N Family Club - Moseley

We knew the settling-in process was going to be difficult with our baby as she has only ever been around mum and dad 24/7, but the team at N Family has really helped her to settle and enjoy life outside of the family home. She enjoys playing with her new chums and has warmed to a few key workers at the nursery which has made dropping her off feel so much better. The food menu always sounds delicious too! Shame the parents can't drop by for lunch!

My baby daughter has had a fantastic experience here. The staff really seem to care about her and know her well. I always get pictures of her happily playing and they change the activities regularly. They also eat so well, healthy diverse food is made freshly on-site by the in-house chef. All the staff are friendly and want to talk to me about my daughter, even if they don't regularly care for her they know who she is! If I've had any feedback it's been gratefully received by management and resolved straight away. 5 stars and more for N Club Moseley.

My little one has been at the nursery since April and has settled in so well. The staff are all caring and kind and work to help the children settle in and get the most out of their time. They also really seem to know the children well as individuals and enjoy exploring their interests. The burrow is always clean and tidy and they communicate well any issues but also any positives!

Absolutely wonderful nursery - they've really helped me as a first time mum get my 18 month old transitioned to a huge 4 full days at nursery per week, from being with myself full time, so that I'm able to enter back into work comfortably. It really helped knowing my child is looked after by the best team possible out of the nurseries I'd seen in Birmingham, and my child has bonded with a particular member of staff so well and quickly, despite the initial tears from us both, 1.5 weeks later and she's saying goodbye to me at the door at home happily and not crying when Dad passes her over to the mentioned member of staff. I couldn't be happier, the updates are great, prices aren't as high as everywhere else, inclusive nappies, creams, wipes etc, and she even has her own curated trendy little menu every week (inclusive of price) which I'm pretty envious of working from home! Beautiful toys and activities, with photos on a news feed weekly. Blown me away much more than anywhere else I saw. Love!

From day one of visiting this Nursery we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. We were made to feel so welcome and the facilities are just perfect. All the staff have continuously been professional, helpful and always happy with a big smile. The actual time our child spends here is just incredible, always keeping him busy, keeping him interested and giving him such a great start to his life ahead. He has progressed so much with his learning skills, communication skills and social skills. He is always buzzing when I collect him at the end of the day, full of smiles, and sometimes hard to get him to leave. Our son's primary educators do everything and more, always so attentive to everything, just superb with both the children and us parents. A massive thank you to all the team. A few last things. The food is great, nutritious and has great variation. The nursery is constantly keeping us parents updated through the app with all relevant info and progress of our child's day.

I am really happy with the experience my child is getting at N Family Nursery. He really enjoys attending and looks forward to the activities. The staff are fantastic! They are always available to listen and open to suggestions from both my child and myself. The staff create a really caring environment and are always creating opportunities to extend the children's learning. I'm really pleased with his progress here.

My daughter started here at 6 months and they tailored everything to her needs. She has formed the loveliest bonds with the staff in her room and generally loves nursery. They have gone above and beyond to learn what she likes and encourage her development. The chef was fabulous at helping our weening process and worked with me tailoring meals introducing new foods in line with what I was doing at home. The rooms are large, and clean with so many toys to help the babies learn and build important skills. Communication and updates are received throughout the day alongside lovely photos. Can't fault the nursery. I looked at a few in the area and can strongly recommend this one knowing I made the right choice picking it for my little girl.

The facilities at the nursery are very nice, the staff are very on board with the learning and providing for our children. Our children are very happy coming to nursery and seeing their friends and teachers.

The nursery provision also has facilities for parents to grab a coffee or tea as they rush off to work during drop offs which is very handy.

Our experience at the nursery is great. The staff are welcoming and great at what they are doing. There is always an update of the what the children have done for the day. The food is amazing and, most importantly, healthy for the children. Communication from the entire team is great too. The girls love being at nursery and love to explore new things. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Within days, the team had trained themselves on our son's care plan and are so open to our involvement in that. I feel like I've known them for years, not months. They really do create a family and community.

The care my child has received at the N Family Club has exceeded all my expectations. With the additional needs my little boy requires I was nervous to send him to nursery but they have gone above and beyond to ensure staff are fully aware of his needs and requirements with his key worker having a clearly amazing relationship with him as well. It really is a special nursery and we couldn’t be happier, and most importantly my little boy loves it!

From the very beginning this nursery has been absolutely amazing and we were delighted for our two year old lad to he offered a place. The nursery itself is pristine, open and bright. The staff have been amazing in settling both my little boy and us into the community here. It’s such a nurturing environment and every team member genuinely cares about the children and provides daily updates which are delightful to see. The whole ethos of the nursery is wonderful and I feel super content in sending my little one there knowing he will be looked after, cared for and have a wonderful experience. Very grateful to the staff and an absolute must see for all prospective parents who are looking for the perfect start for their little ones.

Overall a very good nursery compared to other local nurseries, very big and spacious rooms/garden. Lots to do and play with for the children. They give a very nice welcome pack equipped with everything a child would need for nursery. They have a nutritious food menu which is rotated all the time. On special occasions they get the children and parents involved with activities etc. I would recommend the nursery to everyone.

N Family Club - Moseley is a truly fantastic nursery. Great facilities, lots of outdoor play, really good food and most importantly staff that care deeply about the children. Highly recommended for babies - preschoolers!

Definitely recommend it and plan to keep my child here until he’s old enough for his school years.

This is a lovely nursery, and the staff are caring and considerate of all of our little boy’s needs. We feel so happy he’s settled in so well; this is thanks to the staff that have been consistently reassuring us and providing a happy environment for our son to thrive in. We have had experience in several nurseries with our older children, and N Family Club has definitely proved to be the best in our experience. We always feel welcomed by everyone that works at the nursery. The food is fantastic too!
