round the children and their needs and development.

Bright Minds Daycare (Moseley) was recommended by a friend and was one of the best things to have happened to our child. The whole team make him feel special and provide amazing activities daily both inside and outside for him. The performance room with its space, musical instruments and discovery rooms with the slide are firm favourites. His development, both linguistic and interpersonal skills since going to nursery has been beyond recognition. I love that the children can influence what happens too. Before Christmas at a sister site, the kids wanted a pyjama day, so they arranged it. Given Covid-19, he's also benefited from a safe environment to meet other children and the level of safeguarding and well-being is brilliant.

We have been part of the Bright Minds Daycare (Moseley) family for nearly two years and recently moved our children to Bright Minds Daycare (Moseley). What a fantastic setting! You definitely get that home to home feeling. All staff are absolutely brilliant! Communication is on point, food is freshly prepped and you can see what children are eating and doing throughout the day on the app. My kids are really, really happy there. I couldn’t wish for a better nursery!
